Best Kebab in Gloucester

Seriously, this is the best of the best. Best by name, best by nature. I moved to Gloucester five years ago so it took me a while to find the Best Kebab. But trust me, they have only got better and better. Absolute quality. Pizzas good too. Just can’t rate it enough. Reliable, open late and on delivery, just brilliant. Absolutely brilliant.

We waited over an hour for this to turn up, asked for extra mint sauce on wrap and it didn’t have any on at all but extra chilli sauce so was too hot to eat so wasted. Pizza was burned which couldn’t eat either, have photos Very disappointed

I absolutely love this place, I always get the lamb ribs with chips, mushrooms, tomatoes, side salad, that I would recommend to get it's 10/10 ... But recently I got myself a cheeky mixed donner wrap last Friday 23rd of march and I got some serious food poisoning I lost a whole week's work .. a £8 wrap coat me £500+ I would please like you to take care for how long your meat's been out or whatever contamination may have taken place for anyone else that may have a mixed wrap... I would not wish that I'm my worst enemy with how I felt, genuinely felt like death Other than that I can't fault the place ! Just gunna stay away for awhile now and hopefully come back with a clean start 🤣

Knab was cold with mo salad or sauces on and pizza was stone cold and burnt had to throw away

I ordered a £13.00 pineapple mushroom pizza. They took £13.00 x amounting to £39.00. The pizza arrived was wrong order. I phoned them. They sent a new pizza, said sorry I could keep wrong one. 2 mins later a knock on my door boss wants his pizza back. Terrible service and robbed my money. Avoid all costs. What are they going to do resell the wrong pizza. Cannot be trusted.

Literally in the name, was the best kebab I’ve had. Will likely be ordering again soon and I’d recommend to everyone.

I went in at night around 11 PM. Ordered chicken doner with chips. The chicken was too dry. I didn't eat that completely.

Did as for Olives and paid the extra top, but didn't gey them. But otherwise than that it was fine.

Food was cold and the sauce had congealed. Pitta bread was hard. Chicken popcorn overcooked and almost burnt. Not a good experience and paid over £50 for inedible food

Unfortunately, the dish we ordered was not enjoyable. The flavor of the chicken was extremely strong and tasted burnt, making it inedible. We were disappointed with the overall taste and couldn't finish our meal.

Well phoup to ask always to give me more sauces 2 extra. on the phone says they charge me for each cheek when l have had always there pizza and plus garlic pizza but kore pizza. look at the time l have had one or two pizza not cooked the dough plus the pizza over cooked dried. sorry quit dispionted for being a payed customer but don't get kindness.

I made a mistake and they offered to swap to different food. Decent of them to do so, I opted not too as they shouldn’t pay for my mistake. Kebab usually fab but didn’t eat this time as I ordered wrong one. Lamb doner is AMAZING from here though

I ordered cheesy garlic bread, cheesy chips and a small margarita. When I got home I had received 2 garlic bread pizza and no margarita. Been y nice but not what I ordered, and that asked me twice.

A very poor experience. Chicken kebab came in a pitta that was ripped to pieces. Called restaurant and they were very rude. They sent someone to check the kebab and to prove ‘I hadn’t eaten it’ (odd) but didn’t replace it. I called to request a refund as this was 2 hrs after the original order. At this point the staff were very rude and aggressive and said never to order again from them (no problem). They then sent another driver to pick up the kebab. After 2.5 hrs with no kebab they gave a refund!

Spent over 20 pound online and did not receive my order went into best kebab to be told thay had no drivers and money would be put back into my account to look the next day and see that have taken my money so I rang up to dispute this with best kebab to be told to F off and I would not be getting my money back I would steer clear of this establishment

Honest review: The kebab was cold, probably due to the poor container and plastic bag to insulate it and 45 mins it spent on route to me, the pitta was hard and chewy and the lamb shish was tough and chewy - however well seasoned. Now the redeeming factor was the salad- provided separately in another container, perfectly fresh, balanced and zingy with just the correct amount of dressing, it put the rest of the kebab to shame , I won’t order again (I’ll go back to kebab express).

First time we’ve used Best Kebab and we really enjoyed it. The delivery came at exactly the time we asked and the food was good. Having the salad in a separate pot was a nice touch too. Will definitely order again!

The food was cold and uneatable. Would have probably been uneatable before it was cold . Lamb was fatty the little that was there and the chicken tasted like it had been cooked days before . Will never order from here again

Food was overcooked particularly the 15in margarita pizza it was basically burnt and should not have left the shop. Doner meat was dry and salad was sent seperate, this was not ordered this way. Shame because the food is normally good
