Baskin Robbins in Manchester

Great, speedy service, pleasant staff & lovely desserts. We popped in to this branch in Manchester after midnight and were promptly served. There is a great seating area, spacious bathroom at the site and a great variety of choice of desserts.

Went in on Friday night and the staff were very welcoming even when they were busy. Thanks especially to Srinaya.

Delivery service was terrible, wrong order twice!! Took over an hour to finally sort it out. Won't be ordering from here again.

Went in last friday and also last night, place is clean and tidy with air con. Staff could not do enough to help ice cream was fab no rush to serve you, happy to let you try the ice cream before deciding which you wanted, been in twice in 3 days would highly recommend this ice cream bar to anyone. Lots of choice they had cakes too and coffee and tea so look no further go here for good food and great service

I added this venue to Trip Advisor as I realised it was not listed here. I love icecream and would always want to know where good places are. This branch offers great American quality icecream on lovely crisp waffle cones. Can taste the different flavours to be able to choose what you want (unlike some places where they dont offer or are very stingy with amount or trials). Waffle was good too but they use some sort of flavoured and sweetened chocolate sauce which detracted from the good taste. Chocolate sauce should always be pure chocolate. Just my thought... Tried the Molten Chocolate cake with icecream too which was awesome. Lots of shakes and cakes on the menu too to try for future! Staff are very courteous and friendly. I saw staff member Teja going out of his way to explain different menu items to customers. Very customer friendly and hospitable. Great skills. Well done Teja and team. There are a lot of dessert parlours in the Curry Mile of Manchester but this one stands out for good quality Branded icecream in a cosy and friendly venue. Will definitely visit and recommend.
