Very friendly staff and offered to help with my friend’s buggy. Service was good and polite. Food was tasty, had the hot deep fried chicken, but found the salad portion very small and the gravy just a pinch too salty. The croffle was nice and presented well. But overall I would visit again as it’s a nice place.

Very slow service, had to wait ages for food and even longer for our drinks. Two staff members on, one worked quite hard the other stood around. The owner came and sat down with his laptop whilst customers were complaining. Table next to us were offered free drinks due to their wait. We had waited even longer but were offered nothing.

Food was nice when it arrived but the service was really slow. Two members of staff serving one was working hard but the other was so slow. We waited 10 minutes to place our order, 30 minutes to get our drinks and 50 minutes before our food arrived. We would have left but our daughter said the food was worth waiting for. Several other dinners were complaining as well. There was another male member of staff who appeared from time to time but he just sat down on his laptop surrounded by dirty glasses and frustrated customers whilst the young waitress tried to cope. Such a shame.

My first visit to Benjamin's, where I had the loaded fries with the hot chicken. It was really tasty and I really enjoyed it. Loved the coca cola in a glass bottle aswell. The service was good and good portion sizes for the price I left full up! Thanks again

The restaurant is perfect for informal casual gatherings with loved ones, tried chocolate orange milkshake! Quite tasty have to say. Well presented and as sweet as people I trust!

I ordered the Oreo Milkcake and Belgian Chocolate Cookie Dough from Amor Dessert Lounge, and they gave me the Oreo Cookie Dough instead—honestly, I’m not mad at all! It was a delicious surprise and felt like a bonus. The Oreo flavor was rich, and the cookie dough was warm, soft, and perfectly gooey—just how it should be. I’ve seen others mention the dough being hard, but mine was baked to perfection. Great quality, great service. Definitely recommending and ordering again!

The worst mixed grill I have ever eaten. Egg: undercooked. Sausage & burger: inedible. Tomato: barely cooked. Chips; not freshly cooked. Peas: hard. Mushrooms: ok. £13.95. It wasn’t cheap, you should be using better quality sausages and burgers.

The whole order was poor - missing item, uncooked food, and missing ingredients on items recieved
