Food was delicious and the service was fantastic. Charles was very attentive and friendly. We had family visiting from Italy and they were very impressed with the food and service. Thank you Bill's for making my husbands birthday breakfast memorable. The free birthday pancakes were lovely touch. We will come again 😍

Great experience and a prime example of how customer service should be. I arrived here a little later, just before closing and was greeted with a smile and friendliness throughout my meal. while we love the food here as a family, I just wanted to talk about some of the staff because of which my 4 yr old keeps asking to come back here. Special shout out to Melissa who on our last visit continued to make Bill’s such a lovely and personable experience for my very tired child!

Melissa was a lovely server and made our visit. I personally made the wrong choice in the cheesy burger, but the food was fine. The only criticism for me was that the cheesy potatoes were stale and a bit dry. My mum had the eggs Benedict and had perfect eggs.

We had the bottomless pancakes and although they were very filling, they tasted great! We had great service throughout by our waitress Gurjeet, who would check up on our experience constantly to ensure we were happy with everything. I would definitely recommend coming here if you are a pancake fan.

Thomas was really nice through dinner, always checking on us and making sure we are having a good time. The food was amazing, we had dumplings and salmon pate for starters and 2 stakes for main and 1 chocolate tart. Everything was REALLY tasty and flavourful. Our first trip to Bluewater and decided to book a table as it was 10 of us. It was very busy so we had to wait a bit to be seated but the manager Wedson kept us up to date every few minutes in waiting time. Once seated we were immediately attended by the waitress and our orders came promptly. Food was delicious and some of my friends who went for the vegan option of shawarma were pleasantly surprised by the taste of the meal. Kids were happy with their kids meals and Weston ensured the waiting time was taken in consideration when the bill came. Thank you so much for the amazing customers service Wedson, you’re truly a people person and perform your job with passion and with a smile on your face! I highly recommend this restaurant and will surely be back on our next trip to Bluewater.

Out with the family for birthday brunch. Did not book in advance, so had to wait patiently to seat five. Staff were friendly and offered to get us a table as soon as possible. Waited about 20 minutes for a table, which was not bad as it was the lunch time rush in Bluewater. Service was great and a special mention to Nadine, who was friendly, professional and looked after our group.

We visited for a weekend breakfast, if you’re going make sure you book a table as it can be very busy. Can only give this place 3 out of 5 stars, it’s not great value for money and an extra £2 something for a tiny extra sausage on the side which wasn’t even great quality. Everything including both food and hot drinks only came out lukewarm and felt like they’d been sat under a hot plate for a while, even though the service was quick. It made us realise it cannot be made to order.

I was served by a Manager; Pankaj. Service was fantastic even if I was a little bit of a demanding customer. The young gentleman who brought out my food was also fantastic, and made conversation too. Slow service with the meals in our group coming out in two lots with a 20 minute gap between 3 people getting their food and the other 4. I went for lunch with an old friend. I have eaten there on a number of occasions and never been disappointed. We both had the Santorini salad, which was very tasty, not too filling and very fresh. We followed it with the doughnuts and coffee, which we thought was going to be a small portion of the cinnamon doughnuts, but it was substantial.
