Ate earlier this week as a group after visiting a bit more than a year ago. The quality of food has gone down and the desserts were very disappointing as well. Great ambience though.

Came here for my anniversary and was overwhelmed just not by the food, but how the staff made our day special. Bertalan ensured we had one of the best evenings and nothing could've made the evening better for us. 5* definitely for the service and the lovely cuisine.

Came to Piazza Italiana for a birthday celebration and unfortunately had a small medical emergency. The staff were absolutely incredibly - very calm and professional and so helpful. We are so grateful to the whole team, especially Fabio, for being so kind. But more importantly the food is phenomenal and the interior design is gorgeous. A must visit!

Do not recommend. Cannot imagine how it still get 4.5 on Google reviews. The waiter doesn’t understand what we are asking. We asked if there is truffle on the pasta, he just kept replying us it costs extra for the cheese wheel. But very bad food. Truffle pasta almost £30 without having any truffle on it. £10/g for truffle. Menu said Seafood pasta with “tiger prawn”, but they looks like shrimps.

The best restaurant in and around London I've ever been to. Previously it was a bank, now an elegant restaurant with dishes with attention to the smallest details. Perfect service, almost like a starred restaurant. Unique atmosphere. The prices, all things considered, are more than fair. Trust me, you will have an unforgettable evening.

The only redeeming factor in the experience of the bottomless brunch is the service we received from Elena - she was great. However, this is probably in the top 3 worst restaurants we have had food in. We had 90mins and thought we’d try as much as we could, so had two starters, six mains and dessert between us. The food was basic, tastleness, and akin to something you could get for £5 as a ready meal. As an example, the truffle pasta is overcooked pasta in a buttery/cheesy/truffle oil sauce; nothing else to it and zero flavour. The pizzas are like eating cardboard - obviously they must be frozen pizzas. The dessert - tiramisu - was soggy lady fingers with whipped cream and chocolate dusting on top. Definitely not what a tiramisu is supposed to be. The restaurant is in a beautiful building with beautiful decor, but the atmosphere is completely ruined by having a [very loud] DJ playing dance music. You need to pick a “vibe” - either be a classy restaurant or a typical young persons brunch-style cheap restaurant. You should not have both. We would not be returning or recommending the bottomless brunch option to anyone.

Super amazing food. The sauce in the bread basket was very well made, the tomato sauce and tapenade both made people happy to wipe the small plates clean. The bread was a bit defective, cold and hard on the outside, not friendly to the teeth, but the sauce was so delicious. The Calamari is thinly fried, soft, tender and delicious; the Oyster Rockefeller is also good. The clam pasta was very, very delicious, the clams had a seafood flavor, but in a pleasant way, and the sauce was so fresh that it licked the plate. The ice cream was outstanding, the tiramisu was below average and the 1mm thick cocoa powder was a bit dull.

Piazza Italiana is a beautiful venue with a wonderful atmosphere and service - we were served by Kibra who was fantastic, very attentive and professional! It’s a beautiful date night location (we celebrated our anniversary here) and the food is delicious. Rated the food 4/5 as I thought the vegetarian options could be more creative!

This restaurant feels really premium and luxurious when you arrive. All pointing that you will have a great dinner, however while the service was amazing the food was sometimes lacking, needing bolder flavours. The cocktail as well weren’t as I imagined, something was missing. Sheggs was a brilliant waiter and we enjoyed his company and attentiveness. Overall i will give a 7/10.

Visited on a Friday evening, slightly before 6pm with a discount app. No crowd then but it started to build when it got to around 7+. The food was ok. The Tartare starter was a recommendation from the waiter and it was great and fresh. The pastas were alright. It wasn’t warm when it arrived on our table and the vongole were slightly undercooked. The taste was nice though. The lasagne ragu was very well presented in a circle shape but the taste was normal. Service was pretty ok, was fast to take our order and came to check in on us. Food was served pretty quick too. The place is absolutely gorgeous though. Spacious and i think is located within a hotel? It’s very comfortable and not loud even when the crowd built up. Overall, would recommend a visit and definitely book with discount apps. Otherwise the prices might be quite steep.

The atmosphere the ambiance of this restaurant is amazing however wasnt happy with the service first time ever i have experienced this kind of service. What ever we were ordering the waiter kibra was saying is not fresh i ordered sea food pasta she came back saying the clams are not good not fresh and i had to pick something else from the menu. My fiance wanted to order calamari as starters again we were told it isnt fresh and nice. Never ever i have experienced this if clams or calamari is not fresh you shouldnt have this on the menu. My fiances food was not nice my pasta was also not nice wont be returning very dissapointed.

I visited this restaurant with my daughter for dinner and what I saw during my visit was not what I would expect for a restaurant of this standard. From what I can only assume is the manager of the restaurant (gentleman in a suit) I experienced the most disrespectful character you could ever have in a customer facing position. He kept laughing and joking around with another member of staff which was loudly causing a scene right next to us and just completely ignored our table! Luckily, another staff member saw this as we were noticeably agitated and he came straight over to serve us before we walked out!! We were served by a really nice waiter, I don't recall his name but the food and his service were just great! If the management are the problem causing a bad atmosphere in the restaurant then I definitely wont be returning. Management should lead by example and I don't approve of the kinds of attitude or behaviour I saw during my visit - I’m so disappointed in my experience!

Amazing brunch, hosted by Kibra who was fabulous, fantastic value for money - food was absolutely brilliant. My glass never went empty very attentive service! Thank you so much will be back with my family soon!

OMG, what a super delightful experience. Food was amazing. Sheegs (waiter) was so amazing, made it a super fun experience. Would most certainly revisit.

The service was great and attentive. The waiters were very helpful and readily available to assist customers. The atmosphere was quite nice and high-class, with great attention to detail. Located in the heart of Liverpool Street, the restaurant is surrounded by gleaming skyscrapers. However, the food was simply not up to level. The starters were barely ok, with the burrata and tomatoes being quite disappointing. As someone originally from Puglia, I found that the flavors here had nothing to do with authentic burrata and tomatoes; the vinegar was too much. The crudo also had issues with flavor balance—I would have maybe preferred orange zest over the small dollops of mousse. The truffle in the arancini added no real value. The calamarata was ok, and the swordfish was generally good. I think part of the disappointment came from the high expectations set by the atmosphere and service. Without the 50% discount through The Fork, I would have paid £150, which is far too much for what was served. Even with the discount, it came to £100, which still felt overpriced.

As soon as we walked in, we felt welcomed and appreciated. Service was great, the food was sensational and some of the best Italian I have had in a long time. Will definitely go back and highly recommend.

The music doesn't fit this place at all. It's club music, while the place is classic. The waitress was rather rude and repeatedly used the word "must" towards us. The pasta was too salty. The pizza was very thick. We liked the waiter Shregg; he was very nice and welcoming

We got the cheese wheel spin pasta dish and Bertalan spun the past PERFECTLY!!! So delicious would absolutely come back again :)

What a let down! I had very high expectations regarding this Restaurant but unfortunately I was disappointed. The service was on point and everyone was friendly but the food just wasn't that good. Starters were nice, but then the Milanese was way too thick even though the portion was massive. Desserts were disappointing. It's expensive and I would say it's good value. I'm sure there are other restaurants to visit !

(Which is what we booked) Their website states 5pm everywhere. Absolutely bizzare and the worst dining experience I have ever had. He also refused to give us our change. I would not recommend this venue to anyone looking to have a nice time. I have emailed my experience, they’ve not even had the decency to acknowledge it. EDIT- I HAVE NOW EMAILED 3 TIMES! THEY DO NOT REPLY. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
