ordered a large mixed donner and chicken kebab and received a small chicken one instead. was told they would add extra next time! like I'm going to order from them again! useless !!

Ice cream was fully melted on arrival, and bag was warm which kept ice cream in.

the burger was very sour and the chicken meat in the kebab was very strong and the chips were very, very, very salty as if they spilled all the salt on them. very unhappy

The sauce was off, surprised they didn't smell it when pouring it all over the food. Poor quality, the guy in there is rude. Never again.

Worst food ever. Obviously reheated from the day before. Chips like rubber , wings with no spice or flavor , just dipped in old grease. All taste as stale food. Just disgusting. I eat 2 pieces Hope wont die.

We’ve ordered from here lots of times and it’s always been nice but unfortunately they delivered to the wrong address (luckily we have honest neighbours) and by the time they found who the food belonged to, it was cold and never nice when you have to reheat.

Any one that says this place is good is lying or they put review up them self. The place is dirty the owner is dirty and very rude. The food is just slapped together don't think they even care this food my make you ill don't do it just drive by take a look your self.

missed 2 pizza's from my order then refused to deliver them once I had brought it to their attention. tried telling me that I had only paid for one cheese pizza where I had paid for two cheese pizza and one meat feast on their buy one get one free offer meaning I should have had 4 cheese pizza's and two meat feast. I received 2 cheese and two meat feast leaving me 2 pizza's short. customer service is appauling trying to pull the wool over my eyes! I will be taking this further

The small is very small, not great quality, chicken in Shish was burnt. Not enough salad, compared to other kebab houses in the area they are extremely poor on size of kebab and quality. Kempston Kebab so much better but we’re shut for Christmas break so had to use these guys and I will never use them again.

I ordered the same food from this restaurant for many times. However my recent order was too salty to eat. Something went wrong terribly and the response from the restaurant was disappointing. They believe this is their style to put such amount of salt. With this ‘new’ style of recipe, this is my last order from this restaurant.

Great always. Fast delivery and really good food - our favourite. Highly recommend the cheesy garlic bread.

Food was good but they sent me the wrong drink

This food was horrible. Chicken was dark and patchy as though is had been refried/reheated. The chips had an awful odour which seemed like the oil was spoilt. Now the “chicken fillet” burger was in-fact a slither of a chicken breast which had no seasoning nor flavour, it resembled a piece of tissue. The half a pounder looked the best out of my entire order however the taste was also heinous. Stay clear unless you wanna stay up on the loo!

Had loads of orders from here that have been great but this was not acceptable. Items missing, the note of allergy not took any notice of, food was extra small and cold. This will be the last time we order from here.

Kebab clearly been reheated in a microwave as the salad was scolding hot

Me and my family are massive repeat customers and have ordered weekly at the least for the last 3 years since moving to bedford. I would rate their pizza deal massively! All of their drivers have been amazing and almost always early by 20 minutes.

Extremely salty food. If it wasn’t too late at night and we weren’t so hungry, then we wouldn’t have eaten it. The food was well cooked and hot, but unfortunately totally ruined due to too much salt, we were three people and all of us didn’t enjoy it.

The kebab really wasn't very nice. The meat was burnt, dry, and tasteless. Salad was iffy, and the chips weren't great. All in all, very disappointing.

One of the worst takeaways we’ve ordered - it took so long to get here (although will say the delivery driver was lovely), but the food was awful unfortunately. The kebab was dry and barely any meat at all, chicken wings were over cooked/dry and the pie was hard. Really disappointing!

Haven't used this place in months but the food quality has changed it is so poor they've changed the kebab meat and it tastes and smells awful, the burger tasted bad too everything went in the bin. Put the prices up and changed their products to cheap low quality.

The worst kebab shop in north London. Ordered a platter and the kebab was tasteless, burnt with small portions. They forget to supply the 8 grilled chicken wings and also forgot my bottle of coke too. Ruined my night with guests and also ripped me off £35. You have been warned do NOT waste your money here and go somewhere else.

The driver couldn't find the front of my house but he phoned me and I met him at the back gate .

Wow completely inedible the chicken shish kebabs me and my partner both ordered were the worst thing either of us have eaten ever.... they were like the had a salt bath 90% salt 10% chicken. I thought she was bring fussy when she tried it and said she couldn't eat it. I'm generally easily pleased and like salt alot but I couldn't eat it either. Whole order thrown in the bin apart from the chips but from one bite of the other food even they tasted bad. Think I'll be rinsing my mouth for a week to get rid of the salt

I have ordered from you quite a few times in recent months and was really impressed after trying many different takeaways in Bedford. Ordered today and the pitta bread was rock hard and the meat was visibly dry and old and wasn’t very pleasant to eat. I hope this is a one off as we thought we’d found the best kebab takeaway in the area.

The lamb was beautifully cooked, however there wasn't a huge amount of it or salad. We were just left a little disappointed as we didn't feel it represented good value for money.

Although the delivery was on time, the delivery driver was very impatient, rang the doorbell then as my partner wad getting the door he started to bang on it other than that food was OK
