Didn’t expect the delivery so fast - not a bad thing at all! 😁 The food was excellent and will order again. 10/10

Delivery was really quick but the curry and rice were sadly very disappointing. Both quite watery and neither mine nor my husband’s curry had any flavour. We didn’t order the hottest but you at least expect some flavour. The blandest curries we’ve ever had and we have a couple a month.

Such a shame as it used to be amazing! The curry was extremely greasy and not as nice as they used to be! The onion bhaji’s were more like pancakes and tasted burnt! Don’t think we will be returning anytime soon

We had a family meal at balti towers, well I wouldn’t call it a meal as that would be the wrong definition, the starters were semi warm the lamb puri was greasy tasted like it had come straight from a jar the bread was like a piece of greasy cardboard, the chicken puri similar taste except the chicken was dry and hard almost like it was frozen and blitzed in a microwave just to warm it through, the chicken pakora was extremely hard and dry, my wife thought it had a bone in it it was that hard it was totally inedible, mains chicken pathia was totally tasteless , chicken tikka was akin to tomato sauce the rest of the party felt let down with their meals , the mixed grill well it was more like chard offerings, so all in all don’t eat here do yourself and your digestive tract a favour. There are far superior curry houses in burton

Came here on Friday for the first ever time and the food was 10/10 so delicious. Great staff and atmosphere here. Will be back

Average quality . No real flavour or spices . Fresh but not much flavour. Naan is over priced for the quality . Shame as I go often to Balti Tower restaurant and I never had a bad meal but take away is a different story.

Very oily. No flavour at all. I haven’t had a balti towers for a long time as I was put off before. But now I have been put off again. So I will not be having another one.

Food was cold, tasted stale, my meal was all chucked together in a bag, the tikka masala tasted more like a balti. We were very disappointed with the food

Food is ok and cheap and cheerful, take your own booze which is good if you can be bothered to go to tesco first! loads of choice and we had starters which I thought was quite bland. Chicken tikka was alright but my biggest complaint is that the staff stare at you eating and listen to your conversations??

There is nowhere in Burton to beat this great curry house , been with the same owner since opening over 30 years ago. Good authentic cooking and excellent value for money. Bring your own drinks.

Had the pleasure of visiting Balti Tower last night, and I'm so pleased I did. The curry I had was absolutely amazing (Madras Hot Chicken Tikka Bhuna). Excellent value for money. You can have any starter you want , followed by any main and either any Naan or chips, all for £19.95. The place is really nice and clean and the staff are very pleasant and welcoming. I dare say this won't be the last time I visit this little Gem! *****

Food was inconsistent, order two dishes of the same curry (just different meat) and they were totally different. The prawns in the curry were overcooked and tough! Not great at all

Food was great only small issue i ordered my balti at a madras spice level and i don’t think they noticed it on the order. but the balti was still nice and the dhal could use some crispy onions garlic and chilli to give it that extra taste. these are small things easily fixed no issue best curry in burton

This was by far the worst meal we have ever had, cold tasteless missing items and when we called up we were told we can get the food which was missing next time we order ! , they were just totally not bothered, definitely will not be ordering from there again.

Last delivery in December. 1 question, why wait so long. Mr chilli was on tonight and we are glad!!! Very pleased with our meal, say no more.

Old style balti house, the food is as good as we have had in the Birmingham Balti triangle. Its decent food at a decent price. The staff are always lovely. It’s on our doorstep so have become regulars.

This place has been in Burton for many years. Myself and husband have visited in our younger years and decided to revisit with friends. Pleasant and polite staff. Welcoming and attentive. It appears a lot cleaner than what I remembered however the food has a lot to be desired. Starters - Masala fish - Appears frozen then cooked. Quite wet inside and lacked flavour. Onion bhaji - appeared freshly made. Nice flavour. Sheek kebab- lacked flavour, rubbery texture with some hard bits. Mains - Chicken Tikka Balti - Very white chicken (bleached look), unknown flavour but not in a good way. Some flavour to the sauce. Keema naan - white keema filling (never had/seen anything like it before) Tandoori Chicken staff curry - good flavour. Some parts of the chicken good flavour. Overall would not return.

Apart from 1 chapati missing everything was good. Will contact the restaurant tomorrow.

The Desi Staff Style Balti is a hidden delight. The best curry I've had in a long time.

I love Balti Towers been eating there for years and recently having deliveries. Tonight was awful, popodums were shattered, wrong side dish and really cold.

had Tandoori Chicken Massalla, Chicken Tikka Rogan Josh and 2 chips, With a garlic Naan. the food was piping hot and absolutely gorgeous. Thank you. Also it arrived at 6.50.

Food, as always is very good. However, 30 mins early is as bad as 30 mins late.

Order was about 25 mins early. Have ordered here many times and it was, as always, delicious! This time I also added veg samosas to my order and they were great, I’ll definitely get them again next time.

Ordered a tandoori lamb/chicken Phaal! Unlike supermarket Phaals it wasn’t “blow your socks” off spicy but rather a pleasant level of spice. Really enjoyable and made with a passion for great food. The chips were fresh and not greasy and the naan was amazing. Food delivered on time and piping hot. My wife really liked the Masala too as wasn’t too sweet. Great for an Indian takeaway and fully recommend

Extremely fast delivery. Food piping hot, and securely bagged up to prevent any leakage. Absolutely delicious food, lamb balti was so tender. Plentiful pickles to go with the poppadoms too. Would definitely recommend ordering from here.

Starters were good quality - however only like warm and popadoms were crushed when they arrived. Mains weren’t that great. I’ve had much better and naan bread was burnt and no very flavoured.

I had to ring to get my full order and that took 20 minutes to deliver. The food was bland and had no taste over salted no spice in the jalfrazi rice still had water in it. I would never order from balti house again

We ordered the food fairly early and asked for a 7.30 delivery, this was actually made closer to 8pm. Not the end of the world but the food wasn’t great. Nothing to protect the poppadoms so they were in crumbs, chicken tikka masala was questionably not a masala- quite spicy and not at all creamy- more like a Rogan Josh. Onion bahji was rubbery and super spicy. Naan bread was average. Don’t think we’ll order from here again.

Driver couldn't find house ans called when 10 minutes away for directions. Kept hanging up and calling back asking us to direct him to our house when he was 2 miles away.

Usually quick delivery and food good but was waiting over 2 hours from placing the order and then food was cold.

Delicious - spicier this time, and hotter temp wise so I total win! I ordered extra naan so I can eat some tomorrow too.

The curry tasted really nice (although not as hot as other madras’ I’ve had before), naan was good. The chips & curry itself could’ve done with being a bit hotter, temperature wise. It felt like they had been hanging around a while or that other deliveries were done first as I’m not a million miles away. I’d definitely order again though as the taste was good.
