Beauty offers the best Lebanese food in town. The staff are friendly, the food is fresh, and the atmosphere is always lovely.

We come here frequently as we love it. The food is exceptional (we love the chicken and fattoush in particular) and we will be returning without a doubt (My partner grew up eating a lot of Lebanese food and wants me to point out that even she thinks it's great)

The food is incredible. The shwarma wrap was large and is only parallel to one other shawarma I have had in my life. It is incredible to have this restaurant in Southampton. We also ordered Shish Tauk which was good as expected. Service is friendly and quick. I met young Oliver here who is very knowledgeable, friendly and kind.

My wife and I booked a table using the app available on the website, got the confirmation and the reminder emails. When we arrived we found the restaurant was closed. Please keep your opening days/hours up to date.

The food is terrific here. I had the chicken shawarma and it was undoubtedly the best one I have had for months! The baklava was authentic and it was extremely delicious. On top of the food, the owner and the staff were very welcoming. I had an amazing dining experience here.

As vegetarian i went there to order falafel wrap for takeaway, as i was eating my wrap towards my car, i returned to the place and ordered another one.

Booked a table a week in advance via their website, arrive to find the place all closed up no sign up to say the reason for closure. Been closed ever since. @Beity except it wasn’t a Monday I had booked for and it was after 5pm. You were also closed later the same evening.

It has been the best experience in Southampton!really tasty food,nice atmosphere,fast servis..will definitely visit this place again!p.s. good options for vegetarians (humus,falafel etc.)

Meat was unseasoned and tasteless. Don't waste your time or money here. Cross the road and head to ottoman kitchen. Service was good though. Edited: Love the chatgpt response but I a apologise for making my unsatifcation clearer. THE LAMB I ORDERED WAS UNSEASONED AND TASTELESS. I think this should clear up any doubts you have. Thank you.

I had a wonderful time at The Beity. The atmosphere was cozy and elegant, and the service was top-notch. The chicken was delicious, and the beef was cooked perfectly. To top it off, the konafa for dessert was amazing. Highly recommend this spot for a fantastic meal and great service!

Great food and great service from Abbs. The Foul Moudammas was particularly good, and the mixed grill gave a taste of 3 main courses, all excellent. Will go again!!😎👍

I am Californian and visiting Southampton from where I work in Iraq. I've lived in the Middle East for a number of years, and when I saw this restaurant I knew this would be good. And it was. Better than I expected. Abs & Izzie, are not just owners but operators. Abs came in tonight and jumped in on separating silverware, taking orders, serving, and helping run things. Dynamic and enthusiastic. Now that's the service part.. The food itself was extraordinary. The tabouli was super flavorful, the houmus was creamy delicious, And so were each of the mains. If you're going for Middle Eastern / Mediterranean food, this place will not let you down. I am happy to leave this review.

(Referencia: D 7 SIA) Recibí un recordatorio de la reserva por correo electrónico ayer. Llegué para encontrar el lugar todo cerrado. Afortunadamente se encuentra en otro lugar para comer .. bastante difícil en esta época del año debido a las fiestas de Navidad. Volvió a pasar a las 8 pm y aún así cerró. El sitio web dice que debería haber estado abierto desde las 12. 00 a 23. 00 . No sé si se han quebrado, si han tenido problemas con el personal o el equipo o si el Oficial de Salud Ambiental los ha cerrado... pero no poner una nota en la puerta o contactar con aquellos con reservas no es bueno. Estaba deseando visitar, pero se fue muy decepcionado.

Omar serve us well. He carefully explains the menu and suggest the best meal for us. He is amazing.

This was our third and final visit. Whole dinning experience was awful. Rude waiters didn’t knew what was on menu. No one came to check if the food was ok. We asked for extra cutlery and the waiter plonked into middle of table. Lights not working. It was my wife birthday and they didn’t even checked the booking notes to even wish her. We will not be coming again

Stunningly good food (for me) my wife wasn't too keen, but that's down to her choice. Service was not good and several items out of stock. There were only about another 6 tables occupied too.

We have been here several times. Food has always been incredible. Meat is top class, my favourite salad is Fattoush which has a mouth watering blend of flavours. The staff are friendly and they keep checking on us to see if everything is good. If you want an authentic middle Eastern restaurant, then this is the place to visit.

From the moment you enter the restaurant you are made to feel like a long lost friend. This is the home you want to come back to. Once we were seated the menu was explained to us by the attentive and knowledgeable staff. When the food arrived it was genuinely a taste sensation and the portions were fantastic. Beity is a hidden gem.

A las personas que están gastando su dinero en este restaurante: Ten en cuenta que tu dinero se destina principalmente al bolsillo sucio del propietario poco ético y explotador del restaurante, Abdul Hamid o Abs. Incumple todas las leyes laborales para obtener más ganancias, pagando mal y retrasando el pago del salario sin justificación. En mi caso, todavía tiene que pagar unas 520 libras después de 4 meses, aunque no tengo remedio si lo va a hacer después de todo. Además, para garantizar que pueda continuar con su práctica atroz, se niega decididamente a firmar un contrato con la mayoría de los empleados, ni emite periódicamente resguardos de sueldo. Si desea gastar su dinero de esta manera, esa es su elección, pero estar bien informado de cómo se gasta su dinero.

Poor quality food and terrible service. Not even warm. Called the server and the chef, but they didnt even bother acknowledging and said this is normally how we serve. Asked about "beity" and wrongly guided. Later on they gave us off 10% on the bill but it was tasteless food for the £70 we spent (after discount). Wouldn't recommend.

Good place for a Lebanese Shawarma. A bit dry, still authentic. So was the Baklava, few of the tastiest around. Did not like the Kabsa rice, but the chicken was good.

After being seated in a nearly empty restaurant (2 other tables being used) we waited 20 minutes for drinks and one and a half hours for starters. The food was mediocre and warm.....not hot. The service was slow and sparce. We were not asked if we wanted more drinks or if everything was OK at anytime. The waitress eventually asked if we would like the bill but my son informed her we would like the table cleared and our desserts served that were part of the set meal. The great atmosphere that is advertised was music played too loud for us to easily talk on our table of 7. We wouldn't recommend or return. Possibly our worst experience of eating out!

Amazing food in this lovely Lebanese place. Had the wraps and it’s definitely a must. Also the humous was so nice and fresh. Special shoutout to Faruk who waited on us, and also gave us complementary dessert. Would definitely go again.

Our party of 4 came for a birthday lunch. The service was friendly. We were also gifted a complimentary dessert to celebrate my birthday. We come here often because the food is fresh and flavoursome. I highly recommend Beity.

The food was wonderful. The mixed grill, the baklawa and shawarma were awesome. Most importantly the service from Lizzie was really good. She was kind and friendly and generous too. We got a complementary baklawa and some Garlic sauce. The ambience especially the condition of the restaurant can be improved.

Fuimos a Beity para una cena temprano, para ahorrar cocina cuando llegamos a casa. Tuvimos 4 entrantes entre nosotros, para obtener una mejor gama de sabores que 2 principales - una buena decisión. El favorito de J fue Foul Moudammas, mientras que T votó por Batata Harra - ambos eran muy sabrosos. Fue fácil elegir 4 opciones vegetarianas - vegano estaba bien marcado, también. Completado con un muy buen vino, y gente divertida - mirando desde los grandes ventanales. Adam era nuestro servidor muy amable, ayudado por sus colegas Anubhav, Sara y Lizzie - gracias a todos ellos por hacer un final encantador para un día ocupado.

The worst experience I have ever experienced dining, what started of as funny soon became a frustrating experience. - ordered drinks after we had ordered the food, we had to ask were the drinks where they had been forgotten The starter arrived and was OK, to say the least, then the fun and games began. One of the mains came to the table luke warm, and nothing followed meaning my friend had to start eating without me, then halfway through, the waiter came and said oh sorry that's not your meal, but it's OK just eat it. They then proceeded to take a plate of food from another diners table and hand it to us before taking that meal again back to the other table. Another meal was placed on the other diners table for about 3 minutes, then they came and took the food from that table and paced it on ours. That's when we decided we would not eat here and just pay for the beers and the wrongly prepared lemonade....I mean, come on!

My first Lebanese meal with hubby and son. My son recommended this lovely restaurant for dinner tonight as he had tried their lunch menu last year and all 3 of us enjoyed a scrumptious meal tonight. We ordered a mix grill, mixed shawarma, Beity kabsah, falafels& stayed and everything was delicious . I don’t know the name of the waitress who served us but she was very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much bother to her even though I changed my mind 2x if I should have the Lebanese rice or bread to go with my main dish, . I would have given the atmosphere 5star had the lighting been brighter but it was alittle dim and I found reading the menu alittle bit hard- hence awarded you the 4 stars

I went to Beity restaurant with 16 other people from the Southampton Council of Faiths, to celebrate the group’s annual dinner & social networking. We were looked after hand & foot by the manger/owner & his team. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The food choices were as varied as they were delicious, with cold & warm starters and mains to satisfy both meat & vegetarian needs 😋 The restaurant was busy and despite our large group, we did not feel like we were waiting too long to be served. A great evening, pleasant atmosphere, delicious food, well worth a visit.

Went here recently with family, had chicken and lamb kebabs, very nice, lovely staff - Aakash and Anubhav. Consider having salmon instead of sea bass though ?

Their Farrouj Meshwe is the best chicken I've ever had. We've been back 4 or 5 times just to have it and their garlic sauce. The staff are all super friendly too. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Great food. Very fresh and tasty. Service needs work as we were not able to all eat together as some starters and mains arrived later than others. Staff were friendly though and apologised for the lateness of some dishes. Was und definitely recommend.

Thought the food was decent to be honest. Service you could see they made a concerted effort to make our experience good. Atmosphere was absolutely fine even though we went on a Wednesday where everywhere is quiet.

I live above this venue and as I go home, I am regularly greeted by the owner who always says I need to try the food. One day I decided to visit the venue and I purchased the 'Chicken Shawarma Wrap' and I couldn't believe how flavoursome it was. The chicken almost melted in my mouth and I was left with a great feeling of what I would describe as a memorable sensation. I only rated the atmosphere 4* due to the fact that the restaurant wasn't very full at the time. I hope that my review will incentivise people to visit the venue in future to create more of a traditional atmospheric environment.

Shockingly bad food. We had to send back the mains. Coming from a big city (London, Paris, NY) this is really poor quality food but the good reviews are probably from locals who don’t have anything better… don’t go here.

We went there for a dinner because we saw that the restaurant has a good reviews, however the food that was served was cold and dry , and not fresh at all , the rice was cold , the mixed grill was dry , we didn’t enjoy the food at all. We asked for a yogurt sauce and they only gave us a plain yogurt with no taste. I have high expectations on Lebanese restaurant but this is by far a very bad experience for us. as well it was overpriced .
