The guy with the big beard is an absolute disgrace to this establishment, booked a table for iftaar and didn't get our food or our table

The order didn’t even arrive. Ordered it for iftar was told by the driver that he had knocked and no one answered and that he left at front door. Didn’t hear any knocking and went to front door to find no food. Absolutely appalled.

The vegetable rice lacked flavor, overwhelmed by turmeric, while the chicken and prawn stir-fry noodles were undercooked, drowning in turmeric, and lacking in chicken and prawn. For £30, the inclusion of uncooked noodles was particularly disappointing. I'd advise looking elsewhere for a satisfying meal I wish I could give them 0 star

Stir fried lamb doner & fries tasted better since the last time I had it. Regular serving but generous portion. 2 lamb shish in naan was surprisingly good. Bread was soft meat was juicy and tender. Smash burger meal was delicious. Fries were good but most importantly the meat was tender and juicy. Decent amount of cheese but hardly any sauce! Masala fish burger was very nice but there was no option to add cheese. Ordered Naga wings but got tandoori. They were okay in taste but quite expensive for only 4 pieces. Accompanied with fresh salad and chilli sauce dips. This particular sauce isn't to my liking, there's no option in Uber menu to pick alternative dips WITH meals.

Meat curry was really nice but was disappointed with the smash burger and donner. I don’t think the onions were cooked properly and it lacked in flavour. Been a while since I ordered from here and usually the donner is 10/10.

We tried the special mix doner with naan. It was absolutely delicious, even better if you roll into a wrap! This place is also HMC certified

The food was drastically very bad. We ordered online were waiting for very long and when we recieved it the food was stale. I need to throw into the bin with lot of disappointment. I really dont recommend this place for anyone.

Unfortunately I'm very disappointed with the food and the portion has gone really small not how it used to be especially for the price. This used to be my regular take away place.

Delivery took a while but not later than estimated. Also added a short note re the food but not sure if that was read by restaurant. The food tasted delicious though - just minor quibble.

King prawn puree, sorry but very small portion not worth the money, but salty.

Ordered a delivery, waited the full hour just for it to be cancelled on the basis the delivery driver couldn’t find me. Called up to question why no one called me, to be told that the road was blocked instead. When I confronted that I had just arrived home so the roads wernt blocked, I was told they are closing and to call up the day after. Very disappointed, unprofessional and won’t be coming back.

Uncooked burgers and the balti was watery. Will never order from here again. The burger was pink in the middle and was soggy

Ordered the chicken stir fry with noodles and the prawn stir fry with noodles. Both were in fact made with something like ramen noodles, not egg noodles. Probably quicker and cheaper for them to bulk buy ramen noodles, who knows but the meals tasted cheap, low effort sadly. No egg noodles included, no beansprouts, no sprint onions. Basically we got a very very watered down version of what we expected from should’ve been a simple but delicious meal. I think they’re good for the basics, (I’ve eaten here before), such as the donner kebab and chips. This was such a let down sadly.

Was disappointed sent the wrong order, after calling and agreeing for the original item no show from here.

Rubbish quality and portion size compared to its competitors. Spent over £60 with friends and we all left hungry. Place needs modernising. Stick to Mishti Desh for quality and portion size.

What a fantastic place to come and eat. MashaAllah the brothers on the front were very welcoming and the service was incredible. We got the Tawa for 3 for a very reasonable £35. Incredibly generous with their portions and the food was incredible. The Tawa came with lamb chops, Sheesh kebabs, chicken wings, tandoori pieces and a very generous portion of Donner meat fried up in onions and spices. We finished off with some desi style tea which was superb. Fantastic flavours, generous portions, great service and price. We even prayed salaah downstairs in jamaat. What more could you ask for! They also have lots of additional seating upstairs for bigger groups etc. Would highly recommend.

Grilled chicken was abysmal, rock solid (appeared reheated), tasteless garbage…went in the bin. On a positive note, the complimentary vege rice was surprisingly really good.

I order from here very regularly even at late night and they never let me down

Very dirty and dull ambience. Saw a cockroach on the inside door of the restaurant sitting area. Left immediately. The menu was also not good.

Overall alhamdulillah it was really good!

Bhaizaan grill is my favourite place to go to when I’m looking for something healthy & fresh. The service has always been very professional and the workers are always polite. I would recommend.

Place was brilliant. Got there really close to fast opening and were still able to accommodate us and the food was 10/10. From the donner to the curries.

Quality poor and was watery and cold

Tasty, not oily food. Fries could have been in a different box to avoid soggy chips at the bottom but overall very nice. Will be ordering again

Broke our fast at this place today for 18. Amazing preparation during Ramadhan, food was absolutely spot on, 4 platters full of mixed food. Not one complaint from any of our players. They also cater for vegetarians. Thank you to the staff. We look forward to seeing you again.

Had an iftar meal out with friends and staff were very welcoming. Dates and bottled water were provided for every customer at iftar time. Not one table was empty yet food was served ever so quickly. I had reserved a table afew days prior and rang up on day with our food order so within 10 minutes of arriving, food was served. I had the grilled lamb donner and fries and the regular portion was filling the dinner plate. The flavour was amazing. I will definately be getting that again but would try something else on the menu the next time I visit. My friends had the chicken parmesan and the portion was gigantic and the grilled chicken donner and fries was lovely too.

Finally tried the tawa, on point!! Alhamduilah shout out to Ridwan & Shabal Bhai always looks after us.

Chicken steak is amazing if you are eating clean. If you want to cheat on your diet, go for the lamb chops and masala fries… absolutely heavenly! I come all the way from London for Bhaizans!!

Had a family meal at Bhaizan’s this evening; 16 of us altogether. I pre-ordered most of the meals to ensure kitchen staff could prepare the food with ease as it can get very busy, really quick. We ordered a few other items after we got there, which arrived quite quickly. Our food arrived without any delay & everything was visibly fresh. Food tasted good, as expected. Service staff were polite and friendly. Price was reasonable for most of the food. However, I felt the price of full peri-peri chicken was a little steep. It’s been a few years since I last visited this place. Not much has changed with the interior. It’s small and cosy upstairs; can be tight if all tables get booked. Downstairs is open and airy with a couple of tables.

Tried it twice and both times terrible. First time the chicken curry was so spicy I couldn’t eat it. Second time the lamb masala curry was bland and basically tomato soup mixed with onions! I don’t understand the hype about this place!! Also the chicken pakoras were greasy and bitter, nothing like Indian pakoras

Lovely food and great service. Ordered Sherpuri with Naan, was delicious; Salmon with fries, was delicious; single cheese burger was fresh and tasty. They also gave fries on the house with the burger when I had ordered just the burger..THANK YOU SO MUCH. Lovely manners.

I'm really disappointed with the curry, cannot believe for a curry that's nearly £10 there was hardly any meat and the meat pieces that were provided, were tiny! I have ordered from other local takeaways and they've given a decent size portion.

Pretty decent food however, was brought the wrong drink and did not get naan with meal and when spoke to staff apparently justeat incorrectly placed their menu and naan wasn't apart of deal. Overall the grilled cod was nice but the chicken fried rice was plain and not much chicken included but tons of rice

Bhaizans grill. Clean shop great staff great food but I went there last night and I com back home got very bad food poisoning. Don’t know why normally there is no problem

Really friendly staff. Food was ok. Mixed grill was a red tandoori leg, two chips, sheek kebab and tikka pieces. Bombay aloo were a Silhet version of boiled potatoes with onion. Lamb Karahi was a very very small portion and not appetising at all, Donner mix was pleasant. Naan was lovely. Nice but Iwouldn't go back. Sorry.

Food was bland. Parantha was burnt hard and tasteless. Quite disappointed to be fair. How can u burn a parantha

Ordered the mixed donna special larger .. flavour was amazing but, not enough meat, it was mostly oil, onions and tomatoes and definitely not a large portion of fries. Biryani again great flavours but very little chicken. The veg curry that it came with didn’t compliment the Biryani so left that. I guess its due to cost of living

Well worth a visit. The grilled chicken is juicy, the fish is moist, the meat is tender, the stuffed naans are a must. Apparently they make their own naga sauce too... Service is fantastic. The place itself was extremely clean at 10pm on a Friday which is always a major plus. Only downside is the Doner kebab biryani, tried it at a few places and it's never cut the mustard so I just don't think it's possible lol

I would say no1 Bangladehi food. My wife&i popped in for food. Food was excellent and service was fantastic. Worth of price. I would recommend people to eat there.

One can always rely on Bhaizans for excellent customer service with a smile. The food was outstanding, the mix meat was filling and delicious and the lamb chops are to die for, and excellent experience as always will be back soon. A must visit.

First time ordering, mixed grill was very nice,however the T bone steak wasn’t cooked properly, looked like ordinary beef not even a T bone compared to other steaks I’ve had, taste wise barely anything
