delivered an hour and 50 mins late. food was lukewarm and went cold within 5 minutes of eating. called up and the person seemed repetitively eager to get off the phone. uninformative when i asked what was happening with my order, then hanging up instantly after “answering the question”. don’t order if you’re wanting your food same day.

My delivery never showed up, I tried contacting the restaurant repeatedly with no response—terrible customer service.

Did not able to track my order and it got too late and there is no proper response from the restaurant and can't able to see who is the delivery partner

Food never arrived was lied to on the phone saying it is on the way. Do not recommend ordering from here waste of 2 hours of my life waiting for nothing .

First time we ordered from best in town a few weeks ago we ordered offer 2 and offer 10 and it was brilliant! Tonight for a Friday night in with me and my partner ordered the same again, only to find that we had been given the complete wrong order. I rang the shop and asked to have the correct order delivered to us, only for the person on the other end of the phone to pretend he didn’t know what chicken was!! Giving the benefit of the doubt the food was amazing last time, but I will not be ordering from this shop again due to disrespect and lack of effort in food prep!

Driver pulled up in car park rang me up and says come to my car I said no I paid for delivery as I’m suffering from vertigo he got out the car and says “do you think I’m a a slave “ he claimed he was the boss when he is just the driver his attitude was appalling and the food was stone cold I won’t be going there again but I’m certainly not paying for someone to come to my house being rude and abusive when there was no need

This takeaway is the best their workers are really kind and their food is amazing. I order there at least once a week i really reccomend.

I’m not happy with the packaging of the order. Pizza is all soaked with the sauce box which is being leaked all over.

We tried apologising for my mans money not going in when it normally goes in presicely after 12!, i always order from here and never had this problem before, again we apologise, however talking over me on the phone and not letting us get a word in edge ways i can understand your anger but at least give us chance to speak, all i can say is from all the reviews ive read with the fish being raw the mouldy bread and also soggy chips, took a turn for the worst, last time when we ordered you sent out donner kebabs that had a tub of salt on it, im not a slug but i was frothing from the mouth, dont get me wrong the burgers were lush, the pizza did give me a bit of ass problems, at first i thought it was due to being on medication. But numerous of times when ive had pizza my stomache was like it held a pizza in a morgue since the year 1926. Again my apologies guys for the money failure. But dont throw stones if you live in glass houses. The pizza dough is not freshly made, and the naan bread is out of a packet.

We ordered food through just eat, wasn't delivered, phoned them and they say we've delivered, absolutely not at all. Phoned twice more and they were very rood. How do these get away with it.

Scammers, I ordered on uber eats and they called me and said that they do not have the ingredients to make my order and asked whether I want to cancel, so I said yes and then I got a message from uber saying that the money was still taken from my account because they started making the food.

Friday night so was slightly late due to being a busy night. Food was still delicious and staff were friendly

This restaurant took my order and gave me a delivery time of over and hour later then didn’t turn up it was very late and not many restaurants open serving this food so I chose to just wait the wait time even though it was a long while. So it was even more disappointing when it didn’t arrive as we were falling asleep but trying to stay up for the food.

I ordered a burger meal from best in town and the delivery took over an hour to deliver. I rang them 5 times and they kept saying the same thing. I had eaten half of it and kept the rest for later. After a-bit i wasn’t feeling to good and i end up feeling sick. The donner and burger was undercooked. It has been 3 days and i am still puking every where. Potentially have food poisoning.

Top Quality food but the driver complained at me that my address was too far away, which was kind of rude really. The merchant can choose their delivery radius so if they don't want to deliver to me I suggest they do that.

I would suggest to never ever order from this place, like ever. my food was supposed to arrive at 3.30am, waited outside because my doorbell doesn't work. at 3.30 sharp said order has been delivered, yet nothing has shown up. called the restaurant, I was told they're running late and it should be here in no longer than 10 minutes. its 4.09am as im writing this and nothing has turned up at all (I'm still waiting outside this whole time)

Ordered around 7, got a pizza, garlic bread and a kebab. It arrived super hot and faster than the ETA but we did select ASAP! Very friendly driver, no complaints at all! Still need to order a curry or biriyani yet but that is next on the list. The meat feast with chicken tikka went down very well I hear! (We come from an area where tikka and pizza doesn't happen) spot on, thank you!

With biriyani you guys mentioned that boiled egg and salad. But I didn’t find anything

Language definitely a barrier so had some difficulty making myself understood. I think I met the owner last time I went so it was much better. The chicken donor meat was good with the right amount of spice.

Absolutely gutted, the pizza was dry and the cheese was rubbery. The chips were dry and had no seasoning, I'm 100% done with this place. Thanks for ruining my 2023. If you do decide to get a pizza, don't get one from here, I'm genuinely gutted because this place use to be so good and this has got to be hands down the worst takeaway I've had in 2023. Take this as constructive criticism above. you've lost a customer.

First time ordering and I can tell you for sure I will not be going back at all. I ordered on Uber eats. I ordered a family pack which contains 2 large pizzas I got a donner and vegetable one. Both should have been deep pan but came thin crust on the vegetable pizza it doesn’t state red peppers but came with I didn’t get any extras on the pizza, 2 cheese burgers. 1 with salad no sauce and the other no salad and garlic and herb sauce. Both burgers only came with cheese on, no salad, no sauce ! both burgers were dry and overcooked, 4 piece garlic bread which never came with the order, chips which were cold, saggy and dry and a bottle of coke which was the only item without a problem. Ordered the food at 1 am, told me it would be here 25 to 45 minutes later but came at 2:16am instead with all of the problems. When I realised the problems with the order I instantly called the restaurant and they told me they didn’t have an order on system in my name which is false because I received my order and the delivery driver said to me you have waited since 1, what’s going on man. I then contacted Uber eats about my order to which they told me to contact the restaurant but the restaurant told me to contact Uber eats. For a disclaimer this restaurant uses their own drivers which you cannot track at all. This costs £28 with an added £2.80 service fee. Delivery was free.

This place has gone downhill in the past 2 months, new management are terrible. Taking 2 hours to deliver 2 7inch pizzas and large chips compared to the half an hour it used to be. When you ring them they lie and say its on the way, go to a different takeaway this one isn't work your money

I recently attempted to place an order for delivery, however, I experienced a Rude answering and the call ended immediately.

The customer service here is terrible. Multiple times I've ordered late at night because I finish work late. They accept the order, then after an hour waiting the place closes, you can't contact anyone and just have to grab a refund. Stick to your opening hours and honour your orders. The most incompetent staff, clearly.

I have been using this place for a few months and had really liked their donner kebab on naan, the food still tastes good but the size of my portion was very different and they blamed it on new staff. It definitely wasn't right to pay £10 for the amount I got. Its a shame as I'm now not sure if it's a one off or if that is the norm now. If it is the normal then I don't know if I'll be using this place again.

I tend to always go here as it’s quick and local however after ignoring there raw poor quality food a numerous amount of times I’ve absolutely fuming this time, not putting enough sauce on is one thing but finding hair in the food is flipping disgusting, they have no sense of customer satisfaction!

I'm a vegetarian so my choice was a bit limited. I had a vegetarian burger and chips the chips were absolutely delicious but sadly the burger just tasted like cabbage in a bun. My My friend had a cheese burger and they said that it was lovely. Friendly quick service and fair prices. Also it's a bonus that it's open late. Plus extremely clean.

It's sad to see this place go downhill. I have been a customer for a long time, and all was well until the new management took over. I paid £8 for a donner on naan - which quite frankly, I think is abysmal and unjustifiable, to say the least (£3.50 under previous management; I don't expect the price to stay the same, but a £4.50 jump is quite steep). The Donner was of substandard quality - they are clearly sourcing cheaper alternatives, and tasted like cardboard. The naans are no longer freshly made, and the one with my meal was cold and shop-bought. It is sad that I've had to change my previous 5* review for this establishment, to a 1*, but it seems like the new owners are trying to cut every corner possible. Unfortunately, I won't be paying another visit.

Worst in town!!! Got given stale chicken and when I complained the owner shocked me his response when he said he fries the chicken and keeps it in the fridge and then fries again when needed. I have never seen this level of low standard anywhere! I have complained to the council so please dont waste your money on this place you could seriously get sick!!!

Just ordered a lamb curry from hear normaly 2 seprat boxes 1 with rice 1 with curry. This time it all came together all mixed in a burger box cold all meat squashed with lumps of rice and not corect rice that was ordered. looking like it had been in a mixer and pored in to the box. Partners chicken burger was burnt and chips to much oil

They take a long time to deliver, and they don't deliver orders as they are

The service was actually very good, & they cared very much about my order, however....one member of the staff that attempted to serve me, had great difficulty understanding me. He had very poor English skills, but besides that it was alright.

Should be renamed to WORST IN TOWN. Ordered 2 vegetarian pizzas and received 2 meat pizzas. Staff said to call at a certain time to arrange a refund, which has not been issued. When I went into the shop to enquire further, a staff member became aggressive and threatening. I would not recommend this place.

Rang and said wrong order arrived to be told website and menu not correct needed to order off app.... was not interested in helping at all will not be ordering again from them. Don't waste your time or money.

I got their menu through my post and I called them one night to order food and the person that answered the phone told me no delivery sorry and hung up the phone en me ??? Soo why sending menu to all the houses if you don't deliver ? Very disappointed

Ordered 2 pizzas online for collection. It was £2 cheaper if I had phoned them but let it go, price was still good. One pizza was fine, the other was NOT what I ordered. Rang them up and they said they will deliver another one. Hour and a half, still not come so had to call them up again. Still waiting 3 hours and multiple calls later
