We popped in for a late lunch recently. This was our first visit to this cafe / bakery, having read the good, previous reviews on trip adviser & Google. At the time of our visit we were initially the only customers. It would normally put me off going in somewhere if there were no other customers but we decided to give it a go anyway. The staff were ( relatively) friendly and efficient. The food & drink was served quickly. I had the mozzerella, pesto sandwich, which was OK. It was a little dry & didn't come with any 'side' eg. Crisps or salad and so I thought it was rather overpriced for 'just' a sandwich. The coffee was hot & strong. The best part was the cake. The pistachio croissant had been warmed up and was super tasty. The cafe itself was pretty to look at, with pink decorative flowers & tables and pretty plates & crockery etc. I think the owners are trying a bit too hard to have an 'Instagrammable' venue, rather than focussing on the food itself. Anyway, It's always nice to try somewhere different. It was a satisfactory lunch but I wouldn't rush back as didn't think it was the best value in the area.

Me and my toddler love coming here. There is a little play area so he can play while I have a coffee. The food is delicious. Today I had a homemade quiche that was the nicest I've ever had- lovely buttery pastry and yummy roast veg flavours.

Took my little boy here for a treat. We had a chocolate brownie it was delicious. Beautiful, pretty little spoons to eat it with as well. To my son's delight they also had some toys and colouring for children which was great to keep him amused. Will definitely visit again to try something else. 😋

Beautiful cafe, well decorated and welcoming. Good variety of food hot and cold to choose from. Small tables, not overlooked. No loud music. Altogether a very enjoyable time - thank you.

We come here most weeks as its the best cafe around. Big portions, well cooked, lovely location, good service and a nice atmosphere. Reasonably priced too. Highly recommend.
