Our Waitres Bella was very proffesional , attentive, caring and considerate. She took in to note of our daughter’s allergies and she remained focused on all our needs throughout the evening.In our opinion, Possibly the BEST WAITRESS we have experienced of many years of eating out. Also, it was my birthday and they made me feel special on that evening whice was very nice. I would recommend this place if u want to have nice evening meal.

Food was great, highly recommend ‘the big cheese brunch burger” best burger I’ve had in a restaurant for a long time !! The calamari for starter was also great, not chewy and cooked perfectly. Despite the food being so good the service wasn’t great it was really quiet for a Sunday so the staff seems a bit bored expect one male waiter who was attentive and friendly. Dogs welcome which is always an added bonus

Bills coconut milk latte and the desserts especially the flower pot are the best thing to lift the evening mood:)

Went to Bill's today for breakfast with my friend. They let dogs in, which is fine but perhaps I'm in a minority but I do not like strangers dogs eating from my plate or barking at me whilst I'm trying to catch up with an old friend...especially for the price I paid. Will not recommend

Absolutely excellent week in, week out! My Dad and I go every Saturday morning for breakfast. The service and quality of food is second to none. Staff members Billy and Bella are always happy to adapt to my dads challenging requirements

Exceptional! This place ticked all the right boxes! One expects good food nowadays, and Bill's certainly delivered. One likes a clean and pleasant environment and again Bill's adequately have this. We have visited Bills in Farnham for many years. It's a great place to eat for either breakfast, lunch or dinner. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the food is delicious. Such a relaxing atmosphere it's always a treat here. Highly recommended.

Service was top notch. Food was average but still tasty and it was pretty quiet but still a nice atmosphere.

The food was great and the service was brilliant. Our server Patryk was friendly, helpfull and polite. Also a special mention to his manager, unfortunately never got his name, but he was great just as friendly, helpful and polite. We had nut and gluten allergies and they catered to our needs. We had the vegetarian brunch which I highly recommend, we didn’t have a booking and got a table fairly quickly, the food and service were great. Would recommend for vegetarians looking for brunch!

So disappointed !!!! Booked a table for 12 on a hen party. First waitress was lovely, on the ball and friendly, I dont know if she went on a break but it went down hill when she disappeared, service was very slow, food was not hot, chicken was very dry, couldn't wait to get out of there 😠😠😠

Have revisited here a couple of times recently after a long stint away. Service is friendly and attentive and food to a good standard. Menu is a nice mixed selection and caters for all. Staff accommodating for GF and dietary requirements. Nice drinks and a decent atmosphere. The chicken shawarma and the bourbon burger were delicious.

There is nothing negative to say about this restaurant. The staff are extremely pleasant and very chatty. The food is delicious and large portions. Fab place for brunch

Beautiful inside and service was friendly and quick. However, the food was a slight let down. I had the avocado on toast which I believed was going to be smashed but came out as thick hard chunks, it was definitely one of the worst avocado toasts I have had recently and for around £10.75 I had assumed it was going to be excellent. I can imagine this would be a lovely place for dinner, so we will try visit again!

Really tasty burger, kids were entertained with colouring while we waited plus free ice cream for the little ones

Visited with 2 colleagues after work on a Tuesday and were able to grab seats straight away. Service was very friendly and prompt. Food was good and consistent with other branches of Bills. One star knocked off as some of the food we ordered turned out to be not available. Would recommend coming here for a quick bite.

Our visit didn't start well when we were walked through an empty restaurant to a table right at the back in the corner, "because we have bookings". The restaurant grew no busier whilst we were there. You could tell the waitress was embarrassed but had no power to challenge the officious manager. Because we were made to feel so unwelcome I refused to eat, my husband had pancakes and the worst latte he's had in a while. The pancakes were claggy & served with virtually no maple syrup. We asked for more & a small pot was brought, still not enough. Overall a really mean experience. We were both pleased to leave and won't return.

Food has gone downhill, overpriced and bland albeit friendly staff, nice atmosphere inside with good seating, parking difficult to find,will be a while before we venture in for a meal again, disappointing.

Food was to the standard you receive at Bills which is decent. Service was really lacking Saturday, we had to keep asking staff if we could order or if they could clear plates away. Asked one member of staff if she would be able to clear the table so we could order pudding. The response was no I'm having my lunch now, didn't ask another member of staff to assist.

I am disappointed with Bill's, I am a frequent customer and I like the food there but in the evening when I go there are not a few times when it is 9:30pm and the shop is full of people and he says sorry we are closing when normally they are called at 11:00pm

Lovely little restaurant in the centre of Farnham offering a good range of food and some great deals (including bottomless pancakes!). The staff are friendly and helpful and the food is pretty good; I like that if you order the burger that you can choose how well it's cooked. The kids menu has a good choice of food and it's helpful that children eat free over the holidays.

Not been to Bill’s for years, went along with a birthday group, really surprised at the quality of the food and the service especially that provided by Bella who looked after us with care, will come again.

Very quick service and attentive staff. However, the English breakfast appeared to be a bit lackluster compared to other Bills restaurants. Also the QR code payment process automatically adds on a generous tip which they make it difficult to remove

Lovely restaurant with a great atmosphere - the shwarma was fantastic and the servers were all amazing.

Sorry, not good enough this time. We waited over 30 minutes for food, which was not very hot when it arrived, and the rosemary fries had no hint of herb. Would have pointed out our disappointment had anyone asked, but no one did, so we paid by app, declined to leave another 5% on top of the 12.5% service charge and left.

Food beat the drinks out. Food was luke warm. Portions were not massive considering I ordered the "big" bills breakfast. I've had much better experience at other bills restaurants. The experience was average at best.

Went to Guildford Bill's recently and had a good time, so thought we'd give Farnham a visit. Booked for 3 people on a Saturday evening for dinner. Staff were friendly and prompt with service, however the food was not good: Aubergine fritters to start were bland and soggy, and all three mains were disappointing. Two lads behind the bar were watching football on a phone propped up and talking/reacting loudly to it, which definitely affected the atmosphere. Overall not the best, probably won't go back again.

Valentine's day, evening diner, 14 Feb 2024: 1- Service was fast, youngsters where efficient and friendly. 2- Atmosphere is more one of bars than restaurants but pleasant. 3- Food was a disaster, and overpriced: - Couple evening (2 ppl) - Two 3-course meals and drinks - Everything was reheated from frozen, hard time digesting all night long (Chicken dumplings, salmon, and horrendous banofee pie) - £122.50. A joke. We do not recommend and will not visit again.

Valentine's day meal: Below standard food, they were offering to sell you only what was on valentine's menu, MASSIVELY OVERPRISED for what we had, and service charges 12%?!!! -don't know why this place is listed in top 10 best places in Farnham? Should have stayed home!

Went to bills for the first time last night with my partner for our date night, we'll definitely be coming back again! Fab service and beautiful food! We ordered the chicken and sesame dumplings and calamari white to start and they were delicious 😋 I then ordered the 8oz rump steak which was cooked beautifully, my partner ordered the nduja meatballs which were very tasty. I highly recommend the apple and ginger mojito! Thank you for a great night Bills 💕

I had the Hippy bowl, which is also the Buddha bowl sometimes I think. I'm not strictly vegetarian but I always prefer to eat veg over meat. It was lovely. We all cleared our plates anyway. Service was a little slow but it was extremely busy on a Saturday afternoon!

Everything about Bill's is fantastic from the warm friendly welcome, the service and the food. Also a great gluten free menu with a good selection.

Just a painful experience. Terrible breakfast. Despite reminding the waitress that we would like the food served hot (based upon previous experiences here) it came out lukewarm.

Food good, but very expensive. Three of us went in for snacks & a drink ---- bill just over £ 90. ( £10 charged service )

It's a chain that doesn't feel like one. Personalised service, great food flexibility when you order (and we're a bit of a nightmare). We're never let down. Well done team Bills!

First visit in a few years as we'd moved on to other places! Well we've been missing out... Extremely busy day (Farnham Christmas festival) but the service was outstanding and the food epic. A lovely fish dish and a Pig in Blanket burger 'the Notorious PIB' 😂 Child and dog friendly, open for brunch so we'll be coming again after walking early at Frensham. 10/10

The cafe is beautifully decorated and has a nice atmosphere. Service is so-so, the staff are friendly but not attentive.. our drinks were continually left sitting on the bar getting warm and we had to ask for them to be brought over. Food was reasonable but expensive for the quality, would prefer vegetarian options in addition to vegan. Espresso martinis didn't taste like the coffee was good quality and fresh. Between 3 we shared the iceberg wedge starter, each had a burger and 1 or 2 martinis.. came to £113 with service charge. Eye watering considering the service and quality! Sadly we had the worst table in the house, felt like it had been shoved in last minute between the door and stairs 🤦🏼‍♀️ They also seem to have got rid of the bills app since COVID, the little freebies always made it feel better value!

We received excellent service from Billy today, who was kind, courteous, and attentive. He made sure that everything was to our liking and went beyond our expectations. My family and I enjoyed our time at Bill's, thanks to Billy. I rarely write comments, but Billy deserves a shout-out. : )

Went on Friday evening for a date night. Had the Cherry Berry Bramble as a drink and also the Notorious P.I.G Burger and my partner had the Confit Duck from the Christmas Specials. Food was amazing. Great atmosphere and spotless service from our server Rubie. All of the staff were very helpful and smiling which made our night very special. Thank you Bill's Farnham. We will come back very soon!!

If your looking for a Luke warm lunch , this is the place to visit..So disapointing experience. We ordered eggs Benedict (cool temperature), burger also not hot either, and to top this off the fries were cool also..However the staff were really good and helpful. Just to mention previous visit was o.k. Is there a problem in the kitchen?
