Absolutely love a night at Bangla cottage. Always a warm , friendly welcome, the food is always consistently good and excellent value. Highly recommend.

We were told that the Bangla Cottage was an ok Indian Restaurant and it certainly was. The quality of the food was good and for the price one of the best Indian meals our group of 7 has had when, out and about. The only drawback is that the Bangla does not have its own bar. Therefore you need to use the Convenience Store which is right next door to the restaurant. For the price wonderful.

Please do not listen to the negative reviews or gossip about this restaurant. We visited 4 August 2022. The service and food were excellent. Nothing was to much trouble. The restaurant was spotless and it was a lovely atmosphere to eat in. We will definitely be back

ordered it to be delivered for seven o'clock received it at 7:35 got a message it was out for delivery at 6.50 doesn't take 45 minutes to deliver to my house caught I could have caught the bus that only takes 14 minutes not very good I will think twice to order next time

509 Hagley RoadI've been coming here for over 30 years and it's still the best curry you can get. The staff are all lovely and the food it's just so good. You can't get a chicken tikka or butter chicken dry fry anywhere else which is why I keep coming back. The prawn dishes and staters are also fantastic. I used to love coming here with my parents as a child and have many happy memories. Its all been refurbished and looks great but thankfully its still the same chefs and still the same lovely tasting food. Can't wait to come back.
