Immensely disappointed - every item, including hot drink . Cold….

Always great good. Breakfast is always hot and fresh. The doughnuts are the best ive eaten

Hi there our order was really cold and the double cheeseburger was missing from one of our meals . I couldn’t contact anyone. The only thing I could do was request a refund. Spoilt my meal as the Mrs was really looking forward to it.

I ordered 2 wraps 1 bagel 1 muffin stack….and 3 hash browns. I got 3 bagels, 2 with no egg. 3 hash browns!!! Sadly wrong order, no phone number to complain and call. I have never had issues before. Now I have. Sadly not again

We always go here as this is a clean, kid-friendliness place and nice atmosphere. And of course we love their drinks as they have a lot of options and Staffs are really nice and accommodating.

We took the grandchildren for lunch. It was their first visit and they enjoyed what they had. Fast service

Went for my breakfast with my 2 young sons. Food was really nice, service was quick and we did have a little wait on hash browns but the staff informed us straight away what was going on. Reasonably priced as well

Food was just Lukewarm and I had to heat up the fries in the microwave, other than that the food was just okay not mind blowing, but I would order from them again if I needed to

I was visit in store I ordered chicken burger with iced French vanilla the taste was very nice and the staff service is wonderful

Went here for the first and last time. We only had cappuccinos to drink inside, they cost just as much as other coffee shops and yet they are in takeaway cups with no chocolate powder, from a machine that you just press a button on, not made by hand and no customer service. Several staff just sitting down and others doing nothing at all. Coffee was ok but not worth the money. Never again.

I believe Tim Horton's Burgers are tastier than McDonald's, although a little more expensive, better food. Ordering by touch screen, which seems to be the norm lately. I opted for the Double Cheeseburger and Lattice Fries, with a Medium Coffee. Prompt service, although without any interaction. My order was put onto a tray and placed on the counter and then they walked away. There's no atmosphere, other than what I can only call a "Loungy" atmosphere, low tables and chairs, but then again, i only go for the food. The coffee was surprisingly good. I'd definitely recommend Tim Horton's to anyone.

The staff were lovely as usual, always consistent with the quality of food and SO generous with the sauces. If you haven't tried the breakfast wraps you need to, they're ten times better than the McDonald's ones.

In 2 or 3 times a week, love the iced French vanilla, staff are really friendly, great place!
