I had a lovely sandwich made a young lady. She had an Eastern European accent but I unfortunately didn't catch her name. She check if I had any allergies and was very careful to make sure I was going to be okay and understood my choice and explained the ingredients to me. I found this so helpful and was genuinely impressed by her level of concern

Great service by friendly staff. Good quality food

The standards in the staff members are very disappointing as the staff members have no customer service skills. I was served by 2 females one who advised I will need to pay extra for the roll to be buttered but when previously purchased the roll it has always been butter and handed to myself in a polite manner. If a store would like customers to return the customer service needs to be excellent and after today's service I will not be returning. I also felt like because I am black I was treated disrespectfully.

We came upon this lovely little place whilst visiting Borehamwood, a hidden gem with a great choice of sandwiches, delicious fillings, freshly made and very reasonably priced, two lovely friendly ladies were serving and preparing the food, very clean and all covid guidelines followed - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will return here if in the area again :)

They have recently introduced fresh Turkish Simit and baklava which was delicious. It’s nice to find these foods in our local deli. Thanks!

When I have the time I love stopping by and getting some food from Marcos, The Jacket potatoes are lovely and salad is always fresh 😍

I had a club sandwich made by Sue it was finger licken delicous and the staff serving me were fantastic at there job! They really do teat each custmor as they are family they also sell Portuguese food which is even better and the staff look very closly at there hygiene and never take a warm smile off there face you have to try there coffee and sausage rolls. I love it always go there hope they never close from Melisa!:)

I love Marco's you can always have fresh sandwiches and salad served with best coffee. Sometimes I have my breakfast here with friends. Staff always smiles and very kind.

Both myself & husband have been coming to Marcos since the 1st day it opened. We were so excited as they sell Portuguese delicacy’s & delta coffee (the Portuguese reading will understand the importance of the coffee). Although it’s changed hands Sue, her family & team always make us feel welcome & we love every minute of just sitting outside with our dog, enjoying the beverages & food. Amazing bread rolls. Thank you all for your hard work & commitment. Highly recommended.

Lovely Bakers, try everything in here its all lovely!!! and they do cooked full english too, healthy salads, lovely pastries and cakes!!!! and the Mocha is lovely too I go in every morning for my breakfast x

Great choice of breakfast and lunch food. Nice Cakes, some gluten free options too. I had English breakfast, which was very delicious. it comes with toast and a hot drink. There is plenty of parking outside the shop too!

I went in to get Sue's homemade chicken curry and rice. It is so delicious! The service is great and the prices are amazing! Everything is made freshly.

Portuguese products from cakes to tins etc but the business is ran by a guy named Mesut? Not sure this is the Portuguese way 🤷🏽‍♂️

Popped into this deli today to grab a sandwich for lunch. Very helpful staff served with a smile. Clean environment very busy with a nice feel. Sandwich was good nice filling. Average price. Give it a go....

I bought a bacon sandwich and a cup of coffee, I can say it was one of the best coffee I ever drank! I asked what kind of coffee beans they use, they told me a special Portuguese blend. Friendly staff, and amazing food! Easy parking too! My all time favourite Sandwich Bar in Borehamwood!

I often go there for a bacon and egg roll on a Saturday. Its friendly and feshly made and the price is very reasonable

I go there all the time to get breakfast or just a little snack, I could go on and on about how good this place is and the staff are all more than just friendly especially the man Marco Himself. Definitely worth visiting if you're around the area 👍🏾

Great fresh food and low cost. Homemade soups and cakes were delicious and rolls and sandwiches were substantial portions. Marco - the owner - is also friendly and welcoming and provides great service. Ordered the buffet for a family party - I was really pleased and the quality and quantity provided, especially for the price - excellent - would really recommend this to take the stress away from your event!

Perfect for breakfast/Brunch/Lunch/Tea. Everything you'd expect from a sandwich bar and much more. I recommend trying the daily Soups - not sure they're particularly low cal but they are full flavored. The cakes, pastries, sandwiches, jackets and salads are delicious. The staff are very generous with the potions and everything is very reasonably priced. The best shop in Leeming Road

Traslado en regularmente desayuno o almuerzo en el ir. El servicio es siempre bueno, aunque el sitio es generalmente una buena señal de ocupado, supongo. Más barato que comprar comida en el supermercado y todo es fresco. Los nuevos propietarios son Portuguesas, así también venden un montón de productos portugueses, no he probado las tartas, pero siempre tienen una buena variedad.
