Best Shawarma in Leicester

The shawarma is good, but without the sauces it's alright, the chips were great and everything else is amazing, definitely coming here when I'm craving for shawarma.

Absolute horrible dinner!!!!! Salad is rancid!!! Donner kebab feels like cardboard!!!!!! Am surprised they still open.

Illegal immigrant are working ( who are not allowed to work in UK) there. They don't speak English. Talk very aggressively. Very disrespectful and Always wants to fight 😒 Especially the one with beard...

This was one of the best shawarma shops in England it is way better than others they are so funny 100% would recommend

The staffs are very rude, I asked for the naans first so they said the dough is not ready it will take 20 mins then he asked me how many naans you need so he was thinking for 2 mins then he said ok fine I have dough ready then he make me the naans. Very bad service, they did the same thing to the other customers aswell as I was standing in the shop for 10 mins. So request the owner to sort this out otherwise the business will surely go down because of this kind of behaviour with the customers.

Been going here for years for fresh naan bread. It is always delicious and cooked to order while you wait. Decided to try the chicken shawarma recently and it was excellent. Fresh salad and a selection of sauces available.

10/10 sharwama shop brother gave me a free naan bread really appreciate it. 100% recommend if you don’t come here you don’t know food. Not only that but prices are amazing I got mixed donner and chips with naan for only £6 we got 4 so £24 really enjoyed food come here

While I found the shawarma to be quite good, the overall experience was rather average. However, beyond the food, there is not much to write about. Nice one portions getting smaller all the time

I called to place an order for collection and they were so rude honestly the customer service is atrocious. Staff should really work on being friendly so that customers have a pleasant experience. I’ve been twice and both times they have no taken my order they have prioritised people with large order and said no to small orders, which is unprofessional it’s a good establishment all orders should be taken.

Always go here, best naan hands down and for the best price ! Go here so often that the people running the shop know my face, if you want good naan at a fair price, this is the shop

I tried chicken shawarma after reading all good comments but it didn't satisfied my taste , naan was too hard and thick . Less chicken and more vegetable plus very sore bit slices whole shawarma taste like pickle. Sorry but this is truth 👆

I was their regular customer, the new staff is very rude and despite the increase in price they have reduced the portion size by almost 50%.

I decided to try the lamb shawarma at a new place that I heard good reviews about. However, when I got there, they told me they had run out of lamb and only had chicken left. I was a bit disappointed, but I decided to give the chicken shawarma a chance. The service was decent, but not exceptional. The waiter seemed to have some difficulty understanding me when I placed my order and asked some questions. He was polite and friendly, though, and tried his best to accommodate me. The chicken shawarma was tasty, but not as good as the lamb one that I had in mind. It was a decent meal, but not a memorable one.

If you love shawarma, this a special place to visit. The shawarma is always fresh & simply delicious. Ring them first to place your order In order to avoid any waiting. Try their mix pickles one of the best.

They don't even deserve 1 Star. Very bad customer service, rude on the phone. Don't listen to the customer on phone properly, they are a bad listener. I ordered something else and they make a wrong order and when I went to collect the order he gave me a wrong order. I asked them to put garlic mayo but they put mint sauce on the food. Very bad service. Most of the staff don't understand what we want to order. I don't recommend this place. One of the worst place in our Evington area.

Love this place. Reasonably priced. £3.50 for lamb sharwarma. The lamb finishes quick as it is popular so make sure you go early. Ask for their sauce it is delicious

The name of the restaurants says it all. It is actually the best shawarma you can get in the area. The customer service is amazing and they are very friendly and respectful. The food is well cooked and served with enough meat at a nice temperature. I totally recommend them.

I bought schwarma here frequently while visiting my mother in Leicester a few years ago, and go back whenever I have the opportunity. The value for money is incredible in this takeaway run by a Kyrgyz family on the edge of Leicester's Highfields. Freshly shaped and cooked naan in a naan oven filled with the best schwarma - not processed kebab meat sticks, but the proper layered lamb or chicken. And a good range of salad, sauces and chilli to fill. My son loves the cheesy naan bread, and locals come in to buy bags of fresh naan bread. Most satisfying all round.

These guys work very hard under pressure. Thank you for serving us good food.

20/03/2021 regular customer here i have had the worst experience today. Ordered naan in bulk, waited more than half and hour. They were very busy then normal accepted that but the chef had cold naans which was made few hours ago or could be from yesterday below the shelf which he played the trick while serving me the fresh naan putting the naans in the centre assuming i did not notice in that busy hours. Another customer seen the exact thing and he questioned the chef and another mistake he done which was so rude in the tone he spoke to me and other customer. After waiting for that long chef said “not serving us” because we spoke the truth after seeing him doing that too customers what a nightmare. I would not recommend customers to experience the same thing i went through so please avoid this place.
