Pizza dough was very good. The toppings on mine was unique in a bad way, canned tuna and cheese. Service was awful. The y forgot my pizza and there was no one around to ask for it. What happened was that one person took the orders, another delivered the food, another refilled the drink. Kitchen was very busy and chaotic that they missed my order. Eventually, the delivery guy realized that my husband finished his but my plate was empty. So he followed up with my order. No one came to refill water, may be this was typical in London. 12.5% service charge was automatically included. In retrospect, we should have asked for it to be removed.

Lovely meal. Small restaurant as previously mentioned but service and food excellent. Very reasonably priced for central London.

Gehalten Pizzeria, für die man zu den Stoßzeiten eine Reservierung haben sollte. Italiener sucht man im Service umsonst. Pizza ist ok, aber in meinen Augen keine Besonderheit. Teig in der Mitte nicht mehr knusprig. Frisches Olivenöl als Finish über jeder Pizza ist ungewöhnlich und nicht jedermanns Geschmack. Toiletten (1 pro Geschlecht) in Größe und Hygiene eine Zumutung. Ambiente ist eher Bahnhofshalle. Null Flair.

Had seen some good things about this place and wanted to go somewhere that wasn't a big chain. I have to say that I felt it to be massively underwhelming. Pizza was very bland and below average. I was unable to find any alcohol I like, when I asked I was told that they only do dry wines, wasn't a fan of the handful of cocktails, no disoranno, etc. That was no real bother though, just fancied something with my meal. The most annoying bit was that I was seated right by a screen where the staff enter orders. There isn't a lot of room between tables, unsurprising as it is central London, but I felt that I was constantly in the way with them bustling by. I noted that there where other vacant small tables the whole time I was there so it seems a little unnecessary to have been seated in that spot.

Service very slow but good prices. The real pizza is different but good enough. anyway it's normal. Generally I always advise Italians against having lunch and dinner in Italian restaurants abroad

Nella disperazione della cucina inglese abbiamo deciso di concederci una buona pizza, andando sul sicuro visto il nome! Pizza fenomenale, ambiente molto piacevole e personale italianissimo! Ci siamo sentiti a casa, peccato solo per il prezzo..una pizza margherita costa circa 15 euro, una prosciutto e funghi circa 21.. totalmente fuori di testa per noi, buona per carità, ma un po’ eccessivo. In Italia si paga il coperto, mentre qui si paga la mancia (non è opzionale, la conteggiano in automatico). Comunque buonissima e consigliata

Good pizzas but they are not one of the best Neapolitan pizzas in the world. The pizzas are very delicious but the attention is bad and the service is very slow. The price is good, it should be noted that they add more than 10% tip, which we had to ask them to take away (I attach the receipt as proof to my review). They should ask customers before adding the tip. I recommend the place but I am sure that in London there are equal or better pizzerias than this one. The best pizza we had was the diavola, the bianca prosciutto and margherita with bufala. I recommend ordering the diavola and the prosciutto.

Had read some mixed reviews but was recommended by a friend. It did not disappoint. Pizza was excellent, staff friendly and overall a really great experience. Starter menu is very limited but that's ok, more room for pizza.

Unfortunately I had a rubbish tasteless Pizza e Cavolo with bland cauliflower, my husband the Pizza ripieno fritto with pork which was extremely fatty and bland. Overall it was inedible really. Very slow service and very expensive!! Go somewhere else, London has so many other great restaurants!!!

We had a really decent pizza and salad at 50 Kalo. I mean, it’s a pizzeria; nice choice of classic pizza toppings, a few salads; good service, ok vibe. What’s not to like. Maybe for all the hype we were expecting more, but no complaints. That said not sure we’d totally go out of our way to come back again. Al di fuori di Napoli non ho mai mangiato una pizza così buona! E pensare che stai a 50 metri da Trafalgar Square, nel cuore di Londra. Una vera pizzeria napoletana, dove puoi scegliere la pizza che più ti piace. La prenotazione è necessaria perché è sempre piena. Consiglio vivamente di inserirla nel vostro percorso di visita.

Lovely authentic Italian pizza in the center of London! Quite busy restaurant on the weekend, but the food was really tasty, don’t forget to order the Pistacchio Tiramisù (Pistamisù) - it was so delicious!

My recent visit to a pizzeria left me with mixed feelings. While the food was good, it didn't quite live up to the hype of excellence that I had heard about. The famous chef's creations were tasty, but perhaps not exactly my taste. The interior of the restaurant was not as impressive as I expected, and the overall atmosphere was a bit noisy and crowded. The average acoustic level didn't make for the most enjoyable dining experience. Overall, I would say it's worth visiting the restaurant at least once to see what the buzz is about. However, whether it becomes a regular spot for me is subjective, not sure.

Amazing napoleano pizza with softer dough below juicy/ cheesy and flavourful toppings. The taste stucked in my taste bud and brain that keeps me wanting to go back. It is also were Italians go. Don't forget to get a fresh pint or aperol to spritz up with the pizza 🍕

Amazing pizza, Italian style with very thin base. I always try the margherita in a new place to tell the quality (pizza snob) and it was spot on, really good. The pistamisu (pistachio cream dessert) was also very nice although a bit too sweet for me. Servers were attentive and friendly too. The only downside is the atmosphere, it's very rammed which led to my chair being bumped a lot as the pathways are so narrow between the tables.

The best pizza in London by far, the others don’t come even close! I especially like the parma ham one with the white base, but I’ve been exploring the menu and I was never disappointed by my choice :) If this is not enough reason to go, the desserts and the house wine are also delicious, staff are very nice, GREAT location, and the restaurant is in a beautiful room with high ceilings. Perfect for any occasion (date, birthday, celebrations, casual dinner…)

Speravamo fosse buona come scrivevano le recensioni ma la qualità degli ingredienti era bassa e la pizza si attaccava al piatto. Servizio con troppe persone e poca attenzione, camerieri attenti solo a toglierti i piatti vuoti e a far scena con i turisti. Siamo rimasti estremamente delusi! Dato il prezzo mi aspettavo una qualità eccelsa o almeno vicino alle migliori pizzerie di Londra. Invece ci è stata servita una pizza tutt'altro che degna di una pizza napoletana. Pizza cruda e con una mozzarella che non aveva sapore. Sinceramente ci aspettavamo molto di più sia dall'impasto che dagli ingredienti sopra la pizza. Staff poco attento e lento a prendere le ordinazioni. The pizzas are really good! I would definitely go back. However, you need to make sure you make a booking and avoid walk-ins since you might be waiting for a long time before your table is ready. Overall pizza. Quality very good and worth the visit.

Really great pizza and was surprised it wasn't more expensive given it's rep. Didn't book in advance and they have a good system to notify you of a table via text. But the seating is pretty rubbish - ended up on their odd shared metal seats queezed by the door with crowds of people waiting right by us.

Vinimos porque lo recomendaron en redes. Pedimos un par de pizzas, son de masa fina y la verdad que estaban ricas, pero me parece exagerado el precio que tiene... 2 pizzas y 2 postres y salimos a 60£... Local muy grande aunque el espacio entre mesas es muy pequeño y te puedes sentir algo incómodo, esto hace que, al haber tanta gente, haya mucho barullo. En cuanto al servicio, están muy atentos en todo momento y nos atendió una chica morena súper simpática. Cómo es costumbre te añaden en la cuenta el 12'5% de servicio... La verdad que creo que puedes encontrar otras pizzerías de igual o mejor calidad con un precio más competitivo.

I ordered on Uber eats and this might have been the worst pizza I’ve ever had. It was cold, drained and totally didn’t feel fresh. Not saying this is all because of the restaurant btw, we waited +- 30 mins for our order. Was disappointed as this wasn’t a cheap pizza.

BRING YOUR SHOULDER PADS. I swear, if one more staff member bumped into my shoulder I was going to drop my rating to 3 stars. Tables are so close to each other, be prepared to be knocked all meal long. Ordered a Diavola and asked/paid for mushrooms. Look at the laughable amount of mushrooms they added. Despite all this, good, quality, classic Neapolitan pizza. Could do without the waves of cold air every time someone opens the door - ask to be seated at the back. Some staff members more pleasant than others, but no one is overly friendly.

We came in without reservation so I understand there was no table available for us and accepted that fact right away without discussion and walked away, however the lady at the entrance was so rude about it towards us (with an attitude like 'how dare you asking for a table, peasants' I don't really feel like coming back here at all.

Always an excellent pizza here, have visit four times now with various friends. Pizzas are good size and filling, will take the recommendation to split pizza next time with my date and try the desert.

If you’re looking for a solid sourdough in a very Neapolitan way, 50 Kalo ranks high up. The pizzas are great with some refreshing toppings from the conventionals. It was great to see a range of vegetarian options on the menu although vegan options are very few (I suppose only 2). The cheese seemed pretty hard (mozzarella in caprese in particular) and lacked a fresh feel. Else apart, one of the best pizzas in town. Service was a bit off as it came across very chaotic (perhaps a very Naples characteristic ) but found waiters chatting amongst themselves all the time and the service was slow. Took 15 mins post seating to record the order and another 15 to have the food on the table. The restaurant was busy but not in any overwhelming way. Restrooms had no toilet paper in the gents and remained that way for 20 mins (2 visits made over 20 mins). All in all, fabulous pizzas but if they step up on the service it’s a great place to get to for a solid Naples Pizza.

I’ve traveled quite a bit and I definitely have a preference for a true Italian style of pizza. I was a bit skeptical to try this place, but that went away as soon as I had first bite. This is hands down the best Italian Pizza I’ve had outside of Italy. If you are near Trafalgar Square you have to try this spot!

Très bonne pizzeria à deux pas de Trafalgar Square. Très agréablement surpris par la qualité et le goût des ingrédients utilisés. Notamment le jambon cru vraiment goûteux ! Le seul et vrai bémol est la pâte sous cuite ou bien imbibée d’eau rendue par les ingrédients. Ca m’empêche de qualifier cet endroit de pizzeria extraordinaire… Réservation indispensable si on veut éviter une longue attente !

Excellent authentic pizza, Napolitano style. Most of the staff seems like they come from Italy which is awesome. Pizzas had really fresh and ingredients in the salads were great too.

Ate Suppli Rosso and parmigiana and melanzane pizza. The suppli rosso was delicious. The pizza was simple but delicious as well. Its bread’s flavor was great. The tiramisu was delicate.

Dopo qualche giorno trascorso a Londra abbiamo sentito la necessità di mangiare una buona pizza. Andare da 50 Kaló non avrebbe potuto essere scelta migliore. Locale molto curato e vicinissimo a Trafalgar Square. Personale italianissimo e cibo spaziale. Prezzi allineati col mercato britannico. Consiglio vivamente la prenotazione. We went to eat with some friends, It was a table of 8. All the experience felt very rushed. One of our friend arrive 10 minutes late and I could see they were not very impressed by this. We had the pizza, I took Carciofini and Bresaola, to be honest my pizza was very nice and if they wouldn't make us feel so rush my review would have been very different. My friend took a pizza with the sausage, it wasn't Italian Sausage for sure. When you cook Italian sausage if fresh will realise some water which will make all the pizza test amazing, this was not the case at all( I did try if you are wondering). As soon we were about to finish our digestive the waiter bring us the bill. My patner did not realise they bring us the bill and he ordered another digestive. When they bring his digestive another waiter bring straight away another bill. At this point a third waiter come and ask us to pay, we didn't want to make a complain so we ask for a plastic cap to leave( I would have happily take another digestive plus 1 more tiramisu but never mind). The waiter says to my partner that he couldn't bring his drink outside so he had to shoot is Amaro del Capo as they need the table. My question is why would you serve a drink if you don't give us the time to drink it? This is meant to be one of the best pizzeria in Europe? Nothing to do with the way we been treat in Italy sorry but still a long way to go.

Pizza napoletana buonissima, prodotti molto buoni, impasto leggero e ben condita. Consigliata la prenotazione anticipata. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Locale in posizione centrale (Trafalgar Square) vicinissimo alla metro, servizio veloce.
