Barney's Bistro in Fenland

Had the most amazing steak here for lunch cooked exactly how I like it. Full of flavour and all fresh cooked to order. Wheelchair accessible too. The staff were friendly and helpful.

What a great varied menu, something for everyone, not had anything off the new menu that I didn’t like and my friends included . Fantastic service ,very well looked after with nothing too much trouble . Looking forward to trying something else on the menu as I know it’s going to taste great. I can’t recommend and praise the place highly enough

Our first meal at The Acre in March was absolutely perfect! What a gem of a place. Food was excellent as were all the staff. First impressions were how clean and sparkly everything is 🌹 Hubby had the rissoto and I had steak, followed by a rather scrumptious pudding. Another couple of bonus points were the draught Guinness and parking close to the Bistro. This is now our Number One goto place 🍷

We had an excellent meal at the Acre, great menu, delicious food, prompt efficient service.Laura was amazing, nothing was too much trouble and she made sure we had excellent service. Great atmosphere on a upbeat St George’s day

Really delicious home cooked food. Very good portions and fresh ingredients. We had main courses and desserts and everything was lush.

Absolutely enormous “The Italian Job” burger cooked to perfection and went down a treat. Probably won’t have to eat anything else for 24 hours. Brilliant service as well 😀

Had a surprise birthday meal at barneys and it was a great night! The pub was clean and lively the food was amazing!! I was too full for a pudding! Will be going back very soon

Lovely meal on French night! So tasty. One thing we lack in March is variety so the Wednesday night specials are a welcome addition to have ‘something different’ alongside the regular menu (also very good!) Looking forward to whatever surprises lie ahead!

Amazing dinner, everything was so tasty and presentation was spot on! All hot and the best roast potatoes!! Friendly staff and even my Yorkshire pudding had a smile on it. Thank you, will be back very soon!!

Barney's curry's are the best. If you want a meal over and above the rest it has to be Barney's. Plus Laura and her team at the Acre are extremely hospitable.

We went to the curry night on Wednesday, and the Keralan pork curry I had was delicious, as was my husband's black pepper chicken. Easily as good as a quality Indian restaurant. Barney's cooking never disappoints.

Absolutely the best food in March!! Attended the curry night last night and wasn’t disappointed- By far the best curry I have had! Highly recommend.
