The staff is really what has me coming back this fish bar has a great set of people, they are wonderful and so sweet and always working hard!!! It is also very busy at this shop and the employees are so nice and great! Thank you! I know how hard it can get sometimes but let me tell ya, this staff is the best!!! Amazing ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A tall gentleman with stubble served me, completely uninterested and visibly miserable. Any attempts to create small talk are either ignored via grunts or are rudely dismissed. Worse still, the gentleman publically disgraced a disabled individual for not wearing their face covering, lecturing them on how the coronavirus takes time to recover from, and is not a "quick illness", and patronising the customer on its severity. He then acted positively toward a group of individuals who appeared to be his friends, none of whom were wearing a mask. In short, very selective and appalling treatment, not advised.

The best fish and chip shop in Ilford been coming here for nearly two decades. Clean,lovely atmosphere,reasonably priced and what's more customer service is on point. Value for money.

Popped in for a takeaway and settled on pie and chips with a gherkin. Well cooked and under a fiver.

These guys have been here for many years now, they always have a fast service and are happy to have a chat while you wait for your food... so 10/10 for customer service and the food, one of the best chip shops in Ilford.

Crispy and tasty fish. Ketchup and chips were horrible. There is only one table and a couple of chairs where you can seat.
