Beverley's Cafe in East Lindsey

Had two breakfasts, very tasty. Lovely mug of tea. Very polite and friendly staff. Thank you, will call again when on area.

On the menu board there were chicken, pork, gammon as roasts of the day, I asked for pork, no pork, not taken off the blackboard. I had chicken and my partner went for cottage pie. Her cottage pie had chewy rubbery meat and when she got towards the middle of the cold plate the inside of the pie was cold. The bits of chicken, also served on a cold plate had a strange taste, like it was old and on the turn. I complained and was offered another choice, I had meat pie. This had been in the microwave so the pastry was soft and sloppy. inside there was 2 pieces of beef 1 smaller than the other and I noticed that the gravy did not look hot, I was right, as you got further into the middle of the plate the gravy was cold and the meat was just warm. I ate some of the tastless watery veg. I took the plate to the counter to complain. I was told that the total cost was £17.90 for the 2 meals. I said that mine was inedible and I was'nt paying for it. I was told that I have had 2 dinners and eaten half twice which makes 1 dinner, When I insisted that I was not paying for mine she said I will take all of this £10 that I had offered for payment for my partners pie. I have never had such a horrible meal and service.

Regular Customer told can't come in anymore for no reason. Not even done anything wrong. Untill he is allowed back in we will not be coming back in either. You don't treat people like this. It's stupid. Gonna lose money acting like this. Don't forget the customer is always right!!!

Lovely little cafe - small but friendly, fab meals at good prices. Food always piping hot and the service is with a smile. They obviously care about their regular customers and make time to make older customers who are alone to eat feel welcome. A little community treasure we visit when in town.

Called in for breakfast this morning the decor is old fashioned but very clean light and airy & the staff are lovely friendly, we both had the Full English I loved they have a choice of fried fresh or tinned toms, the bacon was perfectly cooked and not overly salty , sausage and mushrooms tasty. I have never been to a cafe that does eggs exactly how I like them….I have now! Runny yolk ,clean well cooked whites no greasy oil taste. The crowning glory of a lovely breakfast. Will definitely be going back!

Staff who wanted to chat with each other rather than serve us, the worst coffee I have ever been served and were refused to use the toilets. The one star I did give then was for the beautiful zucchini and lime cake.

Lovely little place with delicious sandwiches and the hot chocolate was very nice!! The food is made by a lovely lady in the back and was nice to support a little cafe. Definitely worth a visit.

We just had drinks so can't comment on the food. Friendly staff in a cosy setting. Not rushed so could sit and relax.

We were searching for lunch,walking from Hubbard hills into town,past church and came here to Beverley’s cafe. Theme us outside attracted us,so we went in,although it was 2.15 our order was taken,salmon and crab lasagne,and a large plate of fresh mixed vegetables,superb.Tea and coffee. Please take staff,clean interior,the ladies were so helpful in telling us where to go in Cleethops,our next stop,thank you.

Went for lunch, very busy, two staff on. Ordered prawn baguette. Prawns not properly defrosted, dressing tasteless. Returned meal and was then told when I ordered something else, it was a long wait, which it was, another half hour for a simple meal. No apology for the fact that the prawns were still frozen. Won't go there again. Used to be good but not any more. Angelica

Called this morning for breakfast I had beans on toast with bacon which was ok and my husband had a bacon and sausage sandwich the sausage was awful all dried up and greasy which he left and just had the bacon. We ordered a pot of tea for two which when arrived only had one teabag in and was so weak that we had to ask for another tea bag. The waitress had an apron on which was very grubby. This was altogether a very unpleasant experience and expensive with a bill if £11.40 charged.

One of the best all round cafes in the Louth area.Good value plus an extensive menu anytime of the day friendly staff as well

We have been gone to Beverley's for some time now , trish is so Friendly and has great staff . The many meat suet puddings are lovely , and if you have room , which I doubt the desserts are good old fashioned recipes . A main dish which could be chicken and leak suet pudding , mash and roast potatoes with vegetables and lovely graveyard £6.95 fantastic value

I think Beverley's is charming - good tea and coffee, cheerful service, and really good value for money, whether you want a sausage roll, a sandwich, or something more substantial at lunch time. I have been in with family as well, including my young nephews, and children are made very welcome too. I don't often go into town but when I do I like to go to Beverley's.

Seems like a popular with locals cafe. Meals were good value but would not visit again although the all day breakfast looked good

Un salto aquí Sábado almuerzo con mi marido, tuve una cena de cerdo asado, con 4 verduras diferentes, puré y roasties. . . . . . Ah mi. . . . . . ! ! Estaba delicioso, cada forkful. Mi marido tenía el budín de estrellas, fue bien désuet satisfechos. Si te gusta la buena cocina antigua este es el lugar para estar, es un café tradicional relativamente pequeña, (me encanta mantener algo pasado), tienen una buena tradicional los budines también que puede encontrar difícil de resistir, los precios también son geniales. Escondido en la parte trasera de la tienda de descuento es fácil de encontrar. Sin duda volveremos.

Lovely mint lamb pudding in here,really big portions of veg the lot.Certainly good value for money.and i really recommend this

Beverley's is a small tea room with big hearted staff and terrific meals at a reasonable cost. I love the friendly atmosphere. Apart from the usual menu they have a specials board. Vegetarians are well catered for too.
