The food was ok, honestly not worth it, but the service was not good at all, the waiter was like in a bad mood and almost scolding us for complaining about the food. If you are from India or know Indian food you won’t like it

Very pleasant meals in a cosy enviorment

I don't understand how this restaurant has such a high rating. The food wasn't very good at all. The lamb tika masala was hard and felt like chewing leather. The sauce of the butter chicken and the palak paneer didn't taste so good either. They don't have a liquor license and the King Fisher zero tastes terrible. To top it off we were uncomfortably seated at a corner table that could really only accommodate 3 people and not 4.

The worst restaurant in London Never go there Very very rude supplier and management. They are criminals and may harm you Be careful before going there. Today I have gone there with my family including 2 kids and the supplier who served us was very rude with us and said have what he says and go home otherwise then get outed us. Please never go there if you really concerned about your family. Very dangerous and never suggest anyone.

This has to be one of the highest quality Indian restaurants in the Hyde Park area if not in London. I always come here when I am in London for business and today didn’t disappoint - true British quality curry house! You won’t be disappointed.

It's weird that the place has such a high rating. The food was more like supermarket food. The tea I ordered was in tea bags. At the same time, the restaurant is cramped and uncomfortable, and the staff is not the friendliest.

Para un establecimiento que tiene un certificado Trip Advisor en la pared, era inaceptable y socava el valor de dicho certificado. Hay muchas alternativas. Debería haber sabido que era pobre dada la facilidad con la que era reservar una mesa con dos horas de antelación.

Outstanding food! Nice people. :) It’s a bit of a cosy fit in terms of seating but we would definitely recommend this restaurant. No alcohol but plenty of other drinks on offer so no worries. :)

You should definitely not eat here. Their only vision is to sell all tables as many times as possible per evening. First they put you at a different table three times. Then everything from the starter is taken away, because the main course is already coming. We weren't done with the starter yet. No dessert or cup of coffee is offered. And finally they ask you to drink your last drink outside, so that the next people can sit at your table. Terrible tent.

Food was really nice, I do not understand some of the bad reviews here and on TripAdvisor. The service was ok, quite quick. The staff was polite. I did not particularly like the small room and the fact that we were sitting a bit too close to the other tables, I love airy, big rooms but that's me. Overall I'd recommend.

Chicken tikka masala was great! Very flavorful!

Visiting from Manchester, so our first time eating here this evening. It was very busy and when we tasted the food we realised why. I had chicken bhuna, the best I've ever had. Staff were lovely and the bill was pleasantly inexpensive. Definitely recommend.

We came on a Wednesday night and were the first ones in. Quiet and intimate atmosphere. The service was great from start to finish and the food was really great. It was served quickly, hot and fresh! We got the chai tea, lentil soup, vegetable masala, chicken tikka masala, cheese and garlic naan. Also ask for the hot sauce!

Very nice little restaurant, the portions are a bit small in relation to the price, but the taste and quality are quite good. Staff is nice and quick. Kitchen good. All in all, very suitable for a nice, cozy evening :)

Great food and service. Butter chicken and lamb seekh kebab were my favourites. The prawn biriyani is also not to be missed. Definitely get the garlic naan on the side - a perfect addition.

The server don’t allowed us to take the kids trolley inside the restaurant and he ask me to store the trolley outside the restaurant..he was very rude and was not looking to offer us table.I was shocked and my kids was scared of his behaviour..for the owner info date was 28th Nov and time was 8 pm approximately ..Please remove the server as he destroying the restaurant image..

Had one of the best vindaloos I’ve ever had in my life here (and I’ve had hundreds)!

The chicken korma and lamb vindaloo were excellent, cooked to perfection and so incredibly flavorful! Service was great and fast, everyone was very friendly.

First of all it's not Indian Hotel. It's named Indian but everything taste like Bangladesh food. sweet is there in all food. Please if you want to try Indian food, kindly choose a different restaurant. Hospitality is worst. No respect for guest and the place cleanliness is worst. Incorrect billing and charged more than the one we asked. I am not critic, I am someone who went out with family to have good food and ended paying 88 pounds for worst food and 10 pounds for gratitude for the service. Kindly choose a different restaurant.

Fabulous little spot opposite Bayswater tube station. Food was very well-spiced and delicious. We had the Lamb Vindaloo, Lamb Tikka Massala and garlic Naan. Highly recommend this spot for your Indian cravings!

On my first visit I had the chicken vindaloo because I love spicy food. If you really want an experience ask for the chicken phal, which is not on the menu and it's very spicy.

We were a group of 4 and nobody was particularly experienced in eating Indian food. I knew I liked chicken tikka masala, so we ordered that family style and they brought us other items we might like. They don’t serve alcohol, but we didn’t miss it. Highly recommend!

I used to like Indian curry in Korea, but the Indian curry I tried here is on a different level. If you eat chicken tikka masala, sheep tikka masala, garlic naan, cheese naan, and mangola seed, you will never regret it.

Was craving Indian and stumbled upon this gem. Ordered the lentil curry and boyfriend ordered the chickpea curry with sides of garlic naan, plain naan, and rice. The service was very pleasant and there was very little wait time on our order.

We come from Malaysia where we are spoilt for food with rich flavors and Maharaja was up our alley. The owner was warm and friendly and service was fast despite a full house. Space was tight but it felt cozy instead of claustrophobic. If we are ever near the area again, we will definitely drop by.
