Not terrible, service and delivery was okay but the food quality wasn’t great

They messed up my order, I got someone else's order and Just Eat didn't want to give me a refund because the restaurant didn't bring an order receipt, hence why I couldn't provide Just Eat a photo of it. Avoid Indian Ocean Tandori and JustEat alltogether.

As always, amazing food. I especially like the Tarka Dhal.

We waited two hours and 25 minutes for our food and it arrived cold! This is unacceptable and disappointing after waiting so long for it! I want a full refund as I have already ordered another dinner! If the restaurant is two busy it should say!

we order regally from you and the food seemed like it had been hanging around for a while, not very hot/poppadoms were rubbery , nan was cold and overcooked, but normally the food is good and they always send extras.

The order took an hour and 30 minutes. Although we were told an hour and 15 minutes. The parathas were not nice but the rest of the food was good.

Food lovely as always, had an item missing which the restaurant staff delivered within 15 minutes after contacting them. Gret service.

Sadly the food arrived late and cold. The tandoori mixed kebab was just 4 pieces of chicken nothing else. We had plenty of unrequested free food, such as popodum, onion bhaji and plain rice. I usually give this restaurant 6 stars as we like the quality and the flavour of the food. I hope this was just due to delivery issues and that next time the food will on time and hot

Lovely really tasty food. Will order again and again

Unfortunately the flavours were not upto par with any of the dishes we ordered. Butter chicken was sweet like a dessert, tandoori lacked flavour, the rice was clumpy like it was scraped off the bottom of the pan. If anything the delivery was prompt and delivery guy, polite.

Superb food and lovely people. Just feel guilty I had no cash to offer a tip.

Always arrives hot and the best Indian in the area

First time I've ordered from here very disappointed. Everything was swimming in oil, chicken tikka and mixed starter was so salty it was inedible, onion bhaji was burnt, prawn puree was very doughy and the prawns was chewy. Everything went straight in the bin waste of money. Definitely won't be ordering from here again..... foods disgusting

They are the best of the best by far of an Indian takeaway, I have been there customer for a good number of years and they never fail to disappoint. The food arrived on time piping hot, they always provide an excellent customer service.

Restaurant is 30 min drive away and delayed my order due to not wanting to travel that far. After an hour of waiting, I was told on the phone that they hadn't even started cooking yet. I asked to cancel and was told that only Just Eat could do it. No option to speak to Just Eat, and the restaurant said they will try and cancel their end. Phoned back again for an update, and another person said they had no idea about the previous conversation. This new person said they have started cooking and will send it but will also refund my money. Food turned up without rice, and due to being so far away, all the food was like warm at best. I have no idea if it was nice as all went in the bin, and im not reheating takeaway food. Make sure you check the location of the restaurant as Just Eat have no idea what they are doing with distances and takeaway. Even after three requests to cancel, I was still unable to cancel it. Terrible customer service obviously just lied to the customer to get them off the phone.

Ordered at 18:06, deliver finally arrived 2045. Nearly a 3hr wait for food is definitely not acceptable. I was told the driver had left at the 2hr mark to call once again 25 mins later to find out that the driver had just actually left…. Food was not hot on delivery, as you can imagine.

Waited 70 minutes for my food !! And I’m vegetarian and it was all meat !!!

beautiful food, SUPER quick delivery. they also very kindly gave me some extras, which i enjoyed thoroughly.

Food ok not great as they might have changed chefs , my main complaint is the fact they think it’s except able to advertise selling coke bottles as a 1.5 litre for £2.99 but have the cheek to send out a 1.25 litre bottle instead no price change . This has happened on more than a few occasions and I think this may be the last time I shop there as am feeling rather disappointed especially as I’ve made this complaint a few times and no resolve to change

The ETA was changed and I called the restaurant and was assured it was on its way. Still waited more than 20 minutes food didn’t taste freshly cooked. Will not order from here again food arrived lukewarm. Has to reheat

I ordered food at 19.30 and received it at 21.40. I called the shop at 21.20 and was told that it was just leaving . Food was delivered luke warm, really disappointed as I always order food from here!

Food arrived well over an hour late and cold. One item was missing. Rang up twice after estimated delivery time had passed and was just told it would arrive soon with no further information or explanation.

I waited 2 and a half hours for the food to arrive, when it did eventually turn up, it was cold!! A complete waste of money and I’ll never order again!!

Delivery was 1hr late, food was cold and just not that good.

Restaurant was apologetic, however food took 1.5 hours to be delivered and was cold on arrival.

Didn't receive my coke or my rice, received a potato dish and an extra naan instead...

Food came early but wasnt an issue. I have ordered from here before but wasnt as impressed as I was this time. All food was lovely, tasty and good temperature. Best prices around aswell which is why I had decided to give it another go! Will defo order from here again next time i fancy an an Indian takeaway!

Unfortunately i got my food really late, and i want to make it very clear that i do not blame the restaurant. They did a great job with the food (which they gave extra of unprovoked) I'm sad that JustEat has changed the app in such a way that you can only really blame the restaurant for bad orders and the drivers and the app remain blame free and refund free 🙄

Found wasn’t even here and just eat update enjoy your food. Ordered at 6.30 and food came at 8.15. Called the restaurant for an update said just left . The food was cold.

Delivery was late past the delayed time but I don’t mind that must be due to the popularity. Food was delicious fresh and generous portion. Plus was given a free dish. Not overly oily. Really delicious food would highly recommend. Not the first time we have ordered from Ocean Tandoori and won’t be the last!

After one hour and half from ordering the food arrived warm, popadoms stale, bhaji’s very oily and drenched in the bag. Not really a happy customer to be honest.

Food was alright. Delivered late so we ate as really hungry. King prawn vindaloo was sauce minus prawns. Jalfrezi was slices of pre cooked meat (tough) Not usual standard from this take away. Disappointing.

1.5 hours wait for oily sugary watery over cooked mush

I always leave amazing reviews as I can’t fault the service and the food. However, today my brother ordered a lamb kebab to start and when he cut into it it was undercooked. He called the restaurant who were so apologetic and replaced the kebab very quickly. My food was amazing but his food was Luke warm when he got to eat it. We appreciate the restaurants efforts to rectifying this order very quickly.

Very disappointed It's been a long time since I've been able to treat myself to a takeaway so was really looking forward to it. To start it arrived late. And then I found the food was cold. I got free onion bhajis which would be lovely but I had ordered some so I ended up with 8 The popodoms were soft plus they had a weird smell to them, like the oil was off or old It's Friday night, so it being late wasn't a problem as they were prob busy but cold food and soft smelly popodoms was very disappointing

Food was late, phoned restaurant they were very apologetic, when food did come it was slightly cold so had to reheat it, however it tasted great.

No taste what so ever Bhuna is supposed to have spice 🤢 sorry but never coming back
