If I could give this restaurant a 0 I happily would. We ordered food from here not to long ago. Upon recieving the food we noticed discoloration from our normal dishes. The next day we were all Ill. We phoned the establishment and politely asked for a refund, we told them why and we where confronted by shouting and screaming . We remained calm while they screamed through the phone. All we wanted was a simple refund but instead they ordered us to never come back again (Which we won't) as they're always so busy and get customers 24/7 . I won't even talk about our experience when collecting the money... I highly recommend not ordering from here.

Bina Tandoori is the one of the best Indian restaurant in London. I’ve had many takeaways and dined in multiple times over the last 3 years. The food is top quality with delicious meat dishes and side options. The chef was skilled in accommodating all my needs especially delivery spicy food which I love. The restaurant is beautifully designed with plenty of space to bring friends and family for a fine dining experience. The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. The manager is kind and accommodating. If you love spicy food I would recommend chicken tikka biryani and naga wings but all the food on the menu is delicious and caters for everyone. If you order too spicy your going to feel it, it’s not food poisoning. If you can’t handle spice order something less spicy or ask the staffs about recommendations. Highly recommend to all 100/10.

This used to be a fantastic restaurant - had been using for over 20years. But with the change in management & the chef all I can say now is AVOID. We all ended up with food poisoning!! We noticed when eating that the food did not look or taste the same as normal. Within 12 hours all members of my family - incl children - were violently ill. Contacted the restaurant & politely explained the problem. We recieved shouting in return. Told to contact the next day for a refund. Contacted the following day & as soon as my husband said his name the shouting started. I went to collect my refund as they had said. I was polite & discreet in the restaurant. As the lady there passed me my refund she stated we were not to go there again & was aggressive. I stated that we wouldnt & had reported to environmental health (I did raise my voice at this point). The male manager then stepped in and literally chased me out of the restaurant into the street demanding I speak to him. For my own safety I kept walking.

Dined here tonight under the name of Andy all I can say is OMG such amazing food, it is all cooked from Fresh and you know they are not lying when they say this as all the food was truly fresh and amazing. We usually eat in another Indian restaurant, however never again as this place is the best food we have ever had. Also if you want to try something that you have never had before they spend the time with you explaining dishes with you, so we tried something new and we were not let down. Anyone reading this once you have dined here you won’t go anywhere else I promise you. Bina Tandoori has now become my go-to Indian restaurant In Northwood! Small and welcoming restaurant that serves not just the staple Indian curry house dishes, but also inventive creations as the creamy Rajestan tikka with mango and coconut and the South Indian Garlic Chilli Tikka that was bursting with flavour. Excellent and great value for money

Lived in Northwood for many years but hadn't eaten at Bina ever! Until last night when 3 of us had a lovely 2 course meal. Beautifully cooked and the owners couldn't have been more friendly & helpful. We shall definitely return.

This place is a must!!! The inside is nicely lit, music plays in the background and the staff are incredibly friendly - and this is all before I even mention the food. I don’t think you will ever find better Indian food than this. I wasn’t even hungry going in but ended up eating so much because it was too delicious to resist, plus it’s great value for money. I’ve been twice so far and will be back with my friends for more!

Had a lovely meal here, and as we are new to the neighbourhood can firmly say we will be regulars. Lovely family who run this 44 year old restaurant and knew all the customers by name. Most importantly, the food was impeccable, and great value.

I just had to come home and write a review about how good the food was I had chicken tikka and it was so tender and moist and the rest of the food was the same. The service is always excellent and friendly and nothing is to much.Very good value for money and I just love going here as I am never disappointed.

Hadn't been for ages and wow! So different now; bright, modern and smart. We had a really lovely meal, everything tasted good with the right spice level. The staff were great. Will definitely visit again soon.

Having had some recent disappointment from our usual Friday night offerings thought we'd give Bina a go, after a letterbox leaflet dropped through our door. Decided to order a takeaway at the restaurant. Easy peasy. They were happy to do a swap on the set menu. Not too much longer it was ready to go. A few punters collected whilst I waited and the phone was ringing with orders, so I had high hopes. Delighted to report a triumph! Hot, spicy, lots of tasty meat, everything cooked perfectly. Can only say thanks and as Oliver Twist sang, 'We'll be back soon'.

I’ve gone to Bina for years, and I honestly do not know a better restaurant or takeaway in the area. Alamgir/Hussein knows his customers, recommends the right food and the chef of over 20 years has a great ability to produce some of the freshest and most authentic foods of Bangladesh and India. Could not recommend more.

We have been coming here for years and absolutely loved the food, however today it was different. Upon collecting our takeaway and getting back home, the naan was like charcoal, it was completely inedible. Upon calling them to say we can't eat that naan they said they didn't believe that it was burnt and we would have to drive back to the takeaway to show them. Long story short they gave us a fresh naan and we took it home. To our horror this was almost as burnt as the last. We could only eat half which was edible.The balti chicken was extremely dry and overcooked, the prawn balti was like eating a bowl of sugar, it was ridiculously sweet but not much flavour.Overall it was a very disappointing meal and based on what we had tonight we will not be returning. They need to get their old chef back !

Have been coming here for a fair while and can’t fault it. The food is delicious and tasty. The staff are attentive. The Sunday and Monday meal deal is great, a starter, a main, a side dish and a rice or nan for £11.95 you can’t go wrong. I would definitely say give it a try.

Me and my friends visit the Bina every week and we are looked after by Hussain and his colleagues every time we visit. The food is always excellent and the service is exemplary, I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for South Asian food in the Greater London area.

I visited this cosy friendly restaurant couple of times now and its one of the best places to go for a quiet meal with nice food and great service with smile.Will be going there often

We visited our favourite Indian on banquet night (Sundays and Mondays) and what an amazing deal. For under £12 you get a starter, main, side, plus rice or naan. The food was delicious, fresh, and well presented as always. The service was also great, in particular, the server brought us a big plate each as he anticipated that we wanted to share the various dishes we ordered. As usual we couldn't finish all the food and having the leftovers packed away was not a problem. Unlike some other places we were not given our bill and pressured to leave as soon as we finished our food. In terms of precautions, there is hand sanitiser upon entry to the restaurant, all the staff keep their distance and we felt comfortable. It was a pleasant dine out experience and we would recommend trying Bina if you haven't already.

I am so happy the bina has opened again after lock down, we went to the bina tonight joe that you are allowed to sit in and we were not disappointed, Hussain is doing everything he should be doing to keep you safe.The food tonight was excellent, it was fresh and very tasty.You can still order takeaway but it is much nicer to eat in the gentleman are friendly and are making sure they do everything right so treat yourself and go and try you will not be disappointed.

Due to covid, i have only ordered by phone for delivery, but Abdul has always been more than helpful when ordering and arrives on time, if not before. Food and customer serive is amazing - I can't recommend this place enough.

Made an online order at 6.45pm. Paid via PayPal. Order didn't arrive at 7.30pm. Called number on confirmation email after waiting 30 minutes more to be told the male answering the phone wasn't working. Called restraunt and got no reply. Went to restraunt and it was locked and in darkness at 8.30pm. Now in process of recovering money from PayPal. Spoke to someone who was apparently in charge 2 days later. No apology and no explanation. Whatever happened to the great staff that once worked here?

Made an online order and paid via PayPal. Order wasn't delivered. No apology when I eventually got someone to answer the telephone. I'm now chasing for a full refund which to date isn't being assisted by restaurant management. Beware.

This place is a little gem. If I'm honest it looks a little unassuming from the outside, but we are so glad we gave it a chance. The food tastes fresh (not re-heated like most other ones in the local area) and is full of flavour. I read a few comments complaining about wait times for food - but please see this as a positive - it means your food is being cooked to order.This has quickly and easily become our favourite for Indian take-away in the area.In summary - give them a go. You wont be disappointed.

We've tried take-away from almost all other Indian restaurants in the local area and Bina is by far our favourite. Great value, and the food tastes fresh and authentic. I can only speak for take-away, as we've not yet had a chance to dine in. If you're yet to try it, plesae give them a shot - you wont regret it!

Driven past this place for over 9 years and never taken much notice of it. Knew where it was but didn't think it looked amazing. One evening popped in with my mum and I kid you not, I was blown away. The food was amazing, the staff even better! I found out it was a family run business which explains how good the service is. The team were able to cater to my complicated requests, presentation was good and the naan bread was gorgeous! If you haven't eaten at this place before, then what have you been doing! Get a takeaway if its packed inside (which it usually is)!

Well, this is the last time, useless staff with one offering me a chicken donut instead of a chicken dhansak as he didn’t know the menu. I was emailed by the owners saying v sorry for the last f ups and ask for them when I called up again.......guess what??? Both were off and the new boys left in charge again. Mari masala in Northwood Hills is so much better I would implore them to try that instead of employing these idiots. Rant over and out

In short this place was quality for years and now it’s the worst Indian and will never go back. All the good staff have left chef has gone and food is poor. Waited 45 min for a starter others waited nearly 2 hours for the mains. They tried to palm me off with 6 poppadum and he said they should keep you occupied !!!!! . Real shame

Birthday party of 6 on monday 10 feb. Really Really nice service. Staff had hidden our birthday boys cake and brought it out with candles after the meal. Luckily all other guests had left and so weren't subject to our enthusiastic but amateur singing. Succulent and tasty chicken tikka and mushroom bhaji. No comments from others at the time. They were all too busy eating so guess that speaks for itself. We all ate too much of generous portions because it was too nice to leave on the plate. Nice dish layout too with a line of spirit warmers down the table center keeping everything hot till we got to it. Thanks for a great night out Bina

Shocking. Tried to call and order a simple takeaway, something I have done for years. Guy on the end of the phone had no idea what I wanted, the manager was away and the chef was new. This guy has worked there for a short while and is now in charge!!!!! Last presser was bad but I decided to give a second chance......no third chance until things change. Time to change unfortunately!!!

Despite the advertised closing time being 10.30 we arrived at 9.30 this Saturday evening to be told very abruptly they were closed to diners and only serving takeaway food. Had some good meals here in the past but wont be visiting again any time soon

Placed an order on the restaurant website to be delivered to my home address to be paid by cash, I received confirmation of my order and it advised that food would be with me in 45 minutes. After one hour waiting decided to call the restaurant to check if there was any problem with the order, the person who picked up who didn’t even identified the restaurant sounded very unsure about the delivery processed and left me waiting on the phone for awhile while he was talking with someone else from the restaurant, I could only hear muffled voices and a “the order is here” followed by “we are closing now” and that’s when the receiver on the other side, after confirming my address said “unfortunately, we don’t have your order with us, was it to pay by cash? If it was we have been having some problems with the system and we aren’t receiving the online orders.” To which I asked why is that an option on the website, “We have been advising our clients in the restaurant to not use the website order, anyway we are closing so we are unable to process your order now”.So after more than an hour waiting I was left with no dinner and no apologies. So if you consider order, might be better to try to call although I hope you get a better customer service that I did!

I ordered a takeaway, food was fab. Really enjoyed it. Best Indian I’ve had in a long time! Ordered the tikka masala which was rich and coconutty. The food is good quality and priced well.

I can't fault anything, the best Indian in the area "by a long way" fantastic guys there too, nothings too much trouble. Ask for their advice and go "off piste" menu wise you won't be disappointed. Excellent food, excellent service, excellent "day after" for a change - that's not been my experience of other establishments 💥 Great refurbishment too. Keep up the great work 👍

Sorry , but this really was the worst chicken curry of my life !! The sauce looked like an oil slick and the chicken was as tough as rubber . The sag aloo had zero taste . And ( truthfully ) , I had to make some chicken gravy to eat the rice because it was so dry ! BTW. The guy on the phone is about as welcoming as 'Basil Fawlty' , on a bad day ! I will not use them again .

I have been enjoying Bina Tandoori takeaway/ delivery for many years. Try their onion bhaji delicious, paneer tikka & tandoori dishes. Al says delivered in a timely fashion and hot 😊

Do not eat there food absolutely disgusting ordered food from here on 16/7/19 me & my partner been sick since phoned restaurant tonight 19/7/19 manager said he would replace my order food they replaced was worse than first time phoned back restaurant manager told me I was taking the piss nice way to speak to a customer DO NOT EAT THIS FOOD DISGUSTING FOOD DISGUSTING MANAGEMENT!!!!!!
