Lovely meal but I’ve ordered from bangla kitchen twice and both times they forgot to put my starter in

Overall I enjoyed the food I ordered from Bangla Kitchen. Everything was of good quality. The only one thing I didn’t like and discarded was the Chicken Wings which were very stringy and fatty. I would buy from here again but I would buy the chicken wings

Food was stone cold very disappointing

I ordered some vegetarian curry and a couple of chicken dishes last night. The dishes were expensive but the quality was poor. The potatoes were uncooked, chicken was raw inside and the biryani rice was hard and no taste at all. We had to bin most of food as we were worried we would get food poisoning if we ate it. Pathetic quality, will never order again.

We had ordered for the first time from Bangla kitchen it turned out to be ddisappointingly not to my taste. All curry's tasted the same, they used the same bland masala that didn't have enough herbs in them, it was clearly noticeable they didn't cook at high temperatures as my lamb curry was light red which should of been dark brown & paste like masala, very bland indeed, biryani also is not fresh but looked like microwave food. This is our first and last time.

The naan bread I ordered wasn’t cooked properly. Was like runny dough. Disappointed, thrown away

The meal was over 90 minutes late for delivery. I selected a 7:30pm delivery time and in the end I had to go and collect the food myself at 9:00pm. Request partial refund for late delivery and the restaurant refused.

Have used Bangla kitchen a few times, ordered early on new year Eve, took over 2.5 hours to be delivered - told it was being cooked fresh - eventually turned up stone cold - so disappointed. We expected a wait but If we were told that they were so busy we could have tried elsewhere

First order and not happy, food was over 2 hours late, Cold and soggy. DISCUSTING. Never ordering from here again

We’ve just had the most beautiful food delivered. We ordered the lamb mint bhuna. It was delicious, the lamb was nice and tender and a lovely thick sauce. The food was hot even the chips.First time order from here, but we will order again

Told 45 minutes for delivery hour after phone up another 15 minutes was told we have to be up early gave them plenty of notice very rude on phone when I cancelled used them for years never a problem but won’t get my custom again

Food came on time but my order was messed up. Received mixed Balti instead of the mixed masala. Rang them to get this fixed and they were not bothered and asked me to collect!! The cheeky ba*****! Last time I ever order from them.

Used bangla on a regular basis but this time really put me off returning. The meal was really late and stone cold when it eventually arrived. On reheating it was watery and tasteless. Not like Bangladeshi usual impeccable service. Sorry for the bad review guys.

Have to say - being the first time I had used this take away - I wasn't hopeful when the food was nearly 45 minutes late. But.. credit where credit is due, the food was absolutely superb. Really enjoyed both starter and main. Food cooked well, really tasty and with a decent kick for a medium taste. I now feel a little guilty that I was a little off with the delivery driver! Sorry.... Definitely recommend for food quality.

I ordered a butter chicken curry and what I got was something nothing like butter chicken. It was a thick yellow sauce full of desiccated coconut and sugar. It was sickly sweet. There was far too much sauce and what there was of the chicken it was poor quality. The chicken was sliced chicken with a slight red tinge. The kind you find in cheap packs of sliced sweet chilli chicken for wraps etc. The whole curry was disgusting. Not ordering from here again.

The food was delivered 15 minutes after the latest time provided by Just Eat, with no update from the restaurant. Upon opening the bag and serving up, I was disappointed to see that I had received a Chicken Korma instead of a Butter Chicken curry - and I really dislike a Korma. And my Keema Naan was basically a plain hamburger in a naan bread. Very disappointed this time round!!!

The only Indian I will order from local to me!! The food is always 10 / 10

Disappointed. Poppadom burnt. Pakora batter undercooked and soggy. Same with the chips which were no frills quality chips too. Tikka was good and keema naan was good. Won’t be ordering again I’m afraid.

Although I have used Bangla kitchen numerous times I was very disappointed to find that the meal was just left on the doorstep in the rain and was subsequently cold and ruined Don’t know how long it was there.

As everyone knows. there is always that one take-away which you will keep going back to, again and again. For me, this is that take-away! Whenever I fancy some Indian food, this is my first stop. Tonight was no exception. The Special Bhuna with Garlic Nan was thoroughly delicious, and just what my appetite was looking for. And it was delivered about 10-15 minutes after I ordered it. I'd happily recommend Bangla Kitchen to anyone - never had a bad meal from here!
