Dios mío, ¿por qué todas las malas críticas? Esto es perfecto. Me encanta la comida estilo fumadero, pero odio el sabor a humo. Me da dolor de cabeza. Esto no hizo eso. No hay sabor intenso ahumado para enmascarar el sabor de la carne. Todos ustedes, imo, están enganchados a voltear salsa de barbacoa a través de wazoo. La salsa barbacoa tiene su momento y lugar, ¿de acuerdo? Pero esto no necesitó que la salsa se abofeteara por todos lados. Su cocina es maravillosa, los tamaños de las porciones son increíbles, todo era jugoso y sabroso sin necesidad de pilas y pilas de salsa de barbacoa. Este lugar es genial si simplemente anhelas un poco de carne bien cocinada, bien condimentada y, en el caso de las costillas - bien salsada. Les ruego a todos que vean la gloria que es la carne bien cocida. La salsa barbacoa no es un condimento. Esto es mejor que eso. Veo que hay una opción de foto, y lamento muchísimo no haber tomado fotos de esta increíble extensión de carne, papas fritas, alitas de pollo, hamburguesas, papas fritas, maíz en la mazorca, aros de cebolla, oh Dios mío y las costillas. Te contaré un pequeño secreto. Me lo entregaron en UberEats, y déjame decirte que fue como una búsqueda del tesoro de un amante de la comida. Estriando a través de las bolsas para encontrar la próxima delicia. "Encontré un poco de maíz, increíble" a "Oh enfermo, tengo el cerdo tirado. " Cuando abrí las costillas, jadeé. Qué hermoso estante de costillas. La salsa en eso fue absolutamente espectacular. Definitivamente detecté matices de tomate en la salsa, lo que la hizo significativamente más paletizable que las costillas empapadas en salsa de barbacoa recta. En general, esta fue una experiencia increíble para mis papilas gustativas y mi vientre - el tamaño de las porciones fue increíble. Tengo el súper mega combo, (también conocido como: La Torre de la barbacoa) que era una gran propagación de la comida. No tengo ni idea de cuántos son los meses para servir y no quiero saber ya que descaradamente terminé por lo menos la mitad de todo porque era MUY FLIPPIN GRANDE. TLDR: Carne genial. Carbohidratos genial. El equilibrio sabe bien. Me gusta. Por favor, pruebe BBQ Tower.

The service in here is rubbish - got shouted at for not seeing the tiny cheap B&M sign for the bogs. The waitress ballsed up the drinks and the food order and it was practically empty. Food was hot and cold, meat dry. It’s the type of place that if the owners came in and saw how poorly the staff were running it they’d sack em all on the spot and they would then be free to pop down to Cex and meet up with their mates before heading off to World of Warcraft and talk about how they had shouted at someone and how it had made them really powerful Somebody call the feds!

Oh my god this place is a gem. Took my husband for his birthday and we shared the BBQ tower. So much food for £48. The food was amazing. The young man that served us was amazing and really knowledgeable about the food on offer. Will 100% be back.

Unfortunately we did not have the best experience. Our initial drinks, both mojitos were not great- they tasted of just water. The waitress was very apologetic and explained that they had changed to a new soda (so we are guessing that we are not the first people to not like them!). We then changed drinks free of charge, which we appreciated. Regrettably our experience eating was poor too. For a joint specialising in BBQ, the meat was very dry and not pleasant. The brisket was very chewy, and the bones in the chicken wings simply crumbled into the meat. However we do want to highlight that our waitress was incredibly helpful, and seemed rushed off her feet with an entire floor on her own. So kudos to her for making sure we were all looked after!

100% will not be visiting this place again nor would recommend anyone to waste their time visiting the place. A party of 5 of us visited Sunday lunch time having pre booked a table. We arrived and were turned away and told to try again in 15 minutes. We returned and then got told we were “VERY” early? Strange from the off. We were seated downstairs and forgotten about for around 20 mins until our drinks were ordered along with food. Little did we know, we’d be waiting 1 hour and 15 mins for our food to arrive!! Atrocious! The service was far from professional, not even a smile was given. Our food finally came and before we could even finish our food, the waitress was asking if we wanted the bill!! Shocking, happy to make us wait for food, but quick enough to rush us out. And to top it off, they give out the wrong receipts to different tables! After relaying the problems to staff that we encountered throughout our time here, we got responded with”did you not get told how long the wait was when you came through the door” nor a discount offered for the inconvenience of the service in this place. One of the worst places we’ve visited.

It was bad from the off. There was a stressed atmosphere at the time we arrived because it was lunchtime and it was during the weekend Christmas market. There was a lot of visible flapping going on amongst the serving staff and the need to get people out of the door to sit more was almost palpable and less than welcoming. Front of house could really do with some work as our waitress was stone-faced from start to finish. Secondly, the table was rusty although that’s the aesthetic they seem to want to go for in these hipster style places. I kept catching my skin on the sharp edges of the rusty patches so it’s not ideal for younger kids. Then there’s the food, which was really poor. I went for the bacon burger which was left for 10 minutes on the counter (we could see it) before our less-than-enthusiastic waitress thought to serve it. It was cold and the bacon and crispy onions were so burnt, I couldn’t really tell one from the other. The beef itself had flashes of good flavour but it was overcooked and overpowered by the burnt toppings. Even the cheese failed to add any much needed moisture to the meal. ‘Seasoned fries’ seem to be fashionable at the moment but the sooner this fad passes, the better. Raw chilli powder does not belong on what would have otherwise been really lovely crispy fries which were spoilt by the seasoning. To top it off, the BBQ sauce which is the yardstick for any BBQ place was bland and thin. Sorry to say, I’ve been to far better BBQ style joints with much better atmospheres.

A party of 10 of us visited this weekend, pre-booked ect. When we arrived we were told it would be a 45 min wait for food as they were busy. Seated on the first floor we quickly felt like we'd been forgotten about, drinks missing etc. We waited 90 mins for our food during which time we were told multiple times that various menu items were now unavailable including GF rolls which 2 of our party required, they offered a 'normal' roll in its place but that's not quite how it works! If it's a busy Saturday night with lots of bookings surely you order in enough food. When the food did eventually arrive the burgers were very dry, however the chips were great. Visited Bristol and Weston multiple times and it has been great, safe to say we will not be returning to the Bath restaurant, if you can make the trip into Bristol for a far better experience.

Food took ages to come, when we asked the waitress she said she’d check and never came back upstairs. We spoke to a couple next to us who were waiting even longer. Air con on full blast so you had to wear a jacket Finally went downstairs because we were so hungry and cold and asked to leave, they gave us our meal free of charge to take away. It genuinely was not edible, tasted like manure. Chips were more like undercooked over seasoned oven chips. When we were complaining we could hear kitchen staff swearing at eachother. Spoke to a friend who went previously and he said “I warned you it was bad”.

Absolutely awful food, burgers were as dry as cardboard, I did speak to a member of staff who just shrugged it off.

Was a really nice meal. Burger was very large and tasted great. One downside is the menus had a lot of things not in stock. Also the beer selection was poor. A couple of draft IPA’s would be good.

We booked a table for 7 people as pre food before the hen do celebrations. When we arrived we originally had 2 tables, but the lovely lady that was attending to us asked if we wished to be seated upstairs (as this would mean we was all on 1 table). We gladly took this offer up, the only downside was there was no music upstairs, but between us all we played some music on our phones. We was quickly asked if we was ready to order drinks, which we did, we was also told very early in what dishes was sold out. The drinks was rather slow coming out but we was explained to that the lunchtime shift was really busy. We ordered 2 of the BBQ towers for all 7 of us to share. Considering these towers are meant to feed 2 we was shocked at home mu h came out and the fact we even left lots as the portions was massive. All the food was cooked lovely and we all enjoyed it. This is somewhere I would visit again in the near future.

If I could leave a zero I would do. The food was really poor, cold and dried out. We ordered the platter between 2 people and the ribs came out about 15 minutes after the rest of the food and were stone cold. The rest of the food was really dry and luke warm. We have been to bear grills in Bristol and that was excellent so unfortunately we didn't check the reviews for this one and just booked a table. Really, really disappointed. Please avoid!!

Had a table reservation, arrived only to find restaurant stank of drains. We left as couldn’t eat in the environment.

Me and my wife Couldn't even finish 1/4 of my meal, it was that bad. Definitely don't believe the menu, where it states 14hr smoked pork. That pork has never seen a Smoker let alone been in one. It's that cheap pulled pork you can buy from lidl's that you chuck in a microwave. Really unhappy customer 🤬

Been to others in the chain before and had good experience. Not here though. Restaurant had piles of rubbish outside. Table was sticky and covered in salt. Had the burnt ends which consisted of the old boot sole smothered in bbq sauce to try and hide the bitter disappointment. The burger; I’ve eaten tastier cardboard. Seems to be reheated patty in a cold bun with burnt bacon. Overall a bitterly disappointing meal. Avoid at all costs

This does not compare to Weston Super Mare - we booked this during a trip to Bath after having areally good experience in Weston in March - however we were bitterly disappointed. The place is filthy and the toilets make the restaurant look clean! There were 2 of us and between us, 3 things we ordered werent available. What was available menu came overcooked, very charred, and it is clear from the colour of the food that the cooking oil needs changing. The service was mediocre at best, with waiting staff changing bins literally 2 foot from where we were eating and parading the rubbish past our table. It was almost as if they had given up too! Little in the way of enthusiasm, knowledge or customer service, just bland and there but not present.
