My daughter and I dined at Bill's in Lewes yesterday. We were served by a very professional and committed member of staff, Alannah. So committed that we learned that she got up at 5:00 am to prepare our lovely brunch! We will definitely come again. And when we do, Alannah will probably be the manageress by then. A satisfied customer. xx

Great service brought two friends from Manchester one in a wheelchair, made to feel welcome and Alana our waiter was amazing, really looked after my friends and helped them see that it can be just as friendly down south as up north! Recommend

Such a nice atmosphere, we had bottomless pancakes which were so indulgent and yum but not sickly at all! Nisha was so friendly and we had such a nice chat, we love coming to Bill lewes :)

This restaurant always provides such a lovely atmosphere and dining experience, after visiting a few times I’d say time and time again I’ll be back. Nisha, our waitress, provided us with excellent service and made our evening feel very special.

Had a couple of hours to kill in Lewes first thing in the morning so headed off to Bill’s for breakfast. A friendly face welcomed us with a welcoming smile, Alannah invited us to take a seat of our choice and she’d bring us some menus which she duly did. We had an enjoyable and relaxing breakfast with good food to the usual high standard that we’ve come to expect and appreciate from Bill’s. The breakfasts were nicely presented and delivered to our table still hot - even the toast ! Service was excellent and well timed to ensure that the balance between waiting for service and constant interruptions was just right. Allannah continued to ensure we had what we needed with the occasional help of her colleague and was always patient, courteous and polite. Being first thing on a Monday morning, it was quiet in the restaurant. Cleanliness and atmosphere was were excellent, even the toilets were nicely presented. Well done Team Bill’s !

Came in for lunch on a sunny Sunday. The restaurant was buzzing and seemed quite busy but still a great vibe. Our food was delicious with a variety of different options to choose from off the menu. Our waitress, Nisha, took great care of us ensuring we always had what we needed. She was very friendly and approachable, always smiling wherever she went. She gave us time, as a family, to decide what we would like and reassured us that there was no pressure to order within a certain time frame. This allowed us to make the right food choices when ordering, the food was great! She was attentive and nothing ever seemed to be an issue! All in all she made our experience better. Thank you for being so patient and kind Nisha, we hope you get the recognition you deserve!

A very enjoyable relaxed atmosphere at this restaurant and we were served by Nisha who was superb! Very attentive, friendly and humorous. Great gluten free menu - the fish pie is delicious - full of salmon, prawns and white fish. The gluten free bread either the humous was so tasty. All diners enjoyed their meals - some from set menu and some a la carte. Would recommend booking although couldn’t believe how quickly it emptied around 9pm! Would return to this restaurant. Hope we get Nisha serving us again!

On a busy Friday evening in half term, Bills offered friendly timely service and very good food for a fair price. Highly recommended. Also good for men of a certain age to sit and look longingly at the Harveys brewery shop across the street.
