BB's Coffee & Muffins in Medway

We are regular visitors to this lovely coffee shop. The staff are very friendly and accommodating whilst remaining professional. The coffee is the best you will find anywhere, always hot, smooth and prepared with care. The staff are constantly wiping tables and clearing ensuring customers have clean sanitised areas to sit. It often gets extremely busy but the staff manage to serve everyone very quickly whilst not rushing the customer. It is also refreshing to see how welcoming the staff are to regular customers, often remembering their regular order without the need of prompting. BB’s is a nice friendly place to meet up with friends for a catch up without the feeling of being rushed, highly recommended.

I use to love coming here , even before the move ! What a joke now though the last 3 times I’ve been in I’ve waited 10 minutes for a take away coffee and people who have been served after me even got there takeaways before . Some of the staff are so drippy

We met family for my birthday. There was eleven us in all, including little ones. We were able to find seating together and stayed around hour and a half! Weren’t felt that we needed to go once finished our coffees and pastries/savouries at any point. Although some of us did order drinks again. I asked when they closed as didn’t want to overstay our welcome and was told 7pm but colleague said we can stay till 7.30 if need be! Which I answered ‘no’ as wouldn’t expect staff to stay over there closing time! But thought nice gesture! We were a little nosy as we were a large group but able to sit to one side and didn’t feel we were disturbing anyone else! We left the place tidy, apart from some muffin crumbs on floor which I asked for a dustpan and brush to which they quickly replied that they would deal with! Thank you.

Lovely coffee and cakes and wonderful staff. They provided warm milk for my crying baby. Thank you! A lovely atmosphere I’d definitely return

My partner and I chose a muffin each from here to take home and have with our lunch, the biscoff and the Victoria sponge. It came to just under £7 it was my birthday so that didn’t worry me they looked delicious. However when we got home and tucked in they were so dry with no flavour whatsoever. For that price we found it very disappointing. I asked the girl that worked there if there was biscoff in the middle she said there was….. there wasn’t. She wasn’t overly friendly but the lady on the till seemed pleasant

Good coffee in a good shopping area of the complex. Staff are good and make very good coffee and chocolate. Not sure on the busy times but was excellent at 4pm

Frequently enjoy a cuppa & a treat in BBs with my partner. Noticed the young lad who was cleaning the tables doing a very thorough job. Those who served us followed the covid cleaning protocols, so we felt reassured. Tables were spaced to enable social distancing and cleared & cleaned regularly. The cafe was busy, yet still got our food quickly. We enjoyed a tuna jacket spud, a delicious muffin, a tea plus a latte for my partner. Only thing missing was butter for my jacket spud, but they were pipping hot, well cooked and yummy. Will return again as much nicer latte and tea than Costa or M&S which is also situated in Hempstead Valley. Very good quality and value for money. Nice friendly staff. Thank you!

No table sanitation whilst sat for over 20 minutes. New customers where sitting at dirty tables and even members of staff sat at dirty tables for their lunch

Visited BBs Coffee and Muffins many times with very little concern and mostly satisfaction. However today I ordered a Small and Regular Iced Latte with a food order.The shop wasn't particarly busy with a steady flow of customers. It was strange that my wife's Heated ECheese and Ham Croissant was at the end of the bar before our drinks.We were advised that they would bring the drinks to the table. However by the time we had finished our food no drinks had arrivednso I asked for a refund to be told the drinks had been made I said but hadn't been bought to my table and I was now leaving and wished a refund.I was told it wasn't 'their fault they had new young staff training and I was rude and shouldn't be angry.As I was neither rude nor angry this was perplexing.During our visit a Strawberry Milk Shake did the rounds with a waiter asking whose it was? Also people who had arrived after us were sitting down with drinks Seriously advised the "Barista" that she should make and serve the drinks in the order made and not the order that she wanted and maybe things would have been different.

went here for a quick coffee. saw a muffin and couldn't help myself ! wow . by far the best muffin I have ever had out ! if only I lived closer

Overpriced, not good food and the service was very slow. Not worth the prices charged considering the food quality, price and service.

Stopped in for a coffee with my young baby and partner. He had a latte and said they were reasonable so we decided to stop for food. What a waste of money !2 bacon rolls £2.99 each I asked for then to be grilled warmed. They were obviously microwaved and over microwaved at that. The bacon had a green tinge to it and the roll inedible. The barista there was unsure if they had white chocolate syrup. They assured me they did it tasted like vanilla milk. I then asked for whipped cream the lady got out an empty can from the fridge first and the second barista had been listening and assumed I’d asked for a ‘fringe’ I felt very awkward I had also ordered a muffin which was stuck to the sides of the wrapper and not worth the £2.55 I was charged. Overall very disappointed we don’t go out much for lunch since having the baby and now I know why. It’s really disappointed me. We left hungry and £15 poorer.

Customer service is second to none everyone is really friendly and it is such a lovely atmosphere. I would reccomend to anyone, shoutout to Jack And Ash

Went in here with a friend of mine for coffee , the service was good , place was clean . We sat on some nice comfy chairs , and we met up with some of our other friends . I had one of the muffins , it was wicked , my friend said they were expensive , but I really enjoyed it . Nice to sit down and relax after doing the shopping , nice experience .

Lovely comfortable seating right in the middle of Hempstead Valley Shopping Centre, just what's needed after a morning shopping. The coffees were served pretty quickly and the muffins whilst rather expensive were very tasty.

Un grupo de jubilados 'funcionarios' reunirse para ala la lámpara en el café y el té. Si gira y estamos allí prepárate para risas muy ruidoso y glee.Todo es muy normal para una parada de café centro comercial, pero el personal es divertido y en buena parte.

Visited here after my osteopath. Being in Hempstead Valley the seating is a little exposed. However the staff are friendly and the muffins ate delicious!

Very very disappointed came here a couple of weeks ago and raved about today is a very poor panini think they forgot the tuna and cheese soft and soggy not be back

I regularly visit BB,s for coffee meets . The manager Suresh and his staff are always friendly ,and good humoured, the service is good , the coffee is good and the muffins are delicious . A must visit if you are at The Savacentre Hempsted Gillingham .

Meet here with friends twice a week Suresh the manager and his staff always give us a warm welcome..The service is excellent and the quality of the food and hot drinks is great ..plus we get a free drink when our loyalty cards are stamped full..lovely place ,great atmosphere

Witnessed terrible hygiene practice today. Staff tried to sell a customer a recycled drink - one another customer had rejected!! Staff didn't seem bothered by the issue. Won't be visiting again. Disgusting.

Called in recently early morning and had a latte coffee and sausage roll. Where I sat the floor was covered in food dropping , eventually someone came and swept them up. To be frank I expect clean surrounds

About the best place around to buy GF cake. Available in other branches in Yorkshire too. Buy 3 and get one free!

Nice place to stop for a cup of tea or coffee while shopping. The decor is nice but it was a bit chilly sat at one Argos end when the main door kept opening.

Used to regularly visit what I'm sure was BB's at Bluewater and was very disappointed when it went, however, I am very happy that there is now one at Hempstead Valley. The muffins are to die for and much better than anywhere else

Wow what a tasty treat, we even had to take some home. Coffee was quite good too! We can't help ourselves and will be back again very soon.

We have been using this coffee place weekly, sometimes twice a week for a number of years now.

Stopped for lunch here as our normal coffee shop was busy what a let down and a waste of money, where do I start there was three of us we all had (HOT) coffees but these mite have well been ice coffees. We all had sandwiches the bread was so dry a flood wouldn't of been a problem you could have used this to soak it up. When we complaint it was like the end of the world had happened
