Never had a bad experience here. Always get nice food and good service. Added bonus is 20% blue light discount off total bill. Would highly recommend

Billy’s customer service was sublime

A friend and I were looking for food late on a Wednesday evening and Bill’s was the only place still offering food. The staff were happy to see us, the menu was interesting, and the food was great - not always a cert at off-peak times. Great to see a Viognier on the wine list too! I’ve only marked Atmosphere down slightly as we were the only occupants, but my previous visits would always rate a 5. Great food at reasonable prices, and check out the breakfasts / brunches too!

Yaz and Andrea were an amazing host and we had a great time.

Honestly, the service we received tonight was just awesome. Such a lot of fun, laughter and easeful conversation with Dennis, Angelo & the team. I never take great service for granted and am so grateful to the Bills team in Farnham. A lovely evening celebrating a friend’s birthday. Thank you for looking after us so well and for the gorgeous food as well!

Everything was brilliant about this place. Even corrections to order after it was made, because we forgot to say well done eggs. Staff was lovely even joining into our discussion when we asked their opinion. Will be going back!!! 5 ⭐️ all around

My daughter booked a week in advance for my birthday, arrived on time Saturday 29th March on my actual birthday, to be told table not ready and to wait outside the restaurant. We did, then went back in…. to be told to wait another 35 minutes!!!!! By then many more customers had also arrived to be told the same thing!!!! The doorway was so packed you couldn’t move. The two ladies in charge did not know what to do at all, looks like they made way for and chose priority walk ins instead!!!! There would be no possible way of even getting seated or served before closing time, it was utter chaos 😡, thankfully walked across the road to Pizza Express who immediately made us feel welcome, they cleared a table in 5 minutes for us. So unfortunately we won’t ever go back to Bills in Farnham Surrey, Pizza Express made my birthday so special, even at such short notice!!!! I would give Bills 0 stars if I could, How unprofessional, and a loss of customer, and I’m sure we were not the only booked customers that gave up and left extremely disappointed!

Don't book this place if you have a birthday!! Booked a table of 6 weeks ago. Then contacted bills today to add me person Ona table of seven. Arrived, they said there was no table for 7 minutes. We were stood outside waiting for 35 minutes. Within this time other couples and families turned up and were told their booked table wasn't ready either. The whole thing was chaos and really ruined my mums birthday. Ended up at pizza express across the road where our custom was welcome and they squeezed us in. Avoid!

We were served by Rahil today! She made our time really enjoyable and we will definitely be coming back! Food was great too!

We just had the best server - he was so helpful, nothing too much trouble!!!! Food was incredible and the chef went above and beyond to give me a perfect steak - thank you both X

Such a shame I couldn’t send the food back as everything else about our experience was perfect and would have been 5 stars. Amazing customer service, really great atmosphere, beautiful table and such friendly staff. Sadly, my Breakfast was absolutely stone cold on arrival and looked like it had been sat somewhere for a very very long time before being served. The tomato was cold and really unpleasant. The toast was cold too and so hard it couldn’t be cut with a knife and fork - it just shattered. The fried potatoes were really cold, I just had to leave them, couldn’t stomach them by the end. The baked beans were warm on arrival but had a skin on them as they weren’t hot as I would expect with beans as they usually hold heat so well. The bacon was okay, cold but definitely cooked. The eggs were warm (not hot but definitely warmer than most things on the plate) but weirdly they were the only thing on the plate not cooked properly, they were still “snotty”. I have diabetes and needed to eat some carbs pretty desperately, as I had taken my insulin in anticipation of food arriving by inside a 20ish minute window. It took a lot longer to arrive, so I was propping myself up with tea and sugar. Any other time I would have sent it back but I just couldn’t wait again or I would have been too low (blood sugar wise). Would visit again but next time I would have to find a way to take my medication differently and return the food if it arrives cold as it was so unpleasant to eat. The service by the way was excellent, some of the best we have received recently. And my Husband’s food was hot, so something bad had obviously happened with the breakfast plate.

I know Bill’s is generally a right choice wherever you go. Been in a few already and the environment has always been lovely, the food delicious and the service fairly warming. But this time Farnham’s Bill’s made the difference. Yaz’s welcoming and charming spirit gave our experience the edge tonight. She was very attentive to us at all times, helpful when asked for clarification about anything or when giving recommendations and very cheerful and upbeat all throughout the service, from the very beginning until the end. Will definitely go back to try those so praised pancakes! 🥞🤤

Always fantastic service. It's always fantastic food. I always go for chicken 2 ways. On their menu changes, they Always have some form of chicken dish I enjoy. I'm not fussy, but I really enjoy simple plain food packed full of flavour, not spice, and bills deliver that every time. The chicken dumplings are absolutely out of this world. Incredibly yummy. On my last visit, I even managed some pancakes for dessert. I'm normally too stuffed. It is in a beautiful location and I always feel relaxed there. Never pressurised or hurried. It's a wonderful place not to be missed.

Sadly we are unlikely to return. Despite good food, the very slow service and uncleanliness spoilt our visit. We were celebrating a birthday and having to chase for drinks etc was not relaxing. You pay a 12.5% service charge so staff aren’t incentivised, I think if Bills changed that it would be better for the customers. The manager that evening was unwelcoming and made us feel uncomfortable He focused on himself and smoking outside rather than the needs of customers. Having been to this Bills for many years we were surprised as it has always been of a certain standard and quite often the service is great.

Yesterday evening my boyfriend and I went in to benefit from the recent burger offer. The food was hot and delicious, and so was the service. All staff were so attentive and kind. Freya (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) was very considerate, cleaning our table as soon as we finished eating. It was also the first time a waiter asked me if I want vegan or normal mayo. Waiters don't normally noticed that I asked for vegan burger and when it comes to asking for sauce I don't want to seem fussy so I just say 'mayo'. I know it's a tiny detail, but I appreciated it and that is why I asked for her name. Thanks to the manager too, he employed a nice bunch of people and the place runs smoothly.

Rare to find relaxing breakfast venue and popular with mixture of diners. Allows dogs, which is even rarer. Good attentive service, but not imposing.

Came here for Sunday brunch which was a good experience with friendly service. The eggs benedict was delicious and filling. The QR code service where you can split the bill and pay online is awesome and hopefully more food outlets follow suit and do this. Good value for money all in.

Always predictably good quality service and good.Although surprised that they were out of French and English mustard! I would have sent someone to Waitrose in the afternoon to buy a few jars! A complimentary extra jug of sauce was great fully received Nicki( Sat 18th Jan)

Lovely welcome on arrival, super friendly, and the staff were all so accommodating 😊. The beef burger (on sourdough bread as per my request) & fries were delicious!

I have to say, for a chain, this restaurant in Farnham is the dogs bollocks. Staff are wonderful, however service charge is not warranted because they simply deliver food to a table, nothing more. Food tastes good and affordable. Lovely building, lovely decoration and comfortable eating areas.

Amazing food and service at Bills Went this morning for their new £5 bottomless pancakes. I expected cheaply thrown together food but that was not what I got The pancakes were amazing with toppings put together very professionally, we had 3 types, Biscoff, fruits and bacon all three looked great and tasted amazing. We also topped up with bottomless hot drinks, the hot chocolates went down well in the cold weather. The team gave amazing service and made us very welcome. A perfect visit and for sure will be back. Highly recommended.

We were a group of 7 family and friends dining on New Year's Eve. From the warm welcome, to the round table that meant we could all talk easily, to the friendly service from Melissa, to the tasty food, everything was just brilliant.

Managers and staff couldn’t be more helpful. We ate here on NYE and our table wasn’t ready for us but it was absolutely no problem as the manager took great care of us, as did the other members of the team. Food was good as ever

Bills were brilliant, it was before Christmas on a Saturday we had not booked a table but Bill's accommodated us, the food was brilliant and service was fantastic. Thank you Bill's for going that extra mile. We will be back.

Very disappointed with bills this evening. Had to send 2 dishes back after the order not being listened to. Which meant me and my daughter had to eat separately. Won't eat there again

Spent a family lunch gathering here to celebrate our granddaughter’s first birthday. Seating was good and the high chair not forgotten. The staff were lovely and the food was excellent - for me the burger was the best I’ve had for many a year? Definitely worth a visit!

Wife and I popped in to order a breakfast, quite happy with food that was delivered to the table. The sting came at the end, presented with the bill. Asked if it was okay at the till ( thought he was referring to the food) then paid. I couldn’t read the indiscernible till receipt , later discovered a 12.5 service charge. Sneaky way of upselling by sleight of hand. The plate of food was simply delivered to the table.Good news is Bills get a few pounds more, bad news is I won’t ever be back and will spread the underhand tactics that go on here. Loss will be far greater.

Disappointing visit this time. Quite busy when we arrived but service, initially, was good. However, as it quietened down and staff became less busy, they also became less attentive, resulting in long waits for desserts and to pay.

No cash accepted. Alienating people who cannot have a credit card, or are not part of the Farnham middle class. When I questioned the staff about this they showed no trace of care about this. Not getting my custom again.

Amazing service today for a brunch. All the staff were so polite and attentive, the waitress who recommended the honeycomb latte (I didn't get her name) you are an angel, it was amazing! To the waiter who served our food, what a gent. Thank you so much, food great, drinks great, staff wonderful!

I love this place to eat. The food for Gluten Free is excellent. Breakfast is my favourite meal there. The staff are what really make the place j keep coming back to if I am being honest also. They are all great. I always get excellent service. Even some good banter occasionally.

Brilliant, colourful dishes in a modern and chique environment. Was served by Samir and he was amazing. Felt welcome and every need catered for.

Chef over cooked the chicken. Salad was not fresh. Kids carrot was gone off. Please don't feed kids rubbish. The lettuce for Caesar salad was not right. Too chewy. I hope your guys doing well. But chef need to be cooking to the flavour.

We were a group of 4 parents and three young children, and made a mess and were noisy. Everyone who served us was polite and looked after us well, especially Patryk.

Our Waitres Bella was very proffesional , attentive, caring and considerate. Food was great, highly recommend ‘the big cheese brunch burger” best burger I’ve had in a restaurant for a long time !! The calamari for starter was also great, not chewy and cooked perfectly. Despite the food being so good the service wasn’t great it was really quiet for a Sunday so the staff seems a bit bored expect one male waiter who was attentive and friendly. Dogs welcome which is always an added bonus

Went to Bill's today for breakfast with my friend. They let dogs in, which is fine but perhaps I'm in a minority but I do not like strangers dogs eating from my plate or barking at me whilst I'm trying to catch up with an old friend...especially for the price I paid. Will not recommend

We have visited Bills in Farnham for many years. It's a great place to eat for either breakfast, lunch or dinner. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the food is delicious. Such a relaxing atmosphere it's always a treat here. Highly recommended.

Service was top notch. Food was average but still tasty and it was pretty quiet but still a nice atmosphere.

We had the vegetarian brunch which I highly recommend, we didn’t have a booking and got a table fairly quickly, the food and service were great. Would recommend for vegetarians looking for brunch!

Over priced and small portion and now a service charge. Won’t be eating there again.
