Berwick Rangers Dining in Northumberland

Popped into the beer garden and then waited at the bar for ages, nobody came to serve us, so we left. I think there was only one member of staff running about serving food and drinks. From a visit to the toilet , the restaurant inside was like a building site and the toilets were dirty and smelly. Being so close to the beach it seems to catch passing trade but there are better options a short walk up the street.

I only used the parking lot to sleep. The payment machine gave problems.

Great fish and chips with peas and tartare sauce. Two mains for £18 deal. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Beer garden at the front. Very dog friendly. Good choice of drinks and deals. I would recommend.

Toilets an absolute disgrace, to the point of being a real Health and Safety issue Glasses lying around on the table Last time will be visiting !

Stayed in a nearby cottage and stopped off at the Oak Inn for a bar meal on our first evening. Everyone was very friendly, there was a nice atmosphere and the food was tasty and well priced.
