We have been coming here for years. Usually very impressed but bread was not fresh today and it spoilt it. What a shame because it was otherwise very nice.

Went to Filey for a dog walk and get some air…Lovely walk and finished up at Cobble Landing sat out in the winter sun and had 4 drinks, great service, piping hot mugs of tea and coffee. Just what we needed. What a difference to a few years ago. Well Done

Had to return an item as it was bad. Spoke to a young girl behind the counter. Out of nowhere the owner appeared, stood very close behind me and was very aggressive. The young girl behind the counter looked terrified. It was an unpleasant and upsetting experience.

Staying in Filey took my young grandchildren down to the beach. Went for a drink and a snack. Lovely welcome and food great bacon butty. My wife was talking about her friend Linda having a chalet above. Would really recommend it to anybody in Filey

When the weathers kind it’s always nice to amble down Cobble Landing and enjoy a fresh cup of coffee and a nice sweet treat! Sit down, relax and take in the view!

Who wouldn't enjoy frothy coffee on the Cobble Landing, sitting out watching the world go by? It's just a little shack that does drinks and snacks, but it's jolly and always open. Fried egg in a bun for me, bacon version for him of course :-) and proper frothy capaccino bliss. Windy? Who cares? Freezing? It's still beautiful. Love this place.

Stopped here for some food but all the tables outside were taken so the owner let us use the space in front of one of the unused chalets. Very friendly and welcoming.

Thought this place was ideal to stop and get a panini and a couple of sandwiches. For £10.20 I expect more than what we got which was a soggy panini and 2 rolls which were inedible! An absolute rip off and I'd advise people to stay away from this place and go elsewhere in Filey!!

Had a fantastic bacon sandwich and coffee whilst sat outside on their seating. Amazing views and very covid compliant with the perspex shields and mask signs.

Visited Filey today for the first time in a few years. Headed to ‘Cobble Landing’ and sat down outside this place. Big sign about wear face masks inside but no one bothered …customers or staff. 3 staff behind the counter but only one serving and very poor customer service skills! Ordered a cheese and onion sandwich and charged 50p extra for literally a sliver of onion! The cheese was a plastic cheese slice! The tuna sandwich was more Mayo than tuna. As for the crisps, tiny bag 85p! Overall very poor experience, clearly just out to rip people off although the other stalls didn’t look much better!

Nice coffee, seating outside to view the beach. Also the opportunity to see the lifeboat launch or come in if the timing is right.

Bacon butties and good range of similar snacks cooked fresh for each order. Nice food, staff are friendly and some seating outside or sit on the sea wall.

A welcome place to stop for a drink and a few snacks - luckily the weather was far better than we could expect for the time of year and we were able to sit at one of the tables outside. Cheap food - fast service. Very busy showing how good the place is. Great "greasy spoon" type of place - by that though I am not meaning it was unhygienic! Well placed for those on the beach - I expect it will be packed in the Summer. Willgo again. Friends had recommended and said they had used the place for many years - can understand why!

NOW CLOSED. Probably due to the idiotic no mobile phones policy. Called at whitby's other sam smiths pub the plough. That looks like it's going the same way. Shame really.

A working lunch at this eateries located in the Crown Spa Hotel. The menu was mainly sandwiches, paninis and pizza. Unfortunately, when our order was ready, we were informed there were no paninis, so it was a bit disappointing. I asked for a gluten free option, which was available and included generous quantity of food. The service was friendly and efficient, and the hotel itself is beautiful.

Too many people write reviews on bad experiences only, I tend to try and give good reviews when deserved…. This being said, I have been coming here for years, sometimes the food has been ok, sometimes not so much. We love it here for the views and the cheeky drinks. On this occasion I ordered the fillet steak, absolutely beautiful, the steak was cooked to perfection. A great cut of meat and beautiful home cooked chips. Staff were fantastic and checked half way through my meal that everything was all okay.
