A very nice brunch will come again.

We’d booked a family meal for 9 of us for my sisters birthday - after reading other reviews this seemed like a stand out for an afternoon tea - and it didn’t disappoint. Portions were very generous and unlike other afternoon teas everyone was able to try one of each sandwich, cake, scone, quiche and pastry. All were made fresh on the day and every single thing tasted amazing (although the lemon meringue cake and quiches were stand outs for me!) Can’t recommend this lovely place enough!

Had the most wonderful brunch at Belle’s kitchen yesterday. The staff were friendly and welcoming as soon as you walk in which just started the very chilled environment. We both had the corned beef hash which was full of colour and taste. My husband loved the tea which came in a little teapot but enough for three cups!

One of the best veggy breakfasts I’ve had in the UK. Every component was perfect. And they served proper butter with my toast not spread or margarine. Lovely quirky place at the end of town selling artwork and local skincare products.

A lovely neighbourhood cafe! They did an amazing job hosting 15 of us for a family brunch. The food was excellent and varied, they were really helpful and flexible with our wanting to eat family-style, and everyone had a fantastic and relaxed time. The coffee is great too! Thanks so much for a perfect brunch!

I used Belles kitchen to do some canapés for a recent business event. Bridge was really helpful with her suggestions and delivered and set up the food taking the time to finish some on sight so they looked there optimum best! My clients absolutely loved them and they looked so classy. We had very little waste and she even provided some sweet options too. Highly recommended fresh and delicious!

Private 60th birthday celebration for 18 people. Brigid opened especially for us and we enjoyed a warm welcome Afternoon tea was excellent with warm quiche and sausage rolls followed by a variety of sandwiches. Scones with clotted cream were next and then a variety of cakes. All served on tiered stands with old fashioned china to add to the experience. Brigid was very good with communications and tried to accommodate any requests we had. Boxes were provided so we could take away anything that was left. A really fun afternoon, thank-you !

After struggling to find takeaway afternoon tea for 3, I stumbled across this lovely place online. I picked up 3 afternoon tea boxes, which were packaged very practically for transportation. The price per box was so reasonable and all the cakes/savouries were homemade and so tasty! A beautiful selection of food, the scones were amazing and the staff were so accommodating and friendly. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone, it’s nice to support an independent business too☺️.

Fantastic food, good service. The chef was saying about making corned beef hash and bubble and squeak (with a mushroom, tomato and poached egg topping). I was very happy and can't wait to go back.

My boyfriend and i visited Belles diner last Friday. We enjoyed a lovingly made coconut cappuccino with mint syrup and the adorable manageress even managed to find me some of her scrumptious Vegan shortbread 😇👅🌈. She was ssoo sweet, informative, kind and helpful, one of these peeps that make a difference in our world. The atmosphere and venue was lovely too ( ooo, and the loo smelt ‘heavenly’ due to being nice and clean and hosting a delicious aroma from a great wax melty thingy air freshner too 😜). We hope to visit again and will make it a regular spot if we move there as they had some Vegan options 😇😇. We’d like to recommend this lovely establishment 😍.

Cute little village cafe. Very welcoming staff and basic but tasty food. Would recommend for a light lunch and a brew whilst on the Cotswolds Way.

Lovely Lunch with friends. I had the Eggs Royale without the muffin. It was very tasty and a good sized meal for lunch after a long walk. My friends had corned beef hash, radish soup and big breakfast. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Hats off to the crew today as they managed to serve a packed cafe with one staff off sick! Merry Christmas and thanks for a tasty lunch.

Good cakes! Coffee average. The whole experience is spoilt by the look of the place, particularly from the outside but also inside as all the windows are streaming with condensation. It certainly puts you off going inside.

A lovely cafe & tea room offering lovely homemade cakes & brunch options with lunch specials too 😋. Plenty of space with comfortable chairs near the windows and tables elsewhere for up to 6 people. It's certainly worth the walk down from the pedestrian shopping area. The cassoulet & mac 'n' cheese specials were excellent. Dog friendly with good service at a very reasonable price. Certainly worth a visit ☺️

Absolutely delicious corn beef hash ! Other half enjoyed Mexican beans.

Went for afternoon tea and were delighted with the service, gorgeous cakes and sandwiches and portions (much more than expected). Catered for allergies and we loved every minute. Lovely atmosphere and we will definitely be back.

Great place to meet with a friend for a bite to eat or a catch-up. Reasonably priced for good quality and well cooked/presented food. Good selection of hot and cold drinks, my favourite it their lux Hot choc. Great on a rainy day, sat in the window watching the wet world go by.

We visited for coffee. Great service, lovely coffee with comfy seats looking out on the town. Just right. Highly recommended!

Visited for breakfast this morning. The food is freshly prepared. Husband had the home made banana pancakes which he said were delightful. Would recommend if you like independent coffee shops

What a lovely place to eat breakfast. My son got married up the road the previous day. Some of the wedding party needed breakfast the following day!! Because of the size of the party, it was just us, in there. Food was good, the staff were lovely. The owner was exceptional, very chatty, friendly. She offered a couple of couples free hot drinks & cake for the journey home. Thank you

I have used Belle's for two outside catering events, one for 30 people and the other for 75 people, absolutely fantastic choice of food, delivery on time, and really wonderful food everyone commented on how good it was and asked where did it come from.

Stopped here while hiking the Cotswold Way. My sister got the chicken curry with mango wrap, and I got macaroni & cheese. The food was fantastic! I loved my mac & cheese. The staff was very warm and kind. I'm so glad we stopped here. It is a great place for food!

Amazing GF afternoon tea last week. Sandwiches, sausage roll, cakes and scones... All absolutely incredible and such a fantastic price too. Will definitely be returning. Lovely little cafe, and the staff are all very lovely people!

Excellent service and atmosphere. If it's simply for a pot of tea and cake, or a lunchtime meal, Belle's Kitchen is always a great stop. Freshly made cakes, of all varieties and flavours, alongside hot and cold drinks, politely served. Highly recommended.

We booked in advance for a 70th birthday party and it was perfect. A lovely spread, good selection, great food and very attentive staff. The time flew by and we'd definitely go back.

Our daughter purchased an afternoon tea with bubbly for our 32nd wedding anniversary. The afternoon tea was absolutely delicious, and included a tart, sausage roll, sandwiches, cakes and scones, all beautifully presented. Dietary requirements were also taken into account. I cannot understand why this place is not busier, its equally an oasis of calm, and very friendly. Suitable for young mums, the elderly and everyone in between.

Service and willingness excellent and all food fresh and home cooked. For 80th birthday morning coffee and cake, I couldn't have done better.

We had another fantastic lunch last week. The service and food were good however we left there with the smell of stale oil on our clothes and hair. The cafe needs to clean/improve their air filters/extractor fans.

Had a lovely afternoon tea my birthday treat with my daughter ,wow what a treat food was to die for everything was so fresh and tasty and the staff were amazing , really friendly atmosphere will definitely visit again

I ordered the Full vegan breakfast, but the breakfast vegan tacos sounded good too! This wasn't just a full English without eggs and with vegan sausages this was the real deal. Tofu scramble, garlic mushrooms with spinach, smashed avocado on sourdough, homemade hash browns and Bombay sweet potatoes and crispy chick peas. Delicious and filling and a steak at just £9. Highly recommended .

Best picnic ever! Went off to do a wing walk and there was no food at the airfield so we ordered a picnic. My oh my this was a feast and a half. I wish I had taken a photo. Brilliant catering.

Christmas dinner sandwiches were very highly rated and lovely service with real teapot ;). Toasted tea cakes and quiche was delicious! lovely friendly warm atmosphere and nice decor. The staff work really hard to deliver great menu and they do not disappoint! Great place to stop in for a drink and a snack or a meal.

I live nearby and this is an advantage. Breakfast delicious with high quality ingredients. Coffee excellent. Best to book by calling first as the tables get taken quickly. Friendly, helpful and obliging staff. Several meal options including take away. Great looking home made cakes. They also sell gifts and mirrors. The array of mirrors is superb. Great place to watch the world go by.

We popped in on Tues 3rd August...disappointed the lunch menu was not available; but likely due to staff self isolating. Hot drinks and a very good selection of cakes were available. The girl serving was very friendly. Cost of hot drinks and cakes were very good value. Hoping to return to sample meals from the main menu

Visited in the evening as part of the Dursley After Hours event, had a mini grazing board which was superb, and a sparkling gin and elderflower. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, highly recommended.

Nice, friendly and very generous with the cake portions! We had the apple crumble cake and it was delicious!!

We have had several takeaways from here over the last few months plus cakes, quiche and afternoon tea. All are consistently brilliant. Particular delights were the chicken in mushroom and Stilton sauce (amazing!), dauphinoise potatoes, steak and ale pie, lasagne. This is such an asset to Dursley and highly recommend.

A really friendly place, with quality homemade food. Not least of all, the best cappuccino I've had in ages.

Belle's has down a fantastic job doing take aways while not being able to fully open. We were over the moon to learn that they were opening for brunch and lunches so we booked a table. We received the usual cheery welcome and all "new normal" rules were upheld. We all had a top-notch brunch and the excellent service as we've always had from Belle's. So pleased to see it back open.

Lovely little cafe, and an easy favourite in this neck of the woods. The staff are great, the atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed, and they now have a vegan menu which I am yet to try but I am very confident it will be of a high standard (like the rest of their menu).

What I love about Belle’s is that nothing is too much trouble, but then I also love the coffee and of course the fact that they offer vegan options! We have been here for both lunch and afternoon tea (although not on the same day - too full up!) and every time we are really impressed

This was our second Christmas meal here. The food was delicious and the personal service excellent. I’ve eaten here at other times or just popped in for a cup of tea - it has always been good. Highly recommend.

Lovely olde worlde cafe, with good food

We have just had a very pleasant evening meal here but I am very puzzled as to why there was only one other table occupied. Three varied main course options,good selection of wine and cocktails, extremely pleasant staff. Lovely atmosphere. A good alternative venue in Dursley so I really don’t understand why more people aren’t here. They’re missing out but we will be back anyway! My only negative criticism really is the price jump from 2 to 3 courses which would have meant a dessert would have cost £7. We didn’t have room anyway but this did seem a bit odd.

Visited in passing this weekend. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Asked about a children’s menu but they don’t do one, said they could half anything on the menu for our two young children.Ordered two coffees, eggs benedict, croque monsieur and two cheese sandwiches for our girls. Bill was over £30! Most expensive cheese sandwiches ever!I can’t fault the food, but the cost will stop us going back again.

I asked if the lovely ladies would be able to make a gluten free vegan pudding for a staff do and of course they said yes! It was absolutely delicious and very much appreciated by us all! Thanks Belinda and Brig 😊

I've been here a couple of times now and it has really been a pleasant surprise to have such tasty vegan food in this small town. The staff are friendly, the food tastes amazing and it's decorated very tastefully.

Esta no fue nuestra primera visita, sin embargo, el servicio fue muy extraño esta vez. Nos dijeron que conseguirían las bebidas y volverían a pedir la tarta, pero nunca lo hicieron. Tuve que ir y preguntar. El bollo se volvió a calentar y, por lo tanto, no estaba en su mejor momento. La camarera vino a nuestra mesa muchas veces llevando una bandeja vacía, pero no se llevó los platos sucios. Incluso dijo (con la bandeja vacía en la mano) "Regresaré por los platos en breve" y puso nuestras nuevas bebidas en la mesa alrededor de los bordes de la vajilla usada y se alejó - ¡bandeja vacía en la mano! ! ! El servicio no es tan bueno en la visita anterior y las opciones de pastel definitivamente no son tan buenas.

Belle's Kitchen,is a lovely place to meet and talk with friends. The staff are very welcoming and very friendly. The atmosphere in Belle's Kitchen is extremely calming , and the staff are very approachable. All in all the food and drinks were amazingly good, and I can definitely recommend the scones. Had a lovely Saturday morning tea and cake here. Lovely old fashioned tea cups and tea pot and lovely cake. Nice atmosphere. Very comfortable. Could have stayed much longer.

This is a small café / restaurant where the food is very tasty, and the cakes are to die for. The menu is small but has a lovely variety, and whilst the lunch menu is set, the evening menu changes so be sure to check out the facebook page to see what is on offer for the current week, you should also book a table as space is limited, but well worth it!

Simply the best tea room I've visited! A lot of effort and love has gone into making such a welcoming atmosphere, full of charm. You can't fault the food, it's all seasonal and cooked fresh. Looking forward to the next visit
