Have ordered from here twice, both times I got the meal deal. First time it came with a big cup of soup and a 500ml smoothie. Second time it was a tiny tub of soup, same size that kfc gravy comes in! And the smoothie was tiny!! The chicken salad pitta was lovely though, which is why I gave 4 stars.

Awful food, swimming in oil and over 1h late

Went at 8.50am and wasn't open. Was meant to open at 8.30am

Burgers comes in a box that the bottom bun gets stuck to??? Rips your burger apart what a waste of money 👍👍👍

Food was outstanding, great healthy feel good option

The portion size was very smal paid nearly £14 wafer thin sliced steak, which must have been about 2 tablespoons of, the jacket potato was about the size 1/2 a little tea cup and there was no garlic&herb dressing which had asked for & side salad was half a tomato, 2 pieces of cucumber &afew slices of iceberg lettuce, it was extremely disappointing as I’ve ordered before & found it to be ok , it was not worth the money & won’t be soon, have asked Just Eat for a refund if can put on photos I would

Love food at Avocado bar BUT I paid £1.94 for hash browns only got one! And it was well done, I felt a bit ripped off. Breakfast Burrito was nice though .

1st time ordered,very Impressed, rang me a few minutes after order was placed offering an alternative to one of the items, delivery time advised, then apologies sent as was running a bit late. kept upto date about everything, food was excellent, would definitely recommend and order again

Certainly not complaining about receiving this delicious food early, top quality great ingredients. I always try to order from here when I'm working away from home, makes a refreshing change from the usual burger/pizza places.

cold no value for money ... opened the door was upstairs, so slight seconds of delay and she was going to leave before even contacting me properly .....and leave the already cold food on the doorstep....not a happy customer

Seriously order from here 3 times in a week. You always order the teriyaki bowl and it’s so yummy it’s like a Chinese but healthy whole can go wrong and it fills you up so much. Amazing

Never usually have any problems with this place as I love it! However today I ordered sweet potato fries and received a veggie burger thing instead? I ordered 2 fanta cans and got sprite, I understand things being out of stock but being contacted would have been nice. I had to go near enough to the drivers car to get my delivery. My food was warm at best, very disappointing on this occasion 😔

First time coming here been meaning to visit for a while food was really nice and it makes a real difference having a healthy option as a take away

the menu states the fish cakes come with asian slaw and avocado, there was barely a teaspoon of slaw clinging to each fishcake and no avocado whatsoever. the coco loco is meant to be mango/pineapple/coconut/lime/mint but all you could taste was only pineapple without a hint of anything else and certainly no mint. has put me off there.

These guys just don’t miss! Everything I’ve had from here has been top notch. Particularly the salt ‘n’ pepper chicken!

Honestly expected a bit more than what I got - £2.59 for heck sausage I expected 2 and got 1. Same with the toast over £1 for a slice of toast when I thought it would be 2 is a bit steep. £11 for a protein box and also that was tiny too - definitely not medium sized. Food was alright overall just very small portions for what I paid

What we received was lovely but our order was missing the extras for 3 of the tailored box meals so we significantly overpaid for 3 chicken salads. Such a shame as we have previously been happy. Just eat have refused any refund as I didn't open the boxes in the shop when collecting to check.

We received a voicemail advising steak was out of stock so they will send chicken instead , I tried to call back to say it was more than fine but outlr signal hasn't been the best lately so couldn't get through. The fact the staff phoned with the heads up is amazing and this why I keep ordering at home and at work for my colleagues 🙌 amazing food always!

Very little veg and only 4 sweet potato chips.

I've always had high expectations going to Avocado. The drinks were good, but I'm afraid I was quite disappointed with the food and so it felt really overpriced: the sweet potato chips were limp and overcooked, the burger bun was hard or burnt in places and the lettuce limp, relish poor; the prawn dish was small and the prawns tasted overdone. Sorry Avocado. Hope you can do better as you're still the only healthy takeaway around.

Food was very nice but wow it’s expensive for what your getting. It’s the price you’d pay in the cherry tree. Tiny chicken burger and that’s large apparently sorry but it’s just way to expensive just because it’s a health bar

The food tasted amazing, full of flavour and so many options to choose from. However the portion sizes are tiny! Especially considering the pricing. Although great tasting food I think you can get better value for money for same decent taste elsewhere.

I’d heard great things about this place so I ordered a breakfast burrito. I added extra items which didn’t end up adding on (which I paid additional for), I called up to speak to them and had the phone put down on me. Would not recommend this place!

Time got later and later for delivery time, ended up collecting as they didn’t have a driver for another 20 mins. food was lukewarm & bland. Massive disappointment.

Made an order on Uber eats I rang to see where the order was as it was late they told me another 40 mins I rang back 40 mins later as no update on Uber still processing the order the man was very rude and said I’ll just cancel your order I told you before 40 mins so I said yes that was 40 mins ago I want the food that ordered to be delivered….. he said well I’ve made it I’m waiting on a driver he has already told me this I told him he was being rude to which he responded I’ll cancel the order love and slammed the phone down no customer service skills at all disgrace

Never left a review like this, because I don’t like doing this stuff, but this was the worst service I’ve ever had! The food was 30 minutes late and still hadn’t arrived so I decided to ring up and I was told it would be “10 minutes” no apology from the guy I spoke to, just that it would be “10 minutes” another 25 minutes pass, so I ring again to be told the delivery driver had already been, and had been at the door for 5 minutes which is impossible, because I sit directly across from the door, there is a window next to it, and I have never missed a delivery before so they then “resend” the food out, bare in mind at this point it’s nearly a hour late, and I’m told it will be “5 minutes” 30 minutes pass again, and after 2 more calls it then finally arrived with “Thai red curry” that wasn’t red more of pale yellow colour! I don’t know what it was but it wasn’t Thai red curry! and a smoothie that was seriously a quarter of the cup full, the rest of the order was pretty poor also and it cost £33! For the service and food I have never been ripped off worse in my life, not to mention I ordered a reign energy drink and they sent me a monster! Certainly do not recommend and will never be ordering from again!

Absolutely SHOCKING. £22 on food that CANNOT be eaten

I ordered the large portion only to receive two of the smallest pieces of chicken I have ever seen and then the rice was only a little amount I’m sorry this is the last order I will be sending for.

Food 1h 40mins after delivery time on just eat advertised (0-15mins), food cold and also missing added extra item of halloumi. Second time this restaurant has delivered to me very late. They did call me 30mins after I placed my order to tell me the delivery person was stuck in traffic, I live 7minutes away (checked google at the time) my food was then another 1h and 20mins after that phone call. Shame as I usually really enjoy the food but I’m not prepared to wait for hours for it and then for it to be cold, it’s unacceptable. Won’t order again unfortunately.

I have ordered from this restaurant twice. Both times the food has been good but has been delivered SO late! Close to a 2 hour wait on both orders.

Specifically told them no sauce and chillis on my order. Food arrives and instructions completely ignored. Unsure if I’ll order again

NO STARS!!!! Numerous delays. After a two hour delay, I rang up and told me I'd have to wait 15-20mins. After 20mins still no food, phoned again and the man on the phone tried to blame it on the driver not speaking English. DISGRACEFUL SERVICE

I tried empire which was amazing so thought I would try the partner avocado health bar .. I have to say this was the best takeaway I’ve ever had .. so healthy and flavoursome .. everyone needs to have an avocado health bar experience . I will be coming in the shop when I get time ..

45 mins late with no update, Food cold, scrambled eggs dry, 1 wilted tomato with full breakfast , spinach flavourless and soggy, eggs benedict was sour, definitely would not order again

Rubbish portions very expensive burnt sweet potato fries not worth it at all

We ordered a small buffet for a business meeting in our Horwich offices, the food was very fresh with plenty of choice. I asked the shop to delivery a variety of choices over a 3 day period. We were all very impressed with the food and will definitely order again for any future meetings

Had to wait around 20-25 mins , even though it was empty was brought coffees 10 minutes before food in which there was no spoon . Food eventually arrived it stated bacon medallion but it was not the eggs where beyond over cooked the overall meal was dry and not good . In my opinion it was over priced for the quality of the food

Food is lovely, just a shame no salad on sandwich or option to include salad. The flapjack was dry and burnt but would still come back and try more food ! :)

Had the salt and pepper chicken air fried, unreal food

I ordered a 100g peri peri chicken, with wedges and coleslaw, when I say I got about 3/4 pieces of small chicken and 3 wedges and half a thin tub of slaw Im not even joking !!! It didn’t even taste like it had any sauce on it I almost choked it was that dry I had to put my own sauce on it which was disappointing I paid £9+ for this order and I hardly got anything in my box! It’s a good job I debated whether I wanted small or medium I got medium I wouldn’t like to see what small looks like! I’m really annoyed with the quality / quantity of my food and I spend £16 there! I’m really unhappy with this and would not be ordering again & I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to order anything from here unless you like TINY potions of food. It wouldn’t even fill my 5 year old step daughter up. Although the delivery driver was lovely and told me enjoy my food (which I didn’t) I do appreciate that. P.S. the food went in the bin I couldn’t eat it, waste of money

Incredible healthy food, keeping to low fat standards, delicious ingredients and amazing choice of meat rubs for steaks. Just wish the steak was thicker

Food delayed twice by the shop, my mrs is now in a meeting so will be eating hers cold. No difference in size between medium and large meal. Large soup comes in a small cup sized container that’s half full, definitely not worth the money.

Very late with order and when offer arrived it wasn't what I had ordered. They went to make the original order and when I opened it the meal was terrible, no presentation and very little food it was terrible food and terrible service. it was looking forward too a lovely vegan meal but was extremely disappointed. I was visiting a friend in Horwich and had seen this place while driving past and thought it would be nice to eat from there but that wasn't the case

The curry portion was so small, last time I ordered it came with veggies but got none today so it’s a bit inconsistent. As always delivery drivers lovely. I ordered at 12:15, rang to ask how long delivery would be 13:30 to be told it’s cooked, just waiting for a driver and then it arrived at 14:05. Halloumi was cold. Soup was CUP OF SOUP, all powder stuck at the bottom and luke warm. I asked for a wrap and I got a pitta which was all broken apart and wrapped in the cheapest of cheap tin foil that ripped apart trying to unfold it and the chicken on the pitta was just dry and nothing to it. Best flavour in the whole thing was some chopped onion.

The food was excellent, but I ordered via Just Eat and the owner of the restaurant delivered this himself! I can only assume that there was an issue with Just Eat. Not a good service and at least a refund of the delivery fee and service charge should be given.
