Amazing food and service from Rachel. Love the pasta dishes, always hot and full of flavour. Also after chatting with Rachel we have downloaded the new Club Prezzo app.

99p offer with a drink so restaurant was very busy. The food was lovely and service excellent.

Can never fault Prezzo. Food is always amazing, along with the service. Ana has been so amazing and attentive. Kristyna was also brilliant, and made some spectacular drinks!

Whilst using a red letter day experience voucher other guests who arrived later than we did were served first. Very slow service. When we got to the 2hr point and had only just finished the main course we cut our losses and got takeaway desserts.

This was our first time in a Prezzo, but it won't be our last. Professional everyone of the staff. Friendly our server was funny, spot on with every request and is a credit to the business. Food was out of this world, the best I've tasted for a long time. The restaurant was clean,tidy and set out lovely. 5☆ to every member for a great evening.

We've dined at the Cheshire oaks branch today. We were served by ash, she was awesome and very attentive. Hopefully she passes on the feedback to management about the extremely hot water in the toilets, apart from that little blip our experience was great.

The food was really great. Served very quickly, hot and well made. Service was prompt and attentive/respectful. I would recommend this place to sit have a good satisfying meal in a relatively quiet atmosphere.

Such a good service, we only had one hour for lunch so we booked a table and placed our order in advance. We asked for the food to be ready for a certain time (lunch time) and it was, cooked to perfection, very tasty and left us wanting more. The lady who served us was so lovely, very friendly and kept checking in with us to make sure we were happy. Very good experience and will defo be going back. Highly recommend.

Fantastic meal! Ash our server was brilliant!

Disappointed to be honest, the food took an age, but managed to be overcooked when it arrived (sauce on my crab an prawn ravioli had a skin on it, the prawns where like bullets) Waiter openly admitted he didn’t know much. Kids ate from children’s menu, but we got so fed up waiting for the mains we skipped pudding and went to McDonalds 45 mins between starter and main 3 (I assume) emails behind the bar not serving customers

Very relaxed atmosphere, not too busy for us oldies.

We stopped over on our way to the airport for lunch. Service from start to finish was superb including the drinks. However the star of the show was our waiter Aiden who was brilliant, so attentive and interaction with us was so good. He informed us he had only worked there 2 weeks. Well all I can say is that they have a fantastic member of staff. Please give him our feedback. Thank you for a great lunch too.

Staff polite, attentive and generally really lovely. I was there for a girly catch-up, on a quiet day. We were given plenty of time to choose and eat our meals, creating a relaxed atmosphere. That said, the staff did check in with us to make sure everything was alright and that all our needs were being met, without being imposing. Perfect. Our food was beautifully cooked and each of the five us enjoyed our choices. All, in all an excellent experience.

The overall meal was very nice, we had a 50% off voucher so it made it much more affordable. The service was nice and all staff really pleasant. I just wish they didn't lace every pasta dish with black pepper as it is a flavour i really dislike and it's on every table for people to add themselves, I think they should ask before adding it in the kitchens so that's why I've not given 5 stars

We enjoyed our meals so very much. Always friendly service, and well positioned for trips to the nearby Vue Cinema. Good value with the frequent email vouchers Prezzo offer, although drinks are expensive. Some tables for 2 are a little close together.

The food was pretty average for the price. Our waitress forgot about us and didn't get us clean cutlery when our food arrived so I had to track someone down to ask. When it came time to pay it took ages to flag her down in a half full restaurant, then we were pressured into leaving a tip with a card reader thrust Infront of me with my only options seemingly 10% or 15%, really really disappointed in the experience and won't be back.

All staff members were friendly and attentive, although we were served by the lovely Grazie. I gave food 4*because the food was just warm by the time it reached the table. I think it has to do with the air-con in the restaurant.
