Great night with excellent service from our waiter Sujoy. This needs more characters but although I'm not wordy, I still wanted to praise SUJOY. Would recommend. 10/10

Popped in for a quick pasta for lunch after rushing around all morning. We’re greeted by warm staff and delicious food. Would highly recommend a visit.

My dad and I went ate here last weekend. The atmosphere was lovely, food was great and service was a1. We met a lovely girl called Zuzana who was really friendly and helpful.

We’ve been to this Bella Italia for lunch with my sister, we had a great time and we felt really welcome from our waiter Miky and the food was delicious... thank you !

I'm not usually a fan of Italian restaurants, but my experience at Bella Italia was wonderful. The server Sujoy was friendly & prompt with service - his level of professionalism and care are basically why I wanted to take the time to write a review! The food really hit the spot, and the rosemary garlic dipping sauce for the dough bites was divine. I will definitely be adding Bella Italia to my list of favourites in Uxbridge!

We came across this Bella Italia on our way back to the hotel. We loved the intimate venue, very authentic Italian style. Great service and a great value set menu, our waitress Kitty was fabulous, Covid safe thanks :)

Without a doubt the best Bella Italia I have personally ever been too ! Both the staff and the food were absolutely incredible ! We were served by what seemed to be the manager for the majority of the night and he was so polite and helpful to me and my girlfriend ! I can’t recommend this place enough, we felt so safe too thanks to the COVID rules and regulations placed by the restaurant. We will definitely be coming back Wellington Street’s Bella Italia!

We came here on a day out to Covent Garden. Been here a few times and was really impressed with the changes to make everywhere covid safe. Sad to see so many places so quiet but the service and atmosphere made it a great experience. The set menu is excellent value.

we came for lunch on a Saturday and were really impressed with both the food and the social distancing in the restaurant, it felt very covid safe. The service was also really great with staff happy to make recommendations and who were really friendly!

We had the best meal in a long time at BI! The calamari was fabulous and so too was the king prawn pasta main meal! We also had three children’s meals and they all loved it! Excellent value and great quality. Service was excellent too! The waitress Paula was great! Great social distancing in the restaurant and not too busy- very safe and reassuring!Defo recommend! Don’t hesitate to go as the chef is great!

We were up in town doing a bit of site seeing and visiting museums and popped in here for lunch.We had two children under six. The team were great. Nothing was too much trouble, we were allowed to take our time and never felt rushed.Food was excellent. Risotto Pescatore was lovely! My wife loved her lasagne.

I took some of the kids there as they love Italian food. The service was great and the staff were very nice with the children but the food isn't that great to be honest.

We have eaten in several Bella Italia's over the years but this fell well short of the standard we expect, My wife had Lasagne which lets face it is a staple dish in most Italian restaurants but this was really bad. It comprised of layers of Pasta with a brown sauces and no Béchamel sauce and no meat. We complained and we did get a reduction in the bill. This should not happen with a simple dish in an Italian Restaurant.

I think this restaurant has become a victim of its own success. I only booked here because it was near the Theatre we had tickets for and had an on line gluten free menu. The ONLY thing I did like about this place was that all our gluten free food arrived with an allegen stickers on the plate so it could not be mistaken for “normal” food. We Each had a garlic prawn dish with GF flat bread, it was acceptable but took overly long to arrive. My main of veggie spaghetti and ragu was luke warm, the ragu was thin and not particularly flavoursome. My partners grilled chicken with mushroom sauce and greens was also Luke warm and burnt at the edges. Food was only just acceptable and if I could have gotten the attention of the waiter would have sent it back. I saw at least one other diner complain about the heat of his meal. Again I think the waiting staff took a long while to get food to the table because they were busy in the restaurant.With 40 minutes to spare ordered 2 x GF puddings and there was a good GF selection but 20 minutes later when I queried where our puds were we were told problem in kitchen and the order had not been put in. I was really disgruntled thought that a very average meal and I am being liberal here would be saved by a super pudding - no such luck because no pud.We had to pay rush out and get to the Theatre if I had more time I would have complained properly. Too angry to look at bill to see if service charge included. This was a poor poor poor experience.Would like to mention toilet, only 2 ladies stalls, disabled diners could not access, very messy and hand dryer did not work. Door to toilets need a paint job.By the way if you have any on this company’s vouchers read the small print as they have very restrictive usage.

La segunda noche había una mesa disponible (eramos tres personas) y no nos la dieron ya que, sin reserva previa, se la dieron a tres personas que estaban detrás nuestro (sin reserva), pero que eran AMIGOS del mozo que recepcionaba a los clientes. NO VOY MAS AUNQUE NO HAYA OTRO SITIO.

My friend and I had lunch there today. In the beginning we waited a long time for a waiter to notice us and take our order. The food was decent. However, in the middle of eating I looked down the table because I wanted to search for something in my bag and saw a rat running by. I immediately told my friend and she started looking for it as well. She then saw it running from our table to the middle of the restaurant. We informed the waiter who just answered by saying „really I didn’t see it“. Then he looked around for 2 seconds and we said we would like to pay. He didn’t seem to do anything about it and we certainly didn’t want to finish our meal after seeing this hygiene incident. We paid and left in a hurry. We then contacted Bella Italian via their feedback on their website as well as the food agency. I hope they take care of it.

Goede pizza’s en vriendelijke bediening. Goede prijzen. Zorg dat je wel een tafeltje kiest waar je geen last hebt van de opengaande deur als het slechter weer is. Daarom 3 en geen 4.

Barna likte pasta bolognesen, men pizza’en var ille. Familien spiste 3 ulike pizzaer, med 3 like dårlige opplevelser. Og vi har spist mye god italiensk pizza fra før. Hadde vinkart med 5 ulike rødviner, men kun husets rødvin tilgjengelig...

Een reservering gemaakt om 18:30, werden uiteindelijk om 18:50 geholpen aan ons drankje. Ruim een uur later kwam pas het hoofdgerecht, daarna pas het voorgerecht. Hoewel de ober zijn best deed, waren de lege tafels naast ons vies en noet afgeruimd. Het eten zelf had niet erg veel smaak. Het voorgerecht daarentegen was wel lekker.

We went for a lunchtime as a family- starter took best part of 40 minutes to come out (was some breadsticks and bread) followed by a further significant wait for main course.

We arrived well before the show rush so we’re not rushed and seated and served promptly. The food was enjoyed by all, very tasty and didn’t feel like high production chain food which was great. The bread and butter pudding was a lovely and tasty surprise. Of all the Italian chains Bella Italia is our favourite.

Admittedly we ate here during a busy time (between 5pm and 7 pm) but it was extremely production line ! The staff were ok, some more friendly and chatty than others, but we felt it was rather 'auto pilot' ran. There wasn't much chit chat from the waiter and the dessert menus were taken from us and quite swiftly given to the people on the next table ( hence the production line thought) We have eaten at a lot of Bella Italias but this one certainly isn't one of our favourites. The tables were very close together throughout the restaurant. One general problem also was the presentation of the menu - the font was absolutely tiny and to read it in the dimmed lights was impossible. Sorry , we wont be returning in a hurry.

L’endroit est sympa et bien situé certains serveurs sont très bien d’autres un peu moins mais ça fait l’affaire les plats sont bons et accessible. Il ne faut pas s’attendre à quelque chose de foufou mais il nous a bien sauvé la vie un soir de 25 décembre où tout était fermé.

I took my family out to dinner at Bella Italia yesterday. We had amazing service from a very polite waiter (Michael) and we really enjoyed the food. The staff was very helpful with our kids and we'll definitely come back.

Went here with my family (6 of us) while on vacation in London. The food was horrible. We ordered Cacio E Pepe, Funghi Crema and Bolognese. Absolutely no flavor The Bolognese was the best of the worst. If I could give this place negative stars I would.

Visited this restaurant after an exhausting afternoon only to be greeted by amazing service by Daniel. We ordered the margherita pizza and the canneloni, and both tastes amazing. I recommend you all to go here if you can!

The food here is great. The pasta is just right, not too creamy. That seafood risotto - my new go to. Will definitely come back again. Marisa was also great server and accommodating to all our needs and requirements.

A small restaurant, there is a quite an intimate feel to this place. The food is very reasonably priced and there is a lot of choice. It was chatting to one of the staff, Marisa, which made our experience so great. She was not only very attentive but a delight to talk to. If we are near Covent Garden in the near future, we would return because of her.

Very pleasant visit to this restaurant, I was happy with the standard of service I received on Sunday by a lady I believe is called Monika ( apologies if this is wrong) but felt very comfortable, I wasn’t being asked every minute of the food is okay. So yes very good ratings.

Mi hija quería comer italiano, así que entramos en el lugar de la calle 1, que estaba lleno y solo servía pizzas. Como no soy fanático de las pizzas tuvimos que ir al lado de BELLA agradable ambiente acogedor pedimos nuestras bebidas y comida. Mi hija pidió una pizza sin queso y pedí pasta con langostinos, el menú tenía buenas selecciones. Tuve una sidra de cereza silvestre sueca y fue genial

Déco très sympa, accueil sympathique, plats qui donnent envie mais au final rien d'exceptionnel. Déçue par le risotto qui baignait dans l'eau, dommage.

Le cadre est plutôt sympa, et le serveur était agréable. Cependant, les plats n'étaient pas spécialement bons (pas mauvais non plus) . J'ai pris les pâtes pomodoro et ça n'avait vraiment rien d'extraordinaire. La sauce n'était à mon avis pas faite maison.

A shame as the food was good but the service wasn't. We had to wait a while for drinks and then they were delivered to the wrong table. There was quite a wait for our starter and mains which were eventually brought out at the same time and given again to the wrong table. When we mentioned that we would have liked our starter and mains separately our waiter shrugged it off and seemed not to care.

I went there with my mates for lunch and I must say we had a great time. Good food and very friendly service. I think it was Daniel who explained us the menu and he was very professional and patient with us. We will definitely visit again.

Always considered the Bella Italia chain to be good for children. However our visit to this branch was awful. we were made to feel unwelcome, with very poor service. Visited with 2 toddlers and 1 baby on a Friday, lunch time. Restaurant was far from busy and we were told to leave our 2 pushchairs by the door, this would have been ok BUT my 3 month old baby was sleeping in 1. When I asked if he could be at our table the waiter said ok but “if it gets busy you will have to move it”. Child’s meal came with a drink, which was served in a glass bottle, which seems ridiculous for a children’s meal aimed at children 2-6 years old. Dessert brought to the children before they had even finished their mains, and bill took ages to come. Waiters were abrupt and seemed put out when you wanted to order. Won’t be visiting again.

We went here for a meal before going to the theatre went in about 5.50 ISH ordered our food and drink was told as they were busy waiting time for food was around 20 mins but the actual time for main course was 50 mins which in any place is unnaceptable I had to ask the waiter where our food was and after 5 mins he came back saying it would be another 5 mins when it came was not very good didn't even taste Italian I think they had forgot our order and just rushed it thro pasta on carbonara was warm ISH Bolognese was tasteless hence I left half of my meal the manager came with his pathetic apologies with the offer of another drink we were already running late for our show just paid the bill and left definitely won't ever be back and certainly wouldn't recommend this resturaunt to my worst enemy

5 star food and service - our waitress couldn't have looked after my friend's dietary requirements any better and we had a lovely meal - my pasta with nduja and pepperoni (calabrese?) was lush! 1 star deducted for the neglected toilets.
