Absolutely delicious! I’ve never had the liquor before but it’s so good with the pie and mash. I inhaled the whole thing I ate it so quick. Super hot and just so tasty - exactly what you need on a cold November day! Really well priced too - I should have bought two to Go. Will definitely go again. Highly recommend. The cafe is also really nice inside - super clean and cosy.

I've enjoyed pie and mash my whole life.when it opened it was very good,however haven't seen the owner for a while ,since he's gone the last 3 times the mash has been full of lumps so bad I've tried mashing it up with a fork,this is a simple fix which if rectified will transform your product back to what it used to be

Dad was able to have pie and mash for the first time in over 30 years. He went veggie so didnt have a chance. Was nice to treat him. Great value and nice team there.

A little bit of old London in Folkestone. Pies supplied by Manzes and a nice clean environment. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Food was good and price very reasonable.

Best pie and mash in England.I am from the East End and have tried many pies in my time.Cor blimey it was delicious especially the liquor.Lovely staff and atmosphere.My kids loved it!

after a VISIT to betty pie n mash i can saftly say it was the worst pie n mash ive ever had it was microwaved to the point the meat had turned black inside the pies ,

i will never go back not true pie and mash never go again it was bad wast of money do not go there i wont

Brilliant, service with a smile, the ‘best pie n mash ‘about, good price, the pie, mash & liquor, were definitely on par with the best we’ve had in the east end, ( be nice to open on a Sunday) we’ll done , 5 star, thanks

I am a pie and mash expert from London East End ! (only because I have eaten a lot of it a few years ago) I could see this group of people were really excited and happy. Not a lot of the good spirit was aimed at the customers only amongst themselves. I was disappointed with the food though. The pie was really small with a small amount of meat inside and a tough crust. The mash was watery and fairly tasteless I wondered if it was from a packet. The Liquor was also slightly thin. I think they will try to up their standard and I will try it again in about a month. I feel slightly bad about leaving a critical review but I hope they will pull up their socks.

We were so lucky to stumble across this little gem. We were visiting Folkstone and it was like being in London eating the favourite food of the Londoner PIE AND MASH. Honestly it was superb go try yourself you will not be disappointed.

Visited today, their first day of opening and it was brilliant. Lovely friendly staff even though they were very busy but they still provided great service. My Dad said it is the best he's had, and believe me he eaten a lot of pie and mash in is life . Cannot remember the last time my mum cleared a dinner plate but she finished everything on her plate. Brilliant value for money and will certainly be visiting again.
