Food was amazing, great value for money. The customer service was brilliant and they owner was so accommodating to us, while we’re there in the restaurant. If you love food l would say this is the place to go. Next time l would probably do a takeaway.

Would not recommend at all. Food was dry and portions were extremely small. We ordered enough food for 8 people and there was 4 of us and still wasn’t enough. Tawas are tiny.

Placed a telephone order for a chicken tikka kebab on naan for collection after the football before the drive home. It was my first time eating from here as I am not from the area and it was one of the best kebabs I have ever had. It was cooked perfectly and with two cans of coke came in under £10. Fantastic food and will definitely return when back next season

Ordered on just eat, food was very disappointing! Back in the days they use to be so nice. Fries were poor, cheaply made. Peri grilled chicken wasn't great at all, had high hopes, rice with veg wasn't great and was overloaded with unnecessary ingredients. Naan wasn't packed greatly, was in a bag all bundled up! Disappointing as I spent quite a lot, wouldn't be ordering from here again unfortunately!

Been here many times previously On this occasion ordered several different meals...grilled cod, lamb chops with keema rice, chicken shashlik and few stir fried donner with fries Stir fried donner was tasty as usual, grilled cod was cooked perfectly, lamb chops was delicious but the keema rice was a bit bland for my liking.. For me the stand out was the chicken shashlik, absolutely mouthwatering👌💯🔥🔥🔥

Cannot believe I had'nt tried Bhaizans before!! Me and my husband really loved the food really cannot complain. The biryani is so so good best we ever had. We really enjoyed the tarka daal and the mix grill with the softest yet crispiest naan. They have such good customer service the place is so warm. Very good selection of drinks from soft drinks to mocktails. I will be returning very soon.

Food was excellent service was excellent everything was cooked fresh (not greasy and cold like poncho khana in small heath).

Been here twice and the food is consistent, delicious, flavoursome and overall very good quality (came out really quick as well on both occasions)! We had the mix doner, sheesh kebabs and masala fish this time round and it was amazing! The brother that runs the place and his staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. I wish them success in their venture!

Lamb chops just fat not much meat. Not much flavour to the mixed grill, left the chicken peice, Salad was awful. The burger was ok.

The food was truly excellent, was quickly and freshly prepared and staff were friendly.

Today me and my brother came this restaurant, actually we came first time someone's told me should you go come and finally went there and eaten by donner and chips with lamb cops as well. So i want to say, everyone'ill come and try to eating best food 🤍

Food took over 1 and a half hours to arrive despite me living down the road from the shop. (Wasn't feeling well enough to collect) I called 3 times asking where my order was and no clear response was given. The food arrived and is very gingery, watery and not pleasant at all. So disappointed and will be sticking to Shazanz.

The food was bland and so dry. The noodles were discarded as no one qould eat them, tasted like cardboard. Its a shame because up until now we've really liked thwir food. Hoping its a one off

Visited this joint quite often with my Brethrens for their Shatkora mixed Donner. I had mines with rice most of the time, I'd highly recommend that but to each their own. At times I'd feel extra peckish and grab myself a cheeky Chicken Pathia on the side with Mushroom or Special Fried Rice, which is beyond fandabidozi and it's the only other place in Brum that makes the real deal. The authenticity is saliva dribblingly scrumptious 🤤

Top location to go to visit. The food was lovely, well seasoned and well priced. The owners were very friendly and thoughtful. Only slight negative was service was slow. But it was very busy so it is understandable. Definately go again

Mashallah an amazing place with amazing people, and best of all was the amazing food. Everything that I ate from Bhaizans was 10/10. The mixed donner with their pickle was amazing. I'm a fan of naga, but this naga surprised me with a very naturally sweet and spicy combination that was not blowing my head off like other well-known brands. The spice was more enjoyable as it was a fresh naga pepper. Overall, have great experience as the very kind and humble owner looked after myself and my friends. Great experience. I will definitely be coming back with my friends to try other items. Highly highly recommend. I did also try the lamb Chops in the restaurant, as well as also took home their chilli garlic chicken kharaih.

This place has been like a second home to me over the years. Used to go every other week but it's now and then as I like 15miles away. The food never changes amazing food and very tasty right up anyone street. The spice level you want they provide and the selection of food options is fantastic. These brothers just know to put a smile in your face with their food. The service is ace and very respectful. Keep it going brothers from your customer from wednesbury.

Delivery scheduled time vs actual is absurd. Telephone manners none existent.

The most disgusting food I’ve ever ordered. I want a refund. Chips were missing, the curry was lamb and water pretty much, the the chicken tikka panini had hardly any chicken in and it stated ‘Pepsi’ with each meal, I was went one can of ‘Barr Cola’ , I want a refund!!

Alhamdulillah the brother gave excellent service and recommendations/explanations on the food which was fire🔥. Gave us a prayer mat to pray upstairs

Excellent food and service when taking my large family, they were seriously fantastic looking after us and they can make a partition when you take your family to make it private. They have an off the menu Tawa Menu which you need to ask the waiter and must try which I ordered both the meat and seafood tawa option 😋🍽️ Thanks once again I will definitely be coming back 😎👍🏽♥️

The guy with the big beard is an absolute disgrace to this establishment, booked a table for iftaar and didn't get our food or our table

The order didn’t even arrive. Ordered it for iftar was told by the driver that he had knocked and no one answered and that he left at front door. Didn’t hear any knocking and went to front door to find no food. Absolutely appalled.

The vegetable rice lacked flavor, overwhelmed by turmeric, while the chicken and prawn stir-fry noodles were undercooked, drowning in turmeric, and lacking in chicken and prawn. For £30, the inclusion of uncooked noodles was particularly disappointing. I'd advise looking elsewhere for a satisfying meal I wish I could give them 0 star

Stir fried lamb doner & fries tasted better since the last time I had it. Regular serving but generous portion. 2 lamb shish in naan was surprisingly good. Bread was soft meat was juicy and tender. Smash burger meal was delicious. Fries were good but most importantly the meat was tender and juicy. Decent amount of cheese but hardly any sauce! Masala fish burger was very nice but there was no option to add cheese. Ordered Naga wings but got tandoori. They were okay in taste but quite expensive for only 4 pieces. Accompanied with fresh salad and chilli sauce dips. This particular sauce isn't to my liking, there's no option in Uber menu to pick alternative dips WITH meals.

Meat curry was really nice but was disappointed with the smash burger and donner. I don’t think the onions were cooked properly and it lacked in flavour. Been a while since I ordered from here and usually the donner is 10/10.

We tried the special mix doner with naan. It was absolutely delicious, even better if you roll into a wrap! This place is also HMC certified

The food was drastically very bad. We ordered online were waiting for very long and when we recieved it the food was stale. I need to throw into the bin with lot of disappointment. I really dont recommend this place for anyone.

Delivery took a while but not later than estimated. Also added a short note re the food but not sure if that was read by restaurant. The food tasted delicious though - just minor quibble.

King prawn puree, sorry but very small portion not worth the money, but salty.

Ordered a delivery, waited the full hour just for it to be cancelled on the basis the delivery driver couldn’t find me. Called up to question why no one called me, to be told that the road was blocked instead. When I confronted that I had just arrived home so the roads wernt blocked, I was told they are closing and to call up the day after. Very disappointed, unprofessional and won’t be coming back.

Uncooked burgers and the balti was watery. Will never order from here again. The burger was pink in the middle and was soggy

Ordered the chicken stir fry with noodles and the prawn stir fry with noodles. Both were in fact made with something like ramen noodles, not egg noodles. Probably quicker and cheaper for them to bulk buy ramen noodles, who knows but the meals tasted cheap, low effort sadly. No egg noodles included, no beansprouts, no sprint onions. Basically we got a very very watered down version of what we expected from should’ve been a simple but delicious meal. I think they’re good for the basics, (I’ve eaten here before), such as the donner kebab and chips. This was such a let down sadly.

What a fantastic place to come and eat. MashaAllah the brothers on the front were very welcoming and the service was incredible. We got the Tawa for 3 for a very reasonable £35. Incredibly generous with their portions and the food was incredible. The Tawa came with lamb chops, Sheesh kebabs, chicken wings, tandoori pieces and a very generous portion of Donner meat fried up in onions and spices. We finished off with some desi style tea which was superb. Fantastic flavours, generous portions, great service and price. We even prayed salaah downstairs in jamaat. What more could you ask for! They also have lots of additional seating upstairs for bigger groups etc. Would highly recommend.

Grilled chicken was abysmal, rock solid (appeared reheated), tasteless garbage…went in the bin. On a positive note, the complimentary vege rice was surprisingly really good.

I order from here very regularly even at late night and they never let me down
