Balti 2000 in Birmingham

Says they are open and they are not. Didn't even last 3 months

The food was amazing. The service was excellent. Highly recommended. Will definitely be adding this place to my take out nights.

Good and cheap Indian takeaway. The Chicken Korma (sweet), Vindaloo (very hot) and Madras (mild) are the best dishes, accompanied by the poppadoms (crispy, prawn cracker like texture), garlic naan (flatbread) and pilau rice.

Most cheapest take away in birmingham. 1 because the quality of the meat is very poor and after ordering chicken tikka masala ive been sick for 3 days i highly advise you to order elsewhere there hygeine is to be questioned .......

Been regular here for few years I swear it’s been taken over by new owners it’s not the same anymore you can’t contact them via phone for some reason for last couple of weeks Have to wait long time for delivery always something missing off your order lost my patience now won’t be using them anymore just 1 word of advice pick up your phone instead of taking easy way out of customers ringing up with complaints

Spent over £40 and didn’t even receive free poppadoms. Food was cold. Wouldn’t order again from there.

It's an Indian takeaway that delivers also I love the food have tried everything up to madras which was mighty tasty!

The first time i ordered from here it was average ( about a year ago ) tonight it was ABSOLUTELY MARVELLOUS fluffy rice, beautiful flavourful chicken balti, perfect poppadoms, mouthwatering chickpeas! Then the coke arrived chilled 10/10

Ordered for collection, collection was fast and ready 10 minutes early. Food was really great, and I definitely will be eating here again.

I’ve been ordering from here for well over a year now and every single time my food is piping hot, exactly as I’ve ordered, huge portions for a lot less money, always get what I’ve paid for not once had an issue. Love this place it’s the only place I’ll ever order from. No matter what meals I choose every single thing has been beautiful. Best Indian by far. Please do not change a thing it’s perfect. Cannot recommend this place more

Balti 2000 has become our regular Indian takeaway. Very pleased with their food. This was the first time I’d bought a takeaway rather than an online delivery. It’s slightly more expensive this way but faster. The optimum is probably to buy on their website and collect in person as their deliveries can take a while.

First time ordered and was absolutely beautiful and well worth the money the vindaloo sauce was lush and the king prawns was king very nice at least you could have a good chew on them not like others where you cant hardly taste them plus got extra popadoms and sauce and a good portion of pakoras. Will definitely be ordering from here again. Thankyou

Best curries and the naans are amazing and always helpful.

My go to local curry house food is always top quality with decent portion sizes out of all the Indian take aways I’ve tried this is much better by a country mile

Amazing as always. Love the chicken saagwala dish, a personal favourite along with the peri peri chicken burger. Friendly bunch of folks too.

This place is unreal we complained once and they gave us a discount then we thought we would give them the benefit of the doubt and try them again so we did and it was awful the chips taste and look like they’ve just been heated up in the microwave the naan’s were stale and cold the chicken tikka masala didn’t taste the best either Then just to top it all off we phoned just to give them some customer service and the man we spoke to was extremely rude wouldn’t hear us out and just kept disagreeing with everything shouting down the phone how he ever thinks anyone would want to go back their if this is how he talks to his customers I have no idea definitely won’t be going back here again and definitely don’t recommend!

Ordered chicken tikka starter and lamb rogan josh for husband Didn’t have no salad no lemon No poppadom like surposed to I ordered omelette plain omelette with chips It was absolutely disgusting look at the picture where I’ve circled it it’s green inside and absolutely stinks had one mouthful and didn’t even eat the rest apparently they said chef put corriender in it more like sick never known omelette like it before but put complaint in you can see where I’ve circled picture where it’s green

Had a chicken balti from here tonight, never again it was bland I've had better out of a jar. Piss poor, proper pony curry. Wont be using it again.

Very, very good food here guys. The special chicken starter is a particular favourite of mine. They will also add or take away spice as required. My father uses them so much they are on first name terms with him. Keep it up guys!! Look forward to seeing you

I've often ordered from Balti 2000 and have never had a disappointing experience. The food is tasty and reasonably priced. I'm writing this review because it's the first time I've ordered their new dish "Lasani Gosht" - which is tender lamb cooked with the use of picked garlic! It sounded interesting to try and wow - what a taste revelation it is! Delicious doesn't even describe the great combination of flavour - just thinking about it is making my mouth water. You do have to be a garlic fan though as it is rather garlicky in flavour - but it's beautifully done, The garlic pickle is like nipping into little salty flavour bombs! I do hope its here to stay as I definitely want to order it again and again! Loved it! Goes great with the Chicken Sagwala by the way which is much milder in flavour.

I asked for our food to be delivered at 8:30, but got a message from my housemate saying it arrived at 7:20. I wasn't home for another hour so by the time I was back it was cold. Not the worst thing to go wrong, but still a bit annoying.

Such a sweet curry! Definitely had better but still does the job for a really good price.

Is this even Indian cuisine? Food was terrible, no seasoning at all. I and my partner ordered 2 starters, tikka masala and biriyani. None of them was tasty at all. I would not recommend this takeaway at all, guess we have to do trial and error method to find out the best takeaway in the area.

Very disappointed. This was our third time ordering from Balti2000 and we were really looking forward to a meal as lovely as the previous occasions but the food was poorly seasoned and the lamb biryani was completely tasteless. Nearly 40 quid down the drain :-(

Delivered within 18 minutes of placing the order online. Great delivery time and service, loads of food, I can't even chop onions in 18 minutes, I can't even drive from the restaurant to my flat in 18 minutes. I think they can manipulate the fabric of space time or something.
