Tucked away on the industrial estate, this is lunch bar is an absolute gem. Either order in advance online, over the phone or in person, or at the point you want to eat, and everything is custom made for you. A wide range of sandwiches and salad boxes made exactly how you want it. The homemade cakes are always delicious and light and tempting! Well worth hunting out.

I needed to find somewhere for a full English (breakfast). Having travelled from Bristol to Yapton (West Sussex) and been on the road for a couple of hours it was nice to park right outside the cafe, although there is plenty of on street parking and pay & display at the back. I was greeted with a cheery good morning and ordered the full Monty for £4.95 (two of everything, some homemade bread toasted and plenty of hot baked beans - my favourite side dish). For a extra 50p I had a hot coffee to wash all the toothsome plate full down. Bacon was good, sausages porky, eggs cooked but runny...you get the picture. I sat outside which was a pleasure on such a lovely summer's morning, I recommend you try their breakfast, all the other bakery looked really tempting. I will definitely be back.

This has always been a dream for the new owners. You will receive a warm and friendly service along with quality fresh food. Good coffee. Homemade cakes. Primarily a take-away service with a small but pretty seating area outside. You will not be disappointed.

I am really disappointed to be writing this as I am not one for complaining but the fact it is still playing on my mind two days later I need to get this off my chest. We took my sister here for Afternoon Tea and I can only say it was definitely not worth £18 each. There were three very small finger sandwiches, three small cakes and the most enormous scone which was dry and we were not given enough cream and jam to enjoy it. Plus when we asked for a second pot of tea they said did we want to use the same teabag? Sorry no we want a fresh one! It completely spoiled our treat. And then there was the toilet- I asked to use this before I left and they said they had just start to clean it so I asked to use the other one and was told they had already done that one! I felt bad because they had to stop. Please wait until you are closed before you do this!

A Huge Thank You for Saving Our Night! We had planned a surprise 60th birthday celebration and, upon arrival, discovered that the restaurant we had originally booked was unexpectedly closed! In a panic, we called around to find a place that could accommodate 15 people last minute, and we were incredibly fortunate to find this restaurant. The lady on the phone was so accommodating and assured me they could fit us in. I can’t express how grateful we were! From start to finish, the service was exceptional, the food was absolutely delicious, and they truly saved the night for us. Thank you so much for turning what could have been a disaster into a fantastic evening. We will definitely be back, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and service!

Booked a table for 4 on a chilly Saturday evening. When we arrived the bar was busy, lively and warm with a lovely log fire. Our table looked very welcoming and our drinks and food order was taken promptly. Food arrived piping hot and was delicious and plenty of it. In fact, it was so good we ended up having 3 courses instead of the 2 we'd planned previously. A lovely evening and would definitely recommend visiting, thank you!
