Bentley's Coffee Shop in Middlesbrough

Thank you once again for a great start to our day out. Well placed just next to Middlesborough Train Station. We received Tremendous service from Jake who is a fantastic asset to Bentleys at Boho One in Middlesborough. Great food at a good price definitely VFM and all served with a smile. First visit today for breakfast it was poor. £15 for 2 breakfasts and 2 tea bacon was so small it might as well not have been there. Tasteless pre cooked sausage a quarter of a small tomato. It was the worst breakfast I have ever had. Needless to say I won't be back must be the easiest thing in the world to get right

Nice open coffee shop in Parkway centre. Pleasant service, decent quality and reasonable prices. Not an enormous amount of choice but we had was very enjoyable.

Please can you ask ellie to be more friendly and can you ask her to be more chatty to me but the pie and coffee was lush.

I’ve heard great things about this place and was very disappointed with the quality of coffee here. It wasn’t the best at all. Everywhere i travel i’ll order the same a Oat Milk Flat White, but here there was no oat so i had to settle for a cows milk latte. The service was lacking i felt this is the sort of place where you order, drink up and your gone. As with Bedford Street Coffee, there is a focus on who they know their regulars are rather than inspiring new customers to come back, there is very little attention paid to first time customers and you can see staff have clear favourites when it comes to customers and who’d they’d like to spend time talking too.

Lovely coffee shop very clean, staff always greet you with smile very friendly welcoming place. My friends and I go every week, excellent service, lovely food. Highly recommend. Well done to owners and staff who make it such a lovely place to visit. Chris, Mary and girls, Wednesday morning group. X
