Lovely food, had the nachos and struggle to find a good version, but theirs was delicious, would def order again

friendly delivery, nice food but wouldn't pay full price. the chicken breasts were the driest peri peri ever experienced. seasoning is great though.

Delicious salad . The chicken was pretty good too - well flavoured and well marinated particularly the legs. However the breast was a touch over cooked hence dropping of a star. Will re-order - thank you.

The chicken is always top notch from here, would highly recommend. But, I would avoid the beef burgers, as they use really cheap patties. Chips are good, fast delivery time.

Very disappointed in the order, mash was totally inedible, very liquidy and had a very odd texture. Wrap was very small and only had 3 pieces of garlic bread as the side so definitely didn't seem worth £10, the lettuce inside it was old and limp which was quite off putting. The only good thing was the wings which had a tasty smoky sauce, it was meant to be lemon and herb though and didn't seem to have any lemon or herbs in it.

I made a bit of an error with my address but luckily the delivery driver found us. So, can't really complain about the food not being very hot. My fault. Nicely presented and tasty. I have purchased at Bedford Place before and really enjoyed it.

Really nice food. The standard wraps were nice, but the mayo was so runny it leaked (tasted great, just made it hard to eat slightly. Everything was spicy, even the lemon and herb wrap (probably the perinaise) which was delicious but our 2 year old found it too spicy. I ate hers which was delicious. Strips pretty good, not quite as juicy as possible, but not dry.

First time ordering for me and my son honestly a 5* very enjoyable and will be ordering again.

I am regularly visiting this place.. Chicken & Prawn rice, flame grilled wings, Garlic bread, Peri fries and Wedges are very tasty.. made with each customers spicy taste level.. menus for the kids as well..Staffs are very friendly..

Popped in for a work lunch, the staff were good, nice and clean… just finished the £5 lunch offer burger meal. What a bargain we went for medium spice which had a kick to it. Would recommend as tasted good. 👍🏻

I came here because of the good reviews and I wasn't disappointed. Friendly and pleasant staff, clean shop, good menu, I had the Angus burger and wings and they were absolutely delicious. Good choice of sides and they are open late. The food came quick and was bought over to me by one of the staff. I really cant fault this place. My new favourite place in Southampton. Keep up the good work guys.

This is my second time trying this place. First time was fine but second time was even better. The service was great and the periperi fries were perfect - crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. We got burgers and loaded fries which I would really recommend.

I have ordered on Uber Eats. The chicken and Rice it was delicious.

The food is great and the service is great but they really need to try and get rid of the large group of youths that seem to be outside in the evenings every single weekend…they are extremely intimidating (especially to women) and their constant play fighting, cat calling and aggressive behaviour is definitely affecting their business…my girlfriend said she never wants to eat there again because she felt extremely uncomfortable! It’s a shame because the food and staff are excellent!

Always order from these guys as their chicken is fresh and not dried out like some places. Also I love their Feta Salad, I've tried it with all dressings but Lemon and Herb is my favourite now. Keep up the good work.

Ordered a full chicken and they gave us 3 breasts and one leg of which a full chicken is made up of two breast ls and two legs and the family some eat the leg part only which means one had to go without a full dinner

We realised wraps were labelled wrong so we ended up eating the wrong flavour which wasn't enjoyable, chips were also not very warm.

I usually order the chicken which is fab but this time I thought I'd try the beef burger. It's great too but a little pink inside. Also everything was hot still in spite of the lousy weather the guy had to ride through.

Just the second time I've ordered from here and it was as delicious as the first. Please don't change anything! Another restaurant I had ordered from regularly changed things so much, and not for the better, that I quit using them. Their salads and burgers are better than most, especially the salads. They don't just fob you off with a bunch of lettuce leaves.

Very poor portion i ordered feta flamin salad there was barley any chicken in there on the picture it looks like You getting 3 strips in my salad there was 1 strip tops cutted into micro cubes basically got a bowl of lettuce for 6£ very misleading advertising i won't be comming back .

The food was delicious. I had the Flames Salad which had a dressing similar to ranch and plenty of vegetables in it. I also had the steamed vegetables which were good but too small a portion. The chicken tenders were tasty and the sauce on them was just right. Thank you Chilli Flames!

The food is ok, very average but cold. The delivery time changed twice and ended up being nearly 2 hours later than originally expected. I tried to cancel my order but the cancel option had disappeared.

First time experiencing this place... Oh my... The burger was incredible and the loaded fries almost defeated us! Very attentive staff and brought us everything we needed!

Well I've got to say that I enjoyed my first visit to Chilli Flames a lot more than I thought I would. It was great actually, much better than the KFC benchmark that I had in my mind. The food was excellent though messy and somehow they made chicken exciting. The main problem here is difficult access for wheelchairs and mobility scooters, but the staff were helpful and we managed to lift the scooter down to floor level. The staff were great actually, providing a genuinely excellent service. I hope to return soon, when I will try some of their interesting looking burgers.
