To get here is probabky best to start off at the Bishopsgate entrance to Liverpool street, and head north, with Artillery Lane 5 0metres on the right This is more no thrills, takeaway palce, with few stand up & eats inside...basically. wraps/salad/baguette joint, free tasters, fresh salad options, enticing ...then the wrap was cold, the salad wasn't enough to make the whole outer wrap cold, so the hot fillings wer'e enough to make the meal warm, so disappointing as was the the type of wrap cut meantt a 15% is impossible to chew as its bended over repeatedly...a waste as you can' eat it Quality base filling present but not quantity for proper VFM as was the friendly service

Barraka se describe como la calle mediterráneo sirve comida. Barraka 'Bendición' significa 'en marroquí y el dueño quería continuar una tradición familiar de personas con 'energías bendición y buena comida. Es situado en una pequeña calle lateral enfrente de la estación de Liverpool Street y no tiene mucho espacio interior - hay algunos puestos en mesas donde se puede parar y comer, pero se llena bastante en el almuerzo y la gente a veces hacer cola en la puerta. Cuando me fui, personal estaban ofreciendo gustos de diferentes rubros en una bandeja así que traté de un pedazo de pollo con un pedazo de pollo mediterráneo. Uno de mis colegas habían probado la ensalada halloumi y pensé que era maravilloso, pero me decidí a chicken schnitzel. El personal toma un gran bowl de plástico y difundir algunas houmous en el fondo, algo que nunca he tenido antes en una ensalada, pero realmente bien con la combina ensalada hojas en la parte superior. Había una variedad de cuatro o cinco tipos de ensalada, de hojas mixtas de tomates picados y pepino; luego es cubierto con una generosa porción de pollo caliente schnitzel, que estaba recién preparado mientras estuvimos allí, y rociado con una opción de vestirse. También tienen el mismo llenando una baguette o envoltura. Estaba delicioso, muy abundante, y es agradable tener una ensalada con pollo caliente en la parte superior de breadcrumbed si puedes encontrar este lugar en la calle (Artillería Lane) Lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

El personal es increíblemente amable y la comida es super fresca, buena relación calidad-precio para la cantidad que te dan! El pollo rebozado es excelente, todos los ingredientes son frescos, definitivamente puedes probar la diferencia entre aquí y en otros sitios

Recently opened, these guys were outside with a tray of free samplers one evening and as a result I tried their salad bowl and have been going back regularly ever since. Delicious mediterranean/middle eastern style salad, cabbage, pickles topped with chicken schnitzel, or steak, halloumi, etc. and spicy or mild sauces. Absolutely delicious every time.

I was fortunate to try Barraka through one of the blogger programmes I'm part of but I can safely say I will be back. The staff are friendly, passionate and knowledgable - and the food is to die for. I've heard good things about the ribeye and chimichurri baguette and the chilli fries (both unavailable on my visit so need to try these next!) but I can recommend the chicken schnitzel wrap or the salad bowl with Halloumi! Portions are large and everything is cooked/made fresh and to order. Little gem close to Liverpool Street tube station - don't miss it! Oh, as a warning, this place is only open Monday to Friday (11am 'til 9pm) but they also have a delivery service if you want to get your street good fix!

Ive been here several times since they opened earlier this year and have been consistently impressed with the quality of the food and the level of service. Location is tucked away down a small side street between a NatWest bank and a Snappy Snaps and the shop itself is tiny so at peak times they do queue out the door although it moves quite fast. Quite often they will have someone offering tastings out on the main Bishopsgate road so keep an eye out for these if you want to try before you buy. Basically you get a choice of grilled chicken, crispy chicken, chorizo or steak served either with a salad, in a wrap or on a baguette with various dressing options and you just pick and choose your combination. The steak is quite expensive (but delicious) at around £9 whilst the others are around £6-7 mark. Wraps and baguettes are slightly cheaper than the salad. Drinks and a few side orders are also available. The meat is freshly cooked throughout the lunchtime service and the guys who make up your lunch whilst you wait are OTT in their enthusiasm and friendliness. It may be a bit of a theatre act but all the staff really do seem to enjoy what they are doing and it certainly makes a change from the usual bored stares you so often get. If you are looking for healthy fast take away food within five minutes of Liverpool Street then this is a great option to try.

Barraka is a newly opened Mediterranean takeaway nestled in Artillery Lane, between Liverpool Street Station and Spitalfields Market. Ideal for a quick lunch away from your desk, or to grab something before you head to the pub after, Barraka serve food fast and fresh. The staff are friendly and full of enthusiasm. If you are a first-time customer you will get a cheer and the gong will be banged in your honour. They believe in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere - get this right and all else will follow. From the menu you can choose a baguette, a Laffa wrap or a salad. Then fill with a choice of Mediterranean chicken, Chicken Schnitzel, Halloumi, Steak, or Chorizo. Sauce options are Baraka sauce, Tahini, chimichurri or chilli. Believe me they are big portions! And they really are fresh and tasty. My chorizo wrap was a range of flavours from the soft sensual pork chorizo to the subtle heat of the chilli sauce. The Mediterranean chicken was steeped in the secret sauce, and it was sumptuous. Wander down Artillery Lane and you may be lucky enough to be offered a taster outside. Judging from where I was sitting (at the window) the fast-moving queue, the number of passers-by tempted in, and the banter between the staff and the regular customers, shows Barraka is a 'blessing'.

Don't let the modest look and location on a side street fool you, prepare your taste buds to be rewarded. While cool Latin sounds play choose your meal from the board. Pick your filling, your delivery system from baguette to salad bowl and what sauce you want to have (tahini, chili sauce, chili mayo, chimichurri). My friend Sonja recommends the ribeye or chorizo in any form and I can say nothing bad about halloumi baguette. In fact I am wanting a private moment with it. The baguette is amazing, soft on the inside and it has that sexy bread sound when you break it. You know what I mean! The chips will cause addiction (they have little bit of spice on them be warned), but so delicious! The salads need no sauce, try the white cabbage with dill and lemon, so good and I don't even normally like cabbage!

Amazing sandwiches, the chickens are delicious . Sure, I will come one more time. You have to come and try it! I wish the best for this young guys because they are too nice and too friendly! You can enjoy your lunch or dinner and have nice people with you

One of the best place i've ever eat. I ate a wrap with chorizo and it was amazing. If you are near Liverpool Street just go there and you'll enjoy it. Defenitly i'll come back.

I have visited Barraka on many occasions since it opened in Jan. The salad bowls are amazing and fresh baguettes delicious. The Mediterranean Chicken is very tasty made with fresh herbs and spices. The Rib Eye wow. Chicken Schnitzel is great. I would recommend the Mediterranean Chicken in a salad bowl and if you fancy a baguette go for the Rib Eye or Schnitzel. The hand cut chilli chips are a great side dish. The staff are very helpful and friendly especially the manager Ben.

Just open few weeks ago. the best sandwich i ever heed. dame the rib eye love it. keep to good work barraka.
