Bife in Tower Hamlets

Absolutely fabulous experience, from the second we entered the place. We were welcomed by our lovely and attentive waitress (a lady from next to Rome, give her a raise!!) who guided us to our table. Importantly for London restaurants, there is space!! The tables are not glued to each other, which shows how important the customer experience is. We ordered calamari to start, red wine (Malbec) for both and sirloin and rump steak as mains. I can’t recommend this steak enough - fabulously fresh, tasty and well cooked and seasoned. We were super impressed with the entire experience - the lovely staff (all of them!), the delicious food and the excellent value for money. Thank you!

Wow! What a great experience! I visited for dinner on a Saturday night with friends for a drink at the bar. The place was busy, very lively with some Argentinian Cumbria music playing, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We ended up having some bites: I had their traditional empanadas and the marinated aubergine from the starters section and it was delicious. We also tried their desserts: a mini lemon tart, chocolate mousse and, my favourite, gluten free chocolate cake, which was to die for. The smell of the charcoal grilled meat coming out of the open kitchen was sooo good, I have to go back and try some of their juicy steaks. I’m definitely coming back. The manager Juan was very attentive and made us feel like rock stars. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely be back for more.

I had never heard of Bife before but found them with a google search. This place was fantastic! The steak was amazing and so were the espresso Martinis. I had a 500g rump steak with chips for £37. My colleagues had sirloin and it was equally as good. This place is a hidden gem.

If you're a meat lover Bife will be right up your street! This small, elegant restaurant serves some of the best meat I have had! They have a selection of cocktails, beer, wine and soft drinks. For starters we shared a variety of the empanadas between four of us and they were so tasty! For mains they do a variety of steak, we chose to go for the Grill box for 4 people, this was pricey at £140 but 100% worth it. The meats were cooked really well, super delicate and delicious. The staff were also super friendly and great! We were actually the last ones to leave the restaurant! A great atmosphere, delicious food and great staff! We will definitely be back!

We took some of the recommendations from previous reviews and was not disappointed. Started with the malbec and the breads and olives, the Stilton butter was to die for! We also had the black pudding which was just perfect to go with it. Two amazing fillet steaks and great service from the young girl who was very attentive. I only gave 4 stars as we asked for salt and pepper to a male server and didn't get it for 5 minutes as he was more interested in showing his world cup replica to his friends who had come in to eat.

Delicious food, the empanada selection were so good and really tasty. The meat was melt in the mouth and incredible - wow - amazing! Friendly staff and good value for money - highly recommend and will be back! Gracias!!

Saw on my social media that someone had been here and just had to try it. Tonight was the second time I have been in here, and it is still superb in every way. The food is fabulous, the team create a brilliant atmosphere, it draws everyone in and you just have the best of times. Loved my conversation with the guy behind the bar, a top man. Can’t wait to go back, with friends, so I can try a sharing platter!

We had no reservation, got a spot at the bar and were served by the very friendly and talkative bartender. We shared some excellent starters and both got an excellent steak. We (my son and I) both loved the place, people and food. Recommended and we will return when we are back in London.

I had one of the best ribeye steaks ever, it was a quality cut perfectly grilled. The service and Negroni were excellent too.

Really great steak restaurant close to Liverpool Street. I had the rib eye which was cooked perfectly and everyone had different steaks which they all enjoyed too. Great wine recommendation from the host and a great afternoon had by all!

This is the best steak that I have ever eaten, the empanadas are a must to try and all the staff are amazing. Their chimichurri souce is so good that I have ordered extra to take home 😁. I do not always leave reviews but this place, the food and the staff deserve more than 5 stars. Will definitely go to eat there again! Once again thank you for a perfect dinner.
