Iryna was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, well priced and on a good deal. Also the portions were very large and desserts were just as tasty- would recommend

We decided to dine here for my son's birthday and we were pleasantly surprised at the professionalism, service and discretion from the staff. The food was really well presented and tasty too. My son gave it 10 out of 10! Waiting staff were attentive in serving, clearing and checking our expectations. We had a cake & candles, which staff kindly offered to prepare and present. This was a lovely touch. Thank you to all involved in making this experience so memorable on such a special day.

Jemma was very helping at showing us to our table and very polite to the family. Joanna was always smiling no matter what table she served. Such a happy individual and it made the family smile just because she was so friendly and happy. Very lovely way to spend our Sunday evening.

A warm but not piping hot roast ... The Yorkshire pudding was a little hard looks like it had been standing around a while.. And my mates turkey roast looked like the turkey slices had come from Asda up the road and was cold.....

Absolutely disgusting. The food was stone cold with items missing. The horseshoe of onion rings turned up cold with 3 different types, burnt, well done or underdone with no dips. My daughter ordered the gravy burger, not sure what happened to the gravy !! It appeared in a tiny little pot which was ok if you just wanted a drip but was also stone cold. The table was sticky and uncomfortable to sit at. The waitress service was disgraceful, we had to try and get attention for a table we had booked, you then have to do everything yourself. The waitress brought out our stone cold meal and didn’t even return to check it was ok. That is standard etiquette. I used to eat here regularly but now it is awful will not be returning or suggesting it to anyone else. DISAPPOINTED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT.

The food here is on top and amazing probably one of the best places I've been to eat highly recommended te atmosphere is nice and it's cosy which is good and there's a play area in the outdoor seating so thats even better. The service is also very great the workers are all friendly and welcoming especially Anthony I find he is the most kindest worker here

I went for a meal on Sunday evening with my family. One of my grandsons is Autistic and just wanted a plain burger bun and chips. It was no trouble at all. They even made his Candimania with the ice cream in one bowl and the toppings in a separate one. The food the rest of the family had was fresh and filling. The table we reserved was clean, the atmosphere was good too. It was a lovely evening.

We came on Christmas day and have to say everything about the whole experience was spot on. Very very well organised

Easy to park on arrival, the premises looked tidy on entry and tables were clean. Staff were friendly. The food was nice and worth the money we paid however I did find a hair in my food. It was close enough to the edge that I could push the food it was on to one side and remove it to finish the rest of the breakfast. We had barely taken a bite of the food when a member of staff came back over to ask us how our meal was. Apart from the hair and being asked way too soon if we were enjoying the food, the experience was pleasant and I wouldn't refuse going back again. Given the opportunity I would happily meet family and friends in the Bell Inn, Yeovil

Came in today and loved the atmosphere. Decent priced pints, attentive staff and plenty of parking. Will be returning!

Had breakfast at the Bell this morning, service was amazing. The lady behind the bar was so accommodating, polite and couldn’t do enough for us. Would highly recommend.

Had turkey but it had a terrible taste it was soggy salty and chemically. Tables sticky.

Starting this off by saying it wasnt all bad and there was one lovely staff member that did try to correct the situation. Went out with my mum and boyfriend for some food and drinks halfway through having the food and almost finished a pitcher i got rudely stopped midway eating by a member of staff demarnding to see my id now this is after i had already finished the pitcher given to me this member of staff is called merlin and he didnt ask nicely at all im 26 and dont look at all under 18 and was not asked when given the drinks but asked when they had been finished and i was in the middle of eating so i did as asked whilst making a comment of its a little late now as the drinks have been drank to be asking for is. I got out my purse to show my id merlin then demanded i got the id compleatly out to show him the back as clearly he must have fault it was a fake. Once he had got it out of my purse and checked it he haded it back and stormed off back to the bar there was no apology given by this staff member called merlin. He ruined mine my mums and my partners entire evening by how rude he was i would not recommend going there to anyone anymore. My mum takes her learners as shes a care worker to there all the time and after this she probably wont again it was beyond uncalled for and extremely unprofessional for merlin to have approached are table whilst eating like this and again we had already finished the drinks and im clearly 26... i think he needs training on how to approch customers correctly lets hope this issue gets corrected and merlin gets spoken to about the way he approaches customers

The pub staff were great and accommodated all the modifications to the meals we requested (lots of fussy eaters in the family). We are a family of 7 and despite so many meals to prep, the food was served quickly and all food was hot and very tasty. Great value for money, child and family friendly. Just wish we we lived a tiny bit closer so we could visit more often.

We came in for Christmas Eve lunch and was greeted by the most loveliest of elves who took us to our table. She was friendly and nothing was too much trouble when I asked a billion questions about our festive menu lunch. The table was laid out with crackers and a cute table cloth. It really made it special. Our festive menu meals were good value for money and, we all finished our plates. The other staff we all in great spirits and were super friendly. Shout out to the young lady who helped me with my son's fruit shoot and to Iryna and the other lady who cleared our tables. We will definitely be back again and I will be booking the festive menu on Christmas eve again!

We visited Sunday 22 nd for breakfast with Santa. We had a lovely time. We had a little gift pack for each child to sit and do while they waited, with some nice little puzzles and a headband to make. All the staff were happy and attentive. And happy to help at anytime. Santa was good and spoke to the children lovely and made them feel happy. Lovely experience thank you 😃

3 out of 4 at our table had a really bad stomach ache after with many trips to the toilet! The beer was flat and they were blaming the taps. They refused to put the heaters on outside blaming the cost, it's December so its cold! Not a good pub

Attended for a mid week meal with friends. We have been a few times but honestly do not know what happened this time. No gluten free desserts, dispite ordering it. Meals turning up stone cold, then replacements not turning up st all. Ordering wine paying for it, the it not being on stock. Food missing side dishes. Desserts melted when arrived, not that they were particularly edible. Lots of refunds and no true apology.

I pop in around twice a week for r breakfast Top of the range...the staff always happy and polite one staff member Iryna is always cheerful...

Came in for some Christmas drinks with my friends. Great vibe and the staff were super nice and helpful. Mikey in particular was great! Definitely will be coming back in the near future!
