It’s so very frustrating when a chain like Nando’s goes digital and then the app doesn’t work, leading to huge queues at the till. Really ruined the experience. Can’t fault the serving staff, they were working their socks off and the issue was completely not their fault.

Kind, polite and friendly she made my dining experience at the Bullring thoroughly enjoyable while navigating a very busy service. Customer service radiates from her and she is a credit to you! For the first time since i have eaten at Nandos i got discriminated for being allergic to spice. The manager offered me sweet corn and mash to eat as the only food she coukd serve me!! Even after i mentioned that i had planish chicken many times, never had issues, making me feel embarassed to have an allergy. Ridiculous situation, never felt so bad and discriminated about my food choice. This is a big no for me to never come to this particular Nandos restaurant again.

We went as a couple for early dinner. We were seated by the staff area (where they had their breaks). This meant that we had to witness the staff arguing throughout our meal. There was little awareness and some of them came across rude. I think they should rethink having tables in this area as this experience took away from the food!

Fui a Bills por primera vez y la última para ser honesto. He enviado un e-mail antes de escribir aquí, sin embargo no obtuve ninguna respuesta, así que aquí estoy. Tuve que esperar al menos 45 minutos para las bebidas de la comida tomó mucho más de una hora tuvo que pedir al menos tres veces. Cuando salió hacía frío y de mal gusto pidió hablar con un gerente sin embargo nadie llegó. Solo pagué la cuenta y dejé que no se trata del dinero. Es más, el mal servicio al cliente si no puedes atender a la cantidad de personas que sientas, entonces debes operar un establecimiento más pequeño.

La hamburguesa era poco inspiradora y era una pequeña comida por £ 15. La comida de pollo de los niños estaba seca y los guisantes se veían horribles. Firstly the food we had was excellent and we all enjoyed. However i have marked them down because of the "optional" service tax of 12.5%. You should pay your staff properly and that would not be necessary. We are going to way of USA and expecting patrons to pay extra to cover low wages. They also do not take cash. I only tip in cash but if a business does not take cash then i do not tip.

Me and my friends came for a birthday meal and were really impressed with the service and the friendliness of all the staff; in particular a member of staff named kayson i think his name was, he was super attentive and helpful, checking in on us to make sure we were alright. The food came in a timely manner and was fully enjoyed by everyone. Overall, i would definitely come back to this nandos in particular if i was back in birmingham.

The staff here is incredibly rude. Would not recommmend. Update: I ordered collection for 21:30. They close at 22:00. I arrived about 21:35. There was only one couple in the restaurant. Most of the staff were busy cleaning. On noticing me, the guy hastily handed over my food and left. Didn’t confirm my name or order. I suppose mine was the only order left. The containers looked the size of sides only. I waited a few mins for someone else to come around and asked, if this was the full meal. “We ran out of boxes,” he replied and walked away. I walked around to where someone was wiping the tables and asked if I could get any takeaway sauces, cutlery and a napkin. He sighed and again, reluctantly helped. Nando’s, if your staff are this tired/arrogant at the end of the day, it may be worth adjusting your opening hours or have a cut off time for new orders.

We visited Bill's today and its saving grace was a waiter called Bienvenue - hence the title. Bienvenue is the reason this restaurant got 4 stars and not 2. Service was slow, it was like we had been forgotten, then along came our saviour Bienvenue - we werent even on his section, but he walked by our table and saw we werent eating, immediately stopped, asked if we had ordered and then took our order. He was proactive, happy, positive, enthusiastic and energetic. Our original waiter could learn a lot from him for sure. Bienvenue deserves to be given the highest commendation and even promoted - to be fair they need a new manager, as we witnessed the manager today shouting at and bullying his staff in full view of his customers... Not a good or professional way to act in a customer facing environment. I am hoping his bosses read this and act accordingly, by speaking to staff and getting him out of there. The food (Hippy Bowl) tasted good, but took forever to arrive. We ordered a drink that had to be reordered after waiting 20 minutes. My dessert was bizarre and expensive - Bills Flowerpot... Would not recommend. The cauliflower dish was tasty and the sauce on the halloumi fries was really good. Service is what let the place down (with the exception of Bienvenue of course) and we didnt feel it was good value for money for what you got (we took ourselves and 3 kids and it was £110 - almost a fiver for a lemonade though 😲). That said the kids menu wasnt bad value at £7.95 for 2 courses. We expect the name to change to "Bienvenue's" at some point in the future. Whatever he does, he is going to excel at. We're big fans (if you hadnt already guessed) and I would definitely recommend him to any future employer. Well done and thankyou buddy, you saved our visit.

A big thank you to Perry for his kindness, understanding and efficiency. Supporting a young adult with autism has its challenges especially when dietary needs are quite specific . Perry enabled us to sit in an area of the restaurant that wasn’t busy so the adult would relax, he used the adults name and engaged with him and also made sure our request regarding food were adhered to. This is not always the case when we eat out. Thank you so much Perry we will be coming back Food was delicious also😁

The app wasn't working properly so I went up to the till. There was already one customer waiting, we both continued to wait whilst two employees had a chat and completely ignored us. I believe a ?manager walked past and asked them to serve the waiting customers. The one employee carried on messing with the till with her bank card in her hand. Another ?manager/senior came behind the till and again, asked why there were several people waiting to be served. The employees response "I'm just sorting my food" (I presume was sorting their personal meal) and continued to mess with the till. I understand everyone is entitled to a break, or a chat with your work colleagues. Its very often, a thankless job. I just don't think there is any excuse for being rude and point blank ignoring paying customers.

This was the worst experience ever. The manager clearly had no idea how to assist customers. I ordered a platter and redeemed a free half chicken using the points on my account. The woman at the till assured me that she had added the half chicken to my order. However, while waiting, I noticed some items were missing. When I asked about it, I was told the woman at the till had made a mistake and hadn’t put it through. I explained the issue to the manager, but instead of resolving it, they insisted the woman at the till hadn’t made any mistake, even though the order was incomplete. To make matters worse, the manager told me to complain to head office and basically asked us to leave. Their attitude was rude, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate. Other staff members avoided taking responsibility, even though the woman at the till admitted her mistake. Absolutely disgraceful service.

Probably the worst Nandos experience of my life. Order was placed via app, the food was delivered to our table quite fast. The mash was stone cold, i took the bowl to the manager and he had asked if it was cold without me saying anything, common issue? All but one order was with peri chips, non arrived peri, when i asked for peri salt it seemed like i was asking for the keys to the safe. The service girl who i asked looked at me, and just walked away with no intention of coming back. I had to go up a 2nd time and only a few were given. 1 platter was ordered, but nobody thought to provide extra plates? The usual bird collection and asking if the meal was ok was only done at the end of the meal once i had gotten up, its like they knew i had some feedback. So rather than getting it in person, everyone can see now

My husband and my toddler and myself who is pregnant had food poisoning from what we had, if you love you family keep away from this place it is very dirty and the staff wasn’t Friendly. The people who were cooking wasn’t Wearing any hair net. The toilet for disabled and kids were so dirty And it hasn’t been Cleaned in days. The music in the toilet was so loud to scared my toddler. This place is not safe for anyone.

We have been at this restaurant 3 times, once lat year and twice this year. We think it’s good value for money and the burgers served was amazing. (27&28 December) Let me break it down: Positive: - food was amazing ( for the price) I had two days in a row the burger and it’s worth the money ( even though the second night they forgot to put thyme on the fries, and toasted the hamburger bun to much) - last year we went for lunch. Same time of year, food great and considering the demand good service - during the trip I had a few burgers and this is the only place that asked if I like medium or well done Negatives : - I ordered a beer and two waiters brought the the drink. Manager told the staff off in front of us. Next time maybe just accept the free beer and staff will be happy staff 27 was so much better than the 28th. They deserve a salary rise not a telling off. - sales tactics - do you want bacon and cheese on the burger? We straight away add 3 pounds to the order. I am not against asking the question. But phrase it differently, cannot remember the exact price but if the said would you like to add chess for 1.5 or bacon for 2.5 pounds. This way you know it’s extra. Also think it was the same with water, trying to get extra from the table We will be back next year

Have been to a few Bill's restaurants and they are usually very good. Sadly not the case here. Brought the wrong order out for my 6 year old son and for me. By the time they had brought my son's meal, the rest of us had finished eating. Did take it off the bill which was a nice gesture but lame attempt at offering dessert. Tried to pay bill scanning the QR code on the table and it was the bill for the table next to us. Waiter tried to blame the IT (no apology). When the bill did come it included a service charge. The Bill's I have been in before have always been busy and this place was empty - I should have seen that as a warning sign. Would recommend trying elsewhere first.

Came here for Brunch at 9am. Good memories of Bills brunch but food was really poor. Ordered avocado toast with poached egg and smoked salmon. Plate was so hot from sitting under the lights that the avocado and salmon were discolored and cooking. Also ordered Bills brunch. Sausage was missed and all the food looked like it was cooked 3 hours before. Really poor for what should be simple meals. Staff were pleasant though, shame about the chef.

Visited Nandos with my children on Wed 27th Nov, around 8:30pm. Despite a busy period due to the football, the staff were upfront about the wait time for our chicken, which we appreciated. Though it took a bit longer than expected, the gentleman on the floor kept us informed, which was a nice touch. When the food arrived, it was absolutely worth the wait! Hands down, one of the best-cooked meals I've ever had at Nandos (and we visit often) perfectly cooked and so fresh. Excellent service and food!

Tasty food, although at the time we visited they had a limited menu on there was still enough selection to choose a good meal from. Vegetarian options provided too. Service speed was ok considering how busy it was. Food ordered through the app on ur phone. Had a 15 min wait to be seated. Some food arrived without the full order being completed for example the peri salted chips had no peri salt. Halloumi had no sauce with it. But because so busy couldn't ask anyone for it to be rectified be4 the food became cold. All in all a tasty meal. Would return but book a table in advance to reduce waiting time at the beginning.

I came here for the fully loaded chips. They were out of stock of cheese! I wanted to sit in the booth the guy said no you can’t, 5 mins late two booths were free he didn’t have the courtesy to tell me that they’re available. I had to ask myself another member of staff to move there. I ordered nuts for starters, I got such a small portion for £4!!! It was a kids portion and that in a massive bowl as they had no small bowls! Rubbish service, rubbish food. Waste of time.

I didn’t know the food selection for Nandos as I haven’t been their for a long time, However, Tanisa patiently helped me through the menu to pick a good nandos selection, she was very kind and respectful. And as I was waiting for my food a friendly lad called Jev was nothing but nice to us and even offered us a good amount of the Nandos Peri Mayo. As I’m from London and won’t be visiting to give them more praise I’m sure the manager should!!!

First time trying a Nandos. Wasn't keen on waiting in a long line outside to get a table. The staff were all friendly. Ordered on the app to save waiting in another queue to order food and drinks. Food and drinks arrived quickly. The chicken was nice. The chips were bland but only ordered normal plain chips so may have to try the seasoning ones next time.

Came here Sunday afternoon it was rather busy but the service was still spectacular! Manager greeted us with a smile and sat us down. Waitress was very attentive! My son was funny about ordering the nduja pasta as he was hell bent on having it but we were concerned it was spicy, so the manager got us a sample to try and he loved it! We had literally the best customer service from Sofia. She is so kind, knowledgeable and so professional in the way she handled my entire dinning experience. The food was also very great in here. I placed a substantial order, but to my disappointment, the £32 order never arrived. When I contacted the restaurant to resolve the issue, they claimed that no such order had been placed. This experience was incredibly frustrating and left me without my food or any solution. Based on this, I can't recommend this place. Could I get a refund or some form of compensation, please?

Thoroughly enjoyed this venue. Came here one of the nights for my birthday trip visit. The hostess was really friendly and we were seated promptly. The managers work hard and we're serving customers as well as overseeing the running of the restaurant. It's in a city center location which is busy but the service and atmosphere is top notch.

Fatou and brian the gaffah and paula have shown extra customer service. fatou went above and beyond took her time and even helped us out choosing the write combinations. kept pestering brian but he answered me all the time and helped me out. the portugese wine was lovely thanks to fatimah making it easy for us to choose.very enthiusastic staff. excellent food we had the full chicken platter with 4 sides it was amazing. the extra hott sauce was not hot for me.but they were out of stock with fuso chillie calm and lovely environment. we ate like kings. trying to get us pissed early hours of the afternoon need extra extra hot hot sauce for the apnar guests

Nando’s is a traditional British grilled chicken restaurant. I often order the Double Chicken Pitta, which includes chicken breast with additional grilled halloumi cheese, vegetables, and cheese. It’s very satisfying with each bite. The boneless chicken thighs are also quite good—very tender and served with Lemon & Herb sauce. Overall, it's decent.

Predictably consistent good quality food. Excellent online ordering app, using the QR code at the table. Only grumble is that the drinks weren't brought to the table before the food was brought out, and even then I had to ask for the drinks and continue to wait longer. What made it worse was that 3 out of 4 of us had ordered bottomless drinks. They only had to put 3 empty glasses on our table so not sure why the long wait? We had to leave our half-eaten meals to go cold while we queued up to fill our glasses at the drinks machine. Something normally done well before the food is brought out. Decided to order an ice cream after the main. Waited 20 minutes to he given the empty cardboard pot. Which only came after I complained about the wait. Shame, as it took the edge off a family Nando's meal which we like to treat ourselves to once in a while.

I’ve been here 3 times now. The first time I got lemon and herb wings which came burnt that they tasted like charcoal- no flavour. The next two times I ordered a chicken wrap and my friend a chicken burger in mild seasoning with garlic bread and the garlic bread was bland. Overall decent experience as long as you don’t get the wings.

FOH team really needs sorting out. There was a queue to get sat in the restaurant despite tables being free. Once sat, the dining area was a mess with litter on sides, drip trays full of ice and sauce sides not restocked. Team members were taking 1 or 2 things at a time to potwash despite there being lots of tables that need clearing We ordered a bottle of beer and wasn't given a glass. When the food came we had a meal missing and then when we notified the staff there was no apology. D&A of FOH team members was also awful. Food was okay but FOH service was awful.

Absolutely amazing. I am a 50 year old man that went there with my wife. Unfortunately after the food arrived I became extremely ill but not because of the food but just my health. I was on the verge of passing out and couldn't move or speak with my eyes not being able to open. The manager (Sally) was absolutely amazing. Took care of me and made sure everything was good. Didn't leave our side even though it was very busy in the shop and called ambulance to help. On top of all of that she didn't take the payment for our table and food even after my wife had offered. I appreciate the Sally for the customer service and I will definitely be visiting again when I feel better.

Enjoyed our first visit . Food was great and the guy who served us ( Bien) was fantastic- really friendly and knowledgeable, a credit to his employer. Overall , a very pleasant experience. We will certainly return soon .

We ordered a full platter and waited at least half an hour for it to arrive and it came cold , the chicken was so so dry and the four sides was so small I was shocked. Worst nandoes I have ever had I haven’t had nandoes in a very long time so I was very disappointed this time round. I won’t be having nandoes again it’s over rated now anyway unfortunately.

Had lunch with my partner and my in laws, served wonderfully by Beth, and Kay, and another lovely young lady. Fabulous squid with gochujang aioli, followed by a stunning pea and asparagus risotto. Everyone else also had excellent food. Many thanks 😊

The main highlight is that the restaurant is located in a fantastic castle. Not everything was delicious—the pasta was unimpressive, but the halibut and appetizers were tasty. The selection of wines by the glass was quite good. Inside, it’s cozy and atmospheric, perfectly in tune with the castle’s charm. The staff were incredibly kind and genuinely welcoming.

spent ages getting parking and paying for it all for it to be closed. Rang so many numbers finally got through to the art studio who said they're closed for good. At least change it on Google?? It says open till 3pm
