Nice food but decided to pick it up from the store

Usually I LOVE their food, but today the level of salt in two of the items was far too high, and one went straight in the food recycle bin as it was inedible. Having used them successfully for several years, I am hoping this is a one-off issue.

Everything was tasty hot, very enjoyable meal

Sag paneer had very little spinach and paneer. Butter Chicken was very thin, almost like a watered down korma, nothing like butter chicken. Its was all a bit bland tbh

Never had a problem before but tonight was awful. The food took two hours to come, the food was cold and the delivery guy got lost! Normally really good but tonight very disappointed

Amazing food always comes hot and tasting fresh

Really enjoyed my meals so good mest in the biriyany a bit chewy but very flavoursome and my lamb korma was tender and very enjoyable. Thank you. We did get a mixed bag of samosa although ordered meat so not sure maybe they ran out of meat.

Regular here, never dissapoints

Ordered the tandoori mixed grill today and the chicken and the mince sausage was good but the lamb tikka was inedible couldn’t chew it

lamb chewy and tasteless.. Tasted like the lamb was just added to the korma sauce & not cooked in it. .The rice just tasted of plain white rice without salt.

I’ve ordered from bayleaf multiple times however, this time it was awful the lamb was hard very chewy, tasted boiled. Very disappointed, felt that my money was completely wasted would have been better off ordering something else

Order was slightly late, however the food was delicious and the driver was very polite and apologised for the delay so definitely worth every minute of waiting.

First time we’ve ordered from here and it won’t be the last. Chicken and lamb korma was gorgeous big portions enough for tomorrows lunch.

Very tasty, reasonably priced and delivered nice and hot with perfect timing.

After reading many reviews I wasn't expecting much but it was okayish, chicken was nice and tender. Rice also well seasoned. It was a meal for one. Unfortunately I have to agree with many comments about popadoms. Mine also arrived burnt which is strange as it was very oily too.. couldn't eat it. Food arrived 10min late from estimated time 7.45-8.05pm. Not best Indian out there though. Won't be ordering again.

Got a message saying food on the way...restaurant is 5 minutes from my house. 20 minutes later I ring the restaurant to ask Where's my food and I'm told the delivery driver has other delivery's to make too. If that's the case then I should have got mine first as I'm sure I'm the closest. Food cold and I paid 1.50 delivery and 50p service charge....BOTH FAILED.

Nice food always get extra free puppodums too .been using for a while now and no problems .

Biriany was less salt and no taste. Vegetable curry had so much oil and barely any vegetables, only one piece of potato.

Authentic food, never disappointed

Great food great delivery just don’t order any drinks, they won’t deliver any. Twice in a row too. It’s ok, Just Eat do refunds, but it would prefer drinks.. :)

Food was nice, BUT it got delivered 10min after I received ‘enjoy your meal’ notification which was 30 min after it left take away so 40 min in transit!!! Starter was cold, main was mildly warm. Shame really because it did taste nice.

Chicken was rubbery, food came cold

The Madras Lamb Curry had only 7 small pieces of lamb in it, But what was Most annoying was that it arrived 45 minutes Late, when it eventually arrived after phoning them, there was No sorry for being Late, if this Take away wants to keep its regular customers it should get its orders to there customers on time & Not mess them around!!!

Ordered at 8:20 with a 45min- 1hour estimate. Food didn’t arrive till 10 o’clock. Food food wasn’t with the driver till 9:30 then delivery driver got lost and apparently did not know how addresses work (had to call us for directions whilst walking aimlessly down our street.) food was average wait time unforgivable so will not be giving a second chance.

As always - fabulous food. Great variety available, but I tend to go back for my favourites. Have ordered many times and the quality is always good. For me the bonus is that they are just around the corner, so when I am feeling less lazy, I can wander round and collect my order.

Find somthing in my food it’s wasn’t nice so couldn’t eat it put me off all together
