Il ragazzo che ci ha seguito (Gino) ci ha spiegato bene i piatti e ci ha consigliato al meglio L ambiente e’ accogliente e il personale tutto molto cortese

Ate here the s morning as we were in the area! Got a table no problem.. Staff nicest thing about this place! Myself and hubby both had the full English at £14 a head! Bacon was streaky and SO fatty! Made me feel sick! Black pudding was rock hard same as the little potato’s! Obviously get cooked earlier and just left! One sausage, 2 eggs beans you could fit onto a tablespoon and toast! So not worth the money! Latte was nice! We paid via the app on the table, they add a tip at 12.5% then a 5% tip on the tip! Bloody outrageous we obviously took that off! I’ve never stayed in this area before and popped into Bills for dinner and have to say I was impressed. The staff were welcoming and getting a table was quick. A good varied menu and the food came out quick, hot and highly tasty. The staff were super friendly and professional. Will be back.

Wir waren bei unserem Ausflug nach Greenwich auf der Suche nach Cream Tea und wurden im Bill‘s fündig. Was man hier bekommt, ist weitaus besser als das, was einem am Kensington Palace angeboten wird; und das auch noch zu einem besseren Preis. Auch unsere Kinder hatten mit den Pancakes (Kindermenü) ein fantastisches Essen und waren sehr zufrieden. Schon die Optik hat überzeugt, der Geschmack ebenso. Ein unschlagbares Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Der Service war auch hervorragend. Das Restaurant ist definitiv eine Empfehlung!

Five stars all the way!! The breakfast was excellent!! We had the SQUASH, EGGS, & FETA ON SOURDOUGH, and it was delicious!! The coffee is strong, almost expresso-like. We had a side of potatoes as well, and they were tasty as well. The staff makes the place for sure friendly, helpful, and warm! The restaurant is two levels full of color and life; we even went back in the afternoon for a drink. I would recommend it if in the area for a date, family, or friendly gathering.

Very middle of the road experience. The staff do not appear particularly engaged - possibly due to the 12.5% automatically added tip which takes away any need to focus on good service. The food was OK, nothing particularly special, the kids mac and cheese was tensy tiny, thank goodness kids ate free or I would have been very unimpressed!

Very puzzled with the bad reviews but everybody has there own experiences. I try to put reviews from all over Europe. I visited this cafe bistro not sure what it falls into. We turned up with no booking on a Saturday lunch time. We were one wheel chair adult three adults and one child.so a hard group to seat. The staff were incredible we waited only a few min for a large table where we could get the chair.the staff kindly asked people to pull their seats in so we could get past. I had not been before but my family had. Everything we ordered was good quality and size for price good. I got the black pudding taken off the big breccy and they gave an extra sausage. Two huge plates of pancakes with syrup turned we asked for more syrup and it was produced with no fuss. Everybody was very pleased with what was ordered including eggs Benedict. Altogether a very pleasant lunch was had.

Really disappointed with our experience at Bill’s today. Went for brunch, had been looking forward to it since booking before we left Australia. Location is perfect, and we were greeted warmly & professionally, fit out is great, comfortable in a grungy eclectic way. We ordered Eggs Benedict & Eggs Royal (smoked salmon) and a side of cheesy potatoes. Cheesy potatoes were lukewarm warm, at best. One on the eggs in the Benny was fine, the other very hard boiled. Muffins were not toasted, just plain, soft & bland. And neither dishes were overly hot. And it was very expensive. Juice, coffee & tea were all fine. Would strongly suggest that you look elsewhere for a decent meal in Greenwich, there are plenty of options.

Very disappointing to be fair. Staff were helpful but the product was largely stone cold. Partner chose the English Breakfast. Clearly a poor choice in hindsight, half of the items were cold and the eggs had been sitting under a heat lamp. My rosemary fries were in a container with a folded paper cone which made it look as if the serving filled the container - not so. Not a generous serving of fish by any standard. The Maitre ‘d reduced our bill which was a decent gesture in the circumstances. We won’t be back.

Been coming for years great food lovely service and dog friendly too . Fab veggie and vegan choices and the chicken three ways is great too . Disappointing - waiting area has now been replaced with tables (where we were seated) - there was zero room for those waiting for a table which meant the door was constantly propped open or patrons were standing on top of us. To boot, the food was average - pancakes were undercooked and the garden breakfast was under seasoned with halloumi fried in (what seemed liked) 7 day old chip fat.

This was my fist time visiting Bill’s restaurant. My niece booked for Mother’s Day dinner. Initially when I saw the food on the site, I was a bit disappointed that she reserved a table there and I said to myself, I will eat something before going as I didn’t like what I saw. However, the staff were exceptional, I was offered a free glass of wine and the food, the food was so good. I told my niece, we will be coming back here!!

And it was all going so well.... Really nice find as we needed lunch and had the dog. First thing to note is that Bill's is great for being dog friendly and they don't just say that... they really are! Food was good and service was excellent. Then came the bill... where the company applies 12.5% service charge automatically and then again as a default in the app adds a further 5% tip for the server which you have to remove. Not only is this disgusting from a billing perspective (20% charge in total) but also the fact that the staff clearly never see any of that 12.5% service charge. It make my blood boil! To ensure my server received something, I went to the nearest cash machine and ensured she received cash. I have since written a complaint to the CEO of Bill's and have yet to receive a response, not even an acknowledgement received to date.

Finally we were able to get the brunch menu here. Prior we had tried and they were serving brunch just at morning hours, now they serve lunch and brunch menu what a winner. We were 2 + a dog + a baby. We got a small table but as baby was in the kangaroo it worked well. We got the pancakes with fruits and maple syrup. 5 pancakes big portion + an eggs Benedict, honestly I thought the béarnaise was too much with a mustard taste. So not my favourite. Their hot chocolate was amazing, even came with an extra chocolate twist. What a winner. Nice fresh orange juice as well

Went for bottomless pancakes on Shrove Tuesday. Though it is a good deal - £7.50 for all you can eat - each pancake flavour comes as a stacked set of 3 and each one is thick and fluffy and you must eat all you get before you can order more. Consequently we could only order one flavour each - and the pancakes weren’t that tasty. The waiter agreed that he thinks it would be best if each order came up as one pancake only so you could try a variety - it’s a shame as though an enticing idea it ended up feeling like a sham. The restaurant is attractive and we also ordered some sides, which were nice.

Went there specifically to try pancakes fried chicken pancakes, but I was disappointed when they told me it is served on weekends only. Benedict Florentine was nice but it hard sourness to it which I didn’t like. Pancakes didn’t have the nicest flavor. The restaurant is beautiful and has plenty of seating areas. The best thing was the waiters…they were super nice and friendly. Prices are medium.

I love the menu at Bills as it covers everything, at anytime of the day or night. We hadn’t booked on a busy Saturday but the manager was very accommodating and found us a table. As it was so busy I expected to wait to be served but service was quick, pleasant and efficient. All credit to the staff, who are well managed and happy in their work. Family of 4 with dog - lunch on a Sunday in January - very average food and service. The restaurant looks nice. Was busy downstairs. drinks were ok. The food was very average and not particularly fresh looking. Had brunch, breakfast, sharing plates and sides. Some parts looked very reheated and lifeless. Staff almost tipped an entire breakfast over me but we saved it just in time... would not go again as much better places out there.

I had a lovely time at Bill's in Greenwich. Delicious food, great service, friendly staff. I tried their beer (lager), really good and refreshing. Recommend it! Chicken dumplings were sooo good and Halloumi fries also on point! Great atmosphere, the decoration is beautiful. Last but not least, try one of their desserts! Wouldn't recommend eating here. Pre-booked for my partners 23rd birthday for some brunch. Booked their birthday surprise brownie online, when we got there the glassware was dirty and there were flies around the table. The waitress didn't mention anything about my partners birthday throughout dining and the brownie was never brought out. There's very little point in having a category for birthday in their booking system, or mentioning that it's for a birthday in the comment section as they clearly don't read them.

Visited Bill's in Greenwich for the first time the other evening after a concert at a local church. We had a large plate of calamari to share as a starter which was excellent follow by meatballs for me, good taste if a little solid in texture, whilst my wife had fish pie which she said was very good in both flavour and texture. Service was friendly and quick, surroundings were the usual Bill's decor although some of it looked more tan a little tired. The cost was reasonable and we would go again if we wanted a quick supper.
