The girl that works in this coffee shop is the rudest and most aggressive person I've ever had serve me. Slamming things about and shouting £3.30 at me just because I interrupted her cigarette. How she has this job astounds me...I'll make my own coffee from now on.

The Lady who served me is very nice and charged me 80 p for a pack of Halls Soothers however when another lady who covers the site works there from the Gillingham branch she charges me £1.00 why am I being overcharged by her ? I tried to explain to her my concern but she was not interested . Maybe Trading Standards will be interested as what other items is she overcharging for ?

Quite dirty floor, also would be great to have more kiosks. Cheesy bites awful honestly. I didn’t have subway long time, I thought why not. Will not come back for awhile again.

Old Watling StreetI don't like to leave negative reviews, but I feel that there are areas that need to be improved. Firstly, our order was taken, but then someone had to come back and clarify what we wanted. Secondly, we got Wine that we hadn't asked without explaining they didn't have the one we did want and lastly the mains arrived before the dishes from the starters had been taken.

56 High StreetWent for an Easter meal with family. Although the vegetation carvery option (nut roast) wasn’t available, I had the veg and potatoes from the carvery stand and it was great. Lovely selection and cooked to perfection. Ordered a Prosecco and changed my mind. The staff kindly swapped it without a fuss, so that was great service. It’s a shame the paper tablecloths don’t fit the tables, but that’s a small thing in an otherwise good place to have a roast.
