Why haven’t I heard of this place before? Honestly, the best cup of coffee I've had in years. Amazing place. You can really tell the owners are passionate about delivering a super high standard offer. Blows the chains out of the water! Well done guys.

The whole place is aesthetically pleasing, the food is amazing and the drinks include fresh ingredients. There is also a kids corner with colouring and books.

We’ve been in this Cafe and Juice bar several times now, and it's just great that it’s in walking distance. They have a nice range of healthy snacks and their Gluten free Coconut and Almond muffins are fab. Their freshly squeezed Orange Juice hits the spot and they always have Almond or Oat milk as options for your Coffee, which is wonderful as often the big chains locally don't. If you fancy something a bit more indulgent and aren’t counting the calories, they have some lovely items on their bakery menu too. We’d highly recommend a visit if you are in the area.

I love this little gem of a cafe in Potters Bar. A quiet spot to relax with a book and taste their delicious coffee and tasty treats. The perfect “Balance” of treats and healthy snacks. I had a mocha and vegan carrot cake which I inhaled! And took home some homemade energy balls and a Matcha Protein shake. Owner Androulla has done a fab job. The place is tastefully decorated and the atmosphere is friendly. I will be back.

I love this place. So much thought and consideration has gone into every bit of this shop. Products are high quality at reasonable prices. Really lovely place to be. My favourite so far is the soya cappuccino and the vegan banana slice. Yum 😋

Such a nice cafe with lots to offer on the menu other than simple coffee and hot chocolate. It has very nice vibes and decor making it great place to hang out, work, or study. It’s so nice to have a proper cafe in the middle of PB!

Had a Strawberry Crush smoothie from Balance and it was delicious! The fruit is all fresh, the shop is nicely done and the staff are so friendly! Well worth a visit!
