Absolutely horrible chicken was dark brown fillet burger was same over cooked cold chips everything got thrown away and definitely will not be going back made us all ill

It was shocking the chips were cold and hard and the chicken was dry and the coating was all scabby I ended up putting it in the bin it was that bad

The food was absolutly awful! The chips looked and tasted as it was fried over 10 times. The burgur was uneatable. I wish I could attached some pictures to see the state of it. Contacted the takeaway to complain and they said they will not refund or send a driver back! Had to literally chuck everything in the bin. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

food was cold , who likes cold food and i am not talking about ice-cream. food was really disappointed bad taste , chicken to small bites , i am not a baby .

Usually happy here, promptly delivered. Donner meat was very scrappy and hardy any chilli sauce. Naan bread was a bit dry and the salad was scarce. Had better from here.

It was absolutely disgraceful I placed an order and i was waiting for over an hour so I rang the restaurant they then told me that they couldn’t do anything about me not receiving my order because the restaurant is closed so they have taken my money and I still haven’t received my order. I ordered off just eat and they usually are okay with delivering food however this is appalling absolutely fuming will never be ordering from here again.

BURGER DIDN'T HAVE MUCH SALAD AND THE FISH WAS WAY OVER COOKED MEATLY BURNED. NOT UP TO THEIR USUAL STANDARD.

Listen, from this place you've got to know what to order!!! Their peri wings are the best I've had. The wings plus the peri rice and side salad is perfection! Never had a bad meal from these boys!!

Disappointed. This is not fried chicken you would assume it is. It seemed to be deep fried supermarket type chicken pieces. Not what you’d expect. The chicken wings were good though just wouldn’t get a piece meal…

Wish I could upload a picture on here! We ordered 2 x 3 piece chicken and chips. Chips were soggy and the batter on the chicken was awful clearly burnt. Would not order from here again.

First and last time we will use this takeaway. System says food is here restaurant says it’s still 10 minutes away. So nearly an hour later than the worst estimated time. Really should have just asked for my money back. Won’t be using them again and the food isn’t even here.

Ordered 8 piece chicken meal. Shish kebab and chicken burger, arrived early, chicken pieces were burnt and dry, kebab wasn’t much better although the naan wasn’t burnt. Chicken burger was just about average. Waste of £30. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be ordering from here again. Really disappointing.

Donner and chicken was okay. Lamb Shish was burnt, very tough and inedible. Specifically asked for no salad, just lettuce - sent mixed salad. Chips were over cooked and soggy. Wouldn’t order again.

Not sure how you can make a cheeseburger and a pizza with chicken, Donna meat and ham so tasteless but they managed it. The food was lukewarm at best, the chips were tasteless and stale. The best thing was the can of coke.

When it eventually arrived the fries were more like crisp. No taste and not very edible. Disappointing as normally this takeaway is quality food. Won’t be ordering again King Krillez in Leigh gives better food.

My orders not even turned up Ive rang few times said on its way then apparently they delivered it to another 19 washaker not my address

delivery was on time but the chips was a bit stale, like they had been cooked and left on the side for a long time, and the pizza didn't have much toppings on it

Received mozzarella sticks that were way too overcooked and the container had a hole in it. Contacted them to get a refund and they flat out refused. Never ordering from them again, a waste of money.

Found this place whilst mooching on just eat to branch out from our go to kebab shop as im quite funny about trying new places and wowzer !! , 4 times weve now been we havnt been disappointed seems to gets better each time weve ordered, the food always hot and fast delivery no matter weekend or week day.. normally big mama is really nice 10/10 food but this time they didnt put the sauce or salad in the burger and the chips were burned af they tasted like biting into a charcoal didnt even taste like food this review isnt to hate on big mamma i just want them to be aware of what they do and not rush stuff please dont make a mistake like this again

Never had a bad meal from here. Food always hot, on time or early. Best Kebabs and Kofta in the area. Would recommend to anyone.

I was using this place for a couple of years never had any issues, then last week my daughter found a black facial hair amongst her chips, it's put her off for life. She didn't like One of the drivers as he was always asking about her, she found it quite creepy and hid every time he delivered. When I called regarding the hair, they wasn't very concerned and offered to send more chips but she had been put off, he said 'what would you like me to ' Really🤔, maybe I should contact health and hygiene

The chips were cold and rubbery and inedible. The curly fries were incinerated. The peri peri chicken burger didn’t have lettuce and mayo on so it was dryer than Gandhi’s flip flop.

I really didn’t pay attention to the delivery time. I have ordered off this shop a lot of times but this time the peri chicken was off! I tried to explain this over a call but he just blamed it on the amount of time since I ordered the food. This isn’t my first time ordering off them I don’t know why they think I’d just make something up. The peri peri is literally untouched as no one can eat it. I honestly think there is something wrong with the chicken or it’s an old batch but like I said it literally had a smell and funny look. Apparently I complained too late so nothing could be done. Quite sad as I actually liked the take away!

Ordered the lamb kebab, onion rings, some other bits, chicken piece meal … absolutely rubbish, food burnt and kebab meat was tough. Don’t waste your money with this place, annoyed.
