Vaya noche. Personal increíble, gran decoración. Tuvimos una noche muy divertida. Nos acomodaron en poco tiempo. Los cócteles son deliciosos. Recomendamos encarecidamente. x

¡Qué lugar tan pequeño! Instantáneamente se sintió bienvenido, un gran menú de cócteles. El ambiente era encantador y teníamos una gran conexión con los chicos Phil y Chelsea y lady Bo. ¡No puedo esperar a volver!

Qué lugar tan terrible. Pides tus bebidas y es solo cuando vienes a pagar que te das cuenta de que te han dado el doble, a pesar de que pides una sola. Muy peligroso para las personas que toman ciertos medicamentos. Ninguna revelación en cualquier lugar ni ninguna mención de que son dobles cuando los ordena. Cuando lo cuestionamos, la camarera fue increíblemente grosera y agresiva en su manera. Luego volvió al bar y empezó a hablar mal de nosotros por plantear este tema. Muy poco profesional.

No recomendaría este bar debido a sus cuestionables prácticas de bebidas y servicio. Pedimos bebidas, solo para luego darnos cuenta de que nos habían estado sirviendo dobles sin preguntar. Es un servicio básico de atención al cliente para confirmar si alguien quiere una individual o una doble, especialmente porque los precios y el contenido de alcohol difieren. Uno de nosotros tomaba antibióticos y había establecido un límite personal de dos bebidas, pero debido a que el bar servía automáticamente dobles, sin saberlo terminaron tomando cuatro. Cuando planteamos esta cuestión, el personal alegó que era su “práctica habitual”, lo cual es completamente inaceptable. Este bar nunca debe hacer suposiciones sobre cuánto alcohol quiere un cliente. Esto se siente engañoso e irresponsable. Ten cuidado si decides beber aquí. Si alguien está conduciendo, será estricto acerca de cuánto bebe. Si el bar sirve dobles sin informar a los clientes, el conductor puede consumir más alcohol del previsto, lo que es inseguro e irresponsable.

No solo están siendo irresponsables, sino que en realidad están violando la ley. ¡No puedo creer que sirvieran dobles sin decirle a la gente! Pensaste que habías tomado dos gin tonics, pero en realidad, tomaste cuatro, algo que nunca habrías hecho mientras tomabas antibióticos. Eso es completamente inaceptable.

Went for a class social at Belmeis. What a lovely night out. Great company, drinks, and service. The staff Kate and Jose were on point! Made sure we were served all night with top class service. Definitely recommend a visit here. Atmosphere is great and staff really make it. Thank you for looking after us so well. Can’t wait to visit again. Louise :-)

Lovely place and the cocktails are superb. The owner and staff I speak to are really friendly and welcoming. It’s a very cool bar!

I have been to the bar a few times and its a pleasant bar with satisfactory cocktails. The reason i am giving Belmies a 1 star is not for this. They seem to have lock-ins regularly and currently as i'm typing this they are having another one. It's not fair for the residents like myself and if this happens again i will be contacting the noise complaint team. You can't say it's not a lock-in when they are helping them selfs behind the bar and still making cocktails with music on. Management should really be on top of this as it seems to happen every week.

This was an unexpected treat. A great decor, welcoming staff and enticing range of cocktails (the seven sins). We came on a Sunday and loved the jazz singer that night. Looking forward to coming back soon.

came here on a Saturday evening and had a wonderful time. The atmosphere made me feel at home. Staff were lovely and very welcoming. music was great had me boogying the night away. I would 100% recommend if you want an enjoyable night out!

A little gem in the heart of Muswell Hill. Serving REAL MIXED cocktails in a wonderfully stylish, chic setting! Absolutely loved it! we’ll definitely be back! Vanessa

Really sad to see that this place has gone downhill with the new owners. Had a horrible experience with the manager when a group of friends and I complained that the white wine we’d be give was warm. The solution offered was to put ice in our glasses which we declined or to swap for a far more expensive cold bottle which we also declined and were instead told that we had to pay for the warm bottle because it had been opened. We had literally had a few sips before realising it was warm. The bar staff were clearly very embarrassed at the behaviour of the manager who was condescending, aggressive and very unpleasant. Sadly won’t be returning unless the places changes ownership in the future. Far nicer places in the area to go to with far better customer services, I’d recommending swerving this place.

Lovely local cocktail lounge for relaxed evenings in good company with fantastic cocktails. Espresso martini is amazing! Warm, friendly staff made us feel at home. If you call ahead you can book a sofa/ table. Live music Sunday 9/01 was amazing. More please!!

Belmeis is an intimate and cosy cocktail bar in Muswell Hill that I’ve been to a few times over the last 6 months. The staff are attentive and polite and it’s well run but most importantly the cocktails are delicious. I’m very fussy with margaritas but theirs were really well made. Highly recommended. Ooh and some Sunday nights they have excellent live music - again on Feb 6th.

Great atmosphere and wicked drink menu. Great for place to end your evening after a nice dinner in Musswell Hill.

As above. Manager /owner is a drunk bully who pushes paying customers out with fake reservations to accommodate his friends and blames the made up error on the staff.

My family and I had an amazing evening in Belmeis, such lovely cocktails, a cool atmosphere and great staff. Matt was brilliant and made the best pornstar martinis!! Thank you for having us :)

Really expensive cocktails. Too much ice. Not as much as a crisp or a peanut served with your drink. The glasses the cocktails were served in are like toothbrush glasses. Very disappointing.

visited belmeis with my partner whilst out of a Wednesday night. thoughroughly enjoyed the food and cocktails, great atmosphere and friendly welcoming staff. will definatly be returning here.
