Bao And Bubble. in Chelmsford

I did not realise that This is the same resturant as TukTuk and I ordered from them a year ago. I spent £40 and could not eat any of the food. It was salty and what wasn’t salty was so stodgie. I would never order from them again and today I feel like I was basically tricked. The fries were a pile of mush and the wings sauce was nice but the chicken tastes of dirty fryer fat. Stay clear. Now going out to get some food I know I like.

Poor guy at burger section unable to cope..cooking and unable to cook fast enough deal with customers and get takeaway to customer in timely manner. I know the owner and left a message fir him to call me so I could alert him. He didn't return my call!

Horrible bubble tea, I’ve been trying to get in contact with the company but no one will pick up? The tapica felt like it was off. Made us sick

genuinely the best takeout in Chelmsford, the food is incredible, the drinks are incredible, delivery is prompt and never arrives cold. I cannot recommend them enough

Extremely poor - terrible customer service and gave us the wrong order. We called to let them know that our bubble tea came without tapioca pearls and the man refused to give us a refund or send the correct order. Would not recommend to ANYONE. They effectively scammed us. Edited to respond to owner's response: When I called you to complain on the night of the order you said you would not refund us or deliver the correct items, and that you would give a discount on the next order. I told you then as I will now that I would not order from you again - you were extremely rude to me over the phone, showed none of your 'usual High standards', and refused to admit you were at fault. I would like the money back from the previous order, and I will continue to warn everyone away from your business until then.

This is not a review on their food, as that never arrived, only their 1 ⭐️ service. Ordered ice cream at 7:30pm via Uber Eats. Estimated delivery time was 7:50. By 9:40 after no delivery, and continually getting “number busy” I finally got through to be told there was bad traffic 😂😂 they are located 3 miles from my house 😂😂 I called again at 10pm to ask them to cancel my order and give me a refund, but was given some made up excuse meaning that’s £21 I’ll never see again. Best part is the app says my delivery is on the way 😩 l’ll let you all know if it’s melted by the time it arrives in January 2023.

Best bubble tea I've tried. Converted the bf from hating it to stealing mine!! Could do with a few more mochi flavours but overall fully recommend :)

Horrific Do not order from here- Frozen breaded chicken and frozen bao buns. Shop brought coleslaw. You could make better at home! Total waste of money ! I did get in touch with you, twice, and asked you to collect and refund - food originally took 90 minutes to arrive was cold - all awful - we threw ir away! total waste of £40!
