Terrible Experience - Would Not Recommend I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel, and it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Shockingly, I ended up injured due to the poor design of the room’s facilities. The double room was extremely small, and the bedside table had sharp edges that protruded into the bed area. In the middle of the night, I accidentally turned and hit my eye on the sharp corner, resulting in swelling and bruising. Additionally, the noise levels were unbearable. The walls seemed paper-thin, and we could hear everything from neighboring rooms, including loud conversations and frequent door slamming. One of our neighbors was particularly noisy and kept banging their door, making it impossible to rest. The breakfast was also disappointing—limited options and poor quality. Overall, the experience was horrible. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Stayed for 4 days, and the room was small but clean. I was a little confused about breakfast. There was a is a full breakfast menu showing on all the booking websites. But we got a limited continental breakfast, which was a couple of different fruit, cereals, french bread pain au chocolat Croissants. The warm food was boiled eggs sausage butty bacon butty or sausage, and bacon. Which was ok, but some mornings, you may want something different. The staff are lovely and very helpful, and we enjoyed our stay

I travel with business every week to Portsmouth, this hotel is perfectly located, very friendly staff and the room is lovely, I stayed in room 3 , the only issue was the shower , lovely and warm but doesn't drain very well. Causing the floor to be soaked , the music is also heard from the bar below , would be great if you served food at night, after a days work all you want to do is eat and chill .. overall its a lovely place and the staff are brilliant , just a few minor details which for a frequent visitor to the area would appreciate.

They do offer bacon and sausage baps in addition to great continental breakfast. Accommodation is very good. Will recommend you to stay it's well worth it!!
